Bengala big tope

Bengala & Faby Apache vs Eterno & Taya Valkyrie: [OK/GOOD] Fine opener; they didn’t do a lot of spots, but they put together a good match (in front of a quiet crowd on TV.) It was mostly split up in pairs with just a little teamwork, bu the pairs themselves worked ok. Bengala, who’s definitely not reading this, had a nice moonsault to the floor. Taya won pretty definitely for a feud that’s supposed to keep going.

Argenis, Jack Evans, Joe Lider vs Daga, Demon Rocker, Machine Rocker: [OK/GOOD] This is one of those matches where the guy turning spends the whole match attacking the people he’s supposed to secretly supposed to be friends with, in service for a use which couldn’t really be explained. Like, even if you want to lure Jack into a bad place, why break up Daga’s choke on Jack? That’s a pretty bad place. It appeared Daga never knew Lider was turning – those Perros del Mal never tell him anything! Even Machine Rocker couldn’t hold Argenis’ spots together and that’s something. I don’t know what Joe Lider was thinking trying the flip legdrop, but I guess they both were trying. Jack was just so much better than them it kind stuck out. Daga is no Rocker but he worked well in a pinch. Machine Rocker remains awesome.

Myzteziz vs el Hijo del Perro Aguayo: [OK/GOOD] A match at cross purposes – they didn’t want to defraud anyone from getting Perro/Myzteziz, but they absolutely didn’t want to give an ending to it either. It also required you to swallow a lot of things on the “it doesn’t have to make any since, it’s lucha libre” level and I have trouble doing it. This was all a Perro Aguayo style brawl and not a lot of Myzteziz who failed at the one big early spot he had to do and apparently had no friends willing to help him out, not even his brother. AAA almost might as well not have seconds for técnicos, because the seconds end up looking like the stupidest people alive. Crowd was into the bloody fight but it was too one dimensional for me.
