Fenix was unhappy with the speed of the counts in the third fall, and challenged Dinamic to a title vs title match with an AAA referee.
Still no official announcement of a FILL show for Tuesday, but it also still reads like it’s headed that way.
Tonight’s Arena Mexico show has the latest Ultimo Guerrero vs Atlantis match, which exists to publicize their agreement of a mask match. They could go as far as announcing the date tonight, but they need to make sure people who didn’t read about the press conference know the match is not just some empty challenge but is actually happening this year. The two apuesta matches rematch in trios, and Thunder makes his debut. Thunder seems like no big deal to me now because he’s been hanging around B-Shows for weeks and CMLL stopped doing anything new to hype him weeks ago. He’s still new to most people, and it’ll be interesting to see how they react to him tonight.
This past week’s AAA Fusion episode is now up and the fourth part of their Mesias interview. There’s also their upload of the UTDN episode from last night. I missed it, but AAA apparently said they’d start airing Rey de Reyes this weekend. This UTDN episode is not listed with the normal “Part 1” when it’s a two parter, which backs that up. I think this means Rey de Reyes airs over 3 weeks, because they still need to keep that extra week or they’ll run out of TV before Veracruz.
Fenix is thrilled to win his first championship, and also believes he may be champion of an entire brand right now. He may be right. They probably need to explain their plan at some point.
Estadio Deportes report on CMLL’s press conference notes the 04/30 Arena Mexico Anniversary show is also the Kid’s Day show. ESTO’s recap explained Ultimo Guerrero didn’t say he threw the tournament final, but accused Atlantis of doing that, which sounds more like Ultimo Guerrero.

DTU promo with Nino Hamburgesa‘s seems to list his real name as Ivan Mondragon. “Ivan Mondragon” is nearly as good a name as Nino Hamburgesa.

vacant title
FdT – Damian, Head Hunter and X-Fly – were champions, but stripped when Damain no-showed a title defense against the Psycho Circus. Super Nova is due back in Europe at some point, the Comando Elite are probably not going to win with an AAA guy, and the Piratas are Mexico State champions. This seems like a good night for the law.
My favorite part of this week’s Tercera Caida was the frightened look on Eita’s face when Tomahawk scooped up Chico Che to slam and Eita thought he was going to be flattened on the landing.
