AAA-US: Women’s match which is good, minis match which is not really. I know, I don’t get it either. Aerostar gets hurt, and then gets hurt again, but the second time is suspiciously not shown. (At least CMLL’s fake injury angles actually have someone shown to be doing something.)
52MX: Sangre Azteca has more bad luck.
LATV: a show? a rerun? who knows.
GDL: Invasors vs Avernos/Misterioso, random people in a main event trios.
—-
CMLL: Copa Jr. Block A, Latin O.
AAA-MEX: part one of Guerra de Titanes. Last week’s episode didn’t tease anything for airing next week’s (and ended with a Dorian vignette that totally confused me – help?), but it’s clear their big three are Clowns/Perros, Wagner/Zorro and AAA/Bizarros, and those will have to be split over two weeks.
AAA-LLP: no episode last week (I think), so they’re at the semis of the tournament.
CMLL-FOX: more Sombra/Volador.
CMll-CWC3: Dragon/UG vs Garza/Aguila, brew Shocker/Texano an insta-feud.
CMLL-Mega6: bonus match, if they go by the usual pattern, is the women’s tag. Guess it couldn’t hurt to check if they don’t go in order, like last week.
Puebla: WarriorX2000, who is GREAT, posted this past week’s Puebla and Perros on his YouTube. Puebla is still airing the show from six days prior, so this should be Guerreros vs Shocker/Mascara/Strong Man…
Perros: and this should continue to be random reruns. Unless maybe they have the Anniversary show ready to start airing then?
ACM: also random.
IWRG: results from the Sunday show that I haven’t quite seen yet. Oficials vs Gringos.

CMLL-TFN: Minis! Mascara/Sagrado/Valiente vs Pesta Negra.
PdM (TUE) 12/07 Arena Aficion [Perros del Mal Facebook, The Gladiatores]
1) Drastik Boy b Low Rider
2) Konamy b Dinastía, Black Fire
3) Chica Tormenta & Keira b La Vaquerita & Lolita
4) Celestial, el Ángel, Skayde b Black Thunder, El Balam, Maldito Jr.
5) X-Fly b Turbo, Pesadilla, Ragde, Cósmico, Zumbi, Tony Rivera, Bestia 666, Super Crazy [PDM EXTREMO]
6) Damián 666, el Hijo del Perro Aguayo, Halloween b Monster Clown, Murder Clown, Psycho Clown
2nd Anniversary show for the Perros. Pretty full crowd in an arena that’s not often full (or even a quarter full.)
After the women’s match, the Psycho Clowns ran out and attacked the winning team. They attacked the women because they were mad at the Perros, you see. (I dunno.)
Balam is a new wrestler here. Skayde & Black Thunder in a match without Turbo? I hope he’s ok.
Semifinal was for the first Perros del Mal title. (Though Perro has taken pictures wearing another one.) X-Fly, who already has a title they don’t do anything with, became the first Perros del Mal Extremo Champion.
Main event was even, until Bestia, Ragde and Pesadilla all ran in to help the Perros beat the Clowns again. I guess it’s a new streak! I suspect the Perros knew they were winning at GdT when they announced this rematch (and they announced this rematch weeks ago.)
CMLL (TUE) 12/07 Arena Mexico [ESTO, CMLL]
1) Rayo Tapatío I & Rayo Tapatío II b Apolo Estrada Jr. & Disturbio
2) Leono, Metálico, Molotov DQ Durango Kid, Escorpion, Puma King
3) Loco Max, Nitro, Skándalo b Guerrero Maya Jr., Rey Cometa, Sensei
4) Blue Panther, Shocker, Toscano b Misterioso II, Terrible, Texano
5) Dragón Rojo Jr. & Último Guerrero b Héctor Garza & Mr. Águila [CMLL TAG]
Champions retain. Invasors lose. Garza & Aguila congratulated Dragon & UG – only to attack them, steal their masks and steal their belts. The commission made them give the belts back.
Terrible eliminated Blue Panther with the Terrible clash in the main event, but Shocker beat of the Nuevo Cowboys to pull out the win. Texano hasn’t defended his title since they changed the name (and changed it again), and wasn’t actually at the press conference when they handed out the new belts. That was January. Anyway, he agreed to defend it against Shocker at some point. Likely on a Tuesday! Maybe the next one?
Escorpion fouled Leono. Justified.
CMLL (TUE) 12/07 Arena Coliseo Guadalajara [Fuego en el Ring]
1) Virgo b Evola
2) Mr. Trueno & Rey Trueno b Gallo & Metal Blanco
3) La Seductora & Princesa Sujei b Lluvia & Silueta
4) Cancerbero, Dr. X, Raziel b Ángel Azteca, Horus, Starman
5) Místico, Sagrado, Strong Man b Averno, Ephesto, Mephisto
Mistico got Mephisto with a La Mistica, then challenged to a title match next week. The NWA titles never get defended, and two title matches just happen to get set up on the same night. Hmmm.
Virgo won in straight falls over Evola, a replacement for Templario. Dr. X replaced Polvora.
Misterioso would like a three way mask match with Sangre Azteca & Dragon Rojo. I would like it not to be below freezing around Chicago for the next three months. We’re both pretty much out of luck. Of note, Misterioso thinks Sangre Azteca joining the tecnicos is a fait accompli, almost as if Sangre already joined and has been helping out the other side this past week. Even though the Dragon vs Sangre aspect was pushed hard last Sunday, it was very much downplayed on TV and everything else indicates a usual tecnico turn.
AAA notes that last week’s TV show included a bit where Konnan promised LA Park the next shot at the AAA Title, provided he beat Mesias at Guerra de Titanes. Park did, so is Park vs Zorro the next title match? (Or maybe it’s another multiman match?)
Lucha Libre AAA is coming out on Wii & PSP after all. It was originally announced as coming out at the same time as PS3 & 360, it was delayed and then pre-orders canceled at the time. Yesterday, they announced it’ll be out in March. (Probably.)
Booker T is out and Kevin Thorn is in on the Perros del Mal show in Merida on the 19th. Kevin Thorn is an ex-WWE guy who lasted so long that I can’t remember if he was supposed to be a vampire or just a more general goth character. (I’d look it up if I really wanted to know.)
Prometheus returns to talk about Charly Manson returning to AAA (CMLL was mean to Charly Manson by…having him win a hair match over Negro Casas?), but we also learn Metro – the newspaper that sponsors the wrestler – included both a comment saying Manson was forced to return to AAA and a picture of Bucanero doing the Manson pose. I am so unhappy Metro is not online.
Meanwhile, on Tercera Caida
The first fifteen seconds are hilarious. The story about Charlie following his heart also might be considered hilarious.
Box Y Lucha has a video interview with Luna Magica. If someone actually watches this, let me know.

3) Hijo del Solar & Solar I vs Negro Navarro & Trauma II

A lineup for the Toryumon show in advance! I’m so happy. The poster appears to be on Facebook – is there maybe a Toryumon Facebook page I should be checking?
IWRG (SUN) 12/12 Arena Naucalpan

No title match yet.
IWRG (TUE) 12/21 Arena Naucalpan

4) Alan Extreme, Centurión, Comando Negro, Dinamic Black, Eterno, Guerrero 2000, Keshin Black, Super Black vs Angel Negro Jr., Boazz, Golden Bull, Maligno, Principe Zarak I, Principe Zarak II, Rayden, Rayito Mendoza [Copa High Power]
5) Gallego vs Black Terry [hair]
Listed as a normal IWRG show (and, against all odds, a TV taping), but looks like a FIT trainee show outside of the main event.
Hijo de Cien Caras was murdered. Reports suggest the woman he was with might have been a target.
Both CMLL & AAA had major year ending shows, and neither drew well.
At Guerra de Titanes: Charly Manson jumped back to AAA to join the Bizarros, Zorro won the title, and the Psycho Circus win streak was ended by Perros del Mal.
At CMLL Sin Piedad: Mr. Aguila lost his hair, Pequeno Warrior lost his mask, and Latin Lover returned to CMLL as Latino
Rayo de Jalisco appeared in Arena Coliseo Guadalajara opposite of GdT, to be honored for 35 years and draw people away from the AAA show.
Super Fly was revealed as the mystery man who nearly killed Octagon and the traitor on the AAA side. Octagon figured this out just in time to get beat up by Super Fly. He joined La Sociedad. Cibernetico, suspected of being the motorcycle rider who drove away rather than check on Octagon, was the motorcycle rider.
Mesias won the 2nd Lucha Libre Premier tournament.
