AAA #841 (07/12)

taped 06/13, aired 07/12

Am I losing my mind, or was there a Michinoku Driver near fall in the Mari/Fabi match that got clipped out on TV? I could’ve sworn there was, and Mari really had limited offense from what was shown. Just head kicks galore, with Fabi seemingly controlling more of the match. I wasn’t expecting this, but I liked some of their matches leading up this than the TripleMania match itself.

This was the best Zorro vs Cibernetico match. Not saying much. In the same vein, this was the best Mexican Powers/FdT match, but that’s mostly because you had the Legion as well, and they were a lot better focused. No meandering pauses to set up pointless spots that are instantly forgettable, just a more all out sprint that works with these guys.

What else did we have? Vipers/tecnicos was just a usual match, as really was Sect/Air Force. Espiritu didn’t interfere as it seemed the night of the show – he was just like a normal manager.

Just in case you haven’t seen them yet, I ripped all the matches from this show, and will do the same with the next half.
