Heat 01/02 and Heat 01/09 and IVORY NEVER AGAIN. I don’t know how you watch Experience. Long long ago I thought Ivory might work as an announcer – these are one of those very wrong things I say now and then.

Did anyone see the Flaming Lips and the Shins on Austin City Limits? I taped it for a friend, and, having no great exposure to the Flaming Lips, the first 15 minutes are fun so far.

Not that it matters to anyone, but I’m just adding to this entry instead of making another AND I’m gonna wait till tommorow to start watching 24 so I can have myself a four hour EVENT. Don’t tell me about it.

OMG I fixed my e-mail all by myself. Apparently SpamAssassin is broken and they just didn’t tell me. dumb dumb dumb, should’ve made the connection quicker. Anyway. Mail should be working.

If Todd Gerth is reading this, let me know if you want the ELL-MEX results to link to the CW or DVDVR post.

Here’s my Velocity. Here’s Rick’s PPV review – easily the most favorable opinion I’ve seen tonight, and he’s having trouble pushing it to acceptable.

Triple H “World” title reigns

1) defeats Mankind on 08/23/99 (RAW)
(loses to Vince McMahon on 09/16/99)

2) defeats the Rock in a match also with the British Bulldog, Big Show, Mankind and Kane on 09/24/99
(loses to Big Show, 11/14/99)

3) defeats Big Show, 01/03/00 (RAW)
(loses to the Rock, 04/30/00)

4) defeats the Rock, 05/21/00
(loses to the Rock, 06/25/00)

5) defeats Chris Jericho, 03/17/02
(loses to Hollywood Hogan, 04/21/02)

6) awarded new World Heavyweight Championship, 09/02/02
(loses to Shawn Michaels, 11/17/02)

7) defeats Shawn Michaels, 12/15/02
(loses to Goldberg, 09/21/03)

8) defeats Goldberg, 12/14/03
(loses to Chris Benoit, 03/14/03)

9) defeats Randy Orton, 09/12/04
(title vacated)

10) defeats Randy Orton in a match also with Chris Benoit, Chris Jericho, Batista, Randy Orton and Edge to win vacant title, 01/09/05

He’s got 7 to go. It took him 5 years to get the last 7, though that was with losing a year (and, even more important, the chance to get some junk “WCW World Championship” reigns to inflate the total.)

World Heavyweight Championship Days Held (counting today for Triple H)

Remember, this is the start of his reign; he’ll easily be up to a full 2/3rds of the pie before WM.

Though I’m tempted to do a SD! comparision, I’m seriously going to bed now.
