corp open. show open.

And welcome back to the land of Special Heats. Your host is Todd, and it's 436th edition of nothing going on. This week's stab at a theme: Cyber Sunday Taboo Tuesday past selections.

Taboo Tuesday '05 - Matt Hardy & Rey Mysterio vs Chris Masters and Edge Gene Snitsky. It's always great for Edge to say "I care about one thing - I care about ME" with Lita standing next to him. Sadly, this is clipped. Happily, they leave in Lawler fawning over Masters' body. Styles says "World WRESTLING Entertainment" - has he done that since? Even clipped, I'm bored by this match. I like how Rey's body weight is supposed to keep down the super strong Masters. Match does pick up when they get to the hot tag. (7:16 aired, including pre-match)

Cyber Sunday: DX vs Edge/Orton

Todd's decided to make this an interactive version of Heat, where we interact with weirdness. Todd polled everyone in the office, and the first question was

Todd: "Who's the best looking host in the WWE?"
A mouse cursor appears, and it double clicks Todd, who is replaced by
Josh Matthews: "What the? Huh? I'm on Heat? Oh my god, my worst nightmare has come true." I guess Josh has been brought back from a time where Velocity existed. Since Josh is here (and wearing a suit), he might as well introduce the next match. Josh asks the big mouse cursor in the sky to transport him to the playboy mansion next. Nice seeing ya.

Taboo Tuesday 2005: Lingerie Battle Royal for the Women's Championship. We just saw this a few weeks ago, but hey, uh, huh. I have nothing to say here. They're going to show the whole thing? I'm not going to watch the whole thing. (6:10)

generic Cyber Sunday match - I can't make a ladder match! I can't make a cage match! So many horrible lies.

Todd's angry about being beat by a midget. It happens. Talk about Ric Flair's match leads in to - well, more whining about Josh winning the poll. Question number 2!

Todd: "Who's the most intelligent person ever to appear on Heat?"
We get a Blue Screen Of Death: "Warning, ego overload". And then a shot of a pile of rocks - Todd thinks they mean The Rock, and then gets the bad joke and laughs horribly. I would have preferred Al Snow.

Taboo Tuesday '05: Eugene & Jimmy Snuka vs Rob Conway & Tyson Tomko - this is a good one. Not in it being a good match, but everything before and after (as well as Snuka's state during this match) sure seems to indicate they figured on Duggan being here. (Quick shot of the Rock here - oops?) I guess the Flair mention was supposed to be "Flair's teaming with a legend, so let's go look back to Eugene teaming with a legend", but it got lost in the comedy. Speaking of comedy, the best part of few 'live' Heat's has been skipping seeing the same Eugene spots every single week. When Styles says "this brings me back to my childhood", is he really saying "Snuka is really really old"? He totally looks like that here. Tomko plays real light with him after the match. (7:23)

Cyber Sunday: three champions, one title

Todd has an emo moment. Todd then has a Jimmy Yang Wang moment. It's quite the collection. Hey, we are seeing Shelton's match last year.

Taboo Tuesday 2004: Chris Jericho vs ? [IC]: The list of participants, two years later - lost the skill he had, lost the push he had, had a unsatisfactory title reign, having an unsatisfactory title reign, gone and back, gone and not back, gone and maybe back, still William Regal, still collection paychecks at home, spelling his name different elsewhere, spelling his name different elsewhere, hanging with Great Muta, hanging with Albert, still on Heat, still making fun of Val when he's on Heat. I forget what happened to Chris Jericho. This match is clipped for time restraints. (6:29)

Could Shelton win again? No.

THAT'S IT. Wait, no! Todd reluctantly. has one more poll question to get thru.

Todd: "Who is the best host in the WWE?"
Todd hasn't disappeared this time! Did he win? He's so happy. Wait, there's the mouse, there's the click, waiting, waiting - it's Hugo and Carlos! HOLA! They waste no time plugging the PPV! They're going to party. Time to dance!

That's it.
