Heat 11/30/03 - Rob Conway uses a hanging corkscrew neckbreaker move to beat Maven. I know I know semantics and new to the RAW Audience and all that good stuff but I'm sure in a pbbbbbbbbbbt mood.

Nidia (Houston, TX) vs Jazz (New Orleans, LO) - Nidia has got an actual entrance and (what passes for female) wrestling gear! They said her weight was 110 way back on the draft lottery but they'll never mention it again. Your announcers are the newest Heavenly Bodies (said with a low female whisper), Al and Coach. Considering this is the first time Jazz has been on TV in forever, does she needs to take back all she said about Theodore R. Long? We'll see who wins. We're remembering Nidia was on Tough Enough, but more remembering that Benoit vs HBK was awesome. It even lived up to Coach's high high standards. Hey, it's the new ref, I wonder if they give him a name here. Lockup, Jazz turned into the ropes (! because you'd think Jazz would be winning the strength related things), break with heel shove. Lockup, Jazz with an armbar, tightening it up, into a waistlock, takedown, front facelock by Jazz, and she forward rolls was holding on, turning into an extremely unfun inverted chinlock with back bridge. Neat spot. Jazz rolls back, and Nidia is able to reverse to a hammerlock, which Al taught her. Jazz rolls out of it, back to her feet with the armbar back on. Nidia forward rolls (showing off her red bicycle shorts underneath) and uses her leg to reverse the armbar in a way I don't understand (or buy). Jazz kicks free. Headlock, Nidia shoots her off, Jazz with a thesaurus. Jazz takes a look, says a word, off the ropes, over, into a hiptoss that Coach generously calls nice. Armdrag. Armdrag into an armbar. Al and Coach debate which is the proper synonym for thesaurus: "dictionary" (Coach) or "encyclopedia" (Al) and dozens of English teachers start to prepare complaint letters. Jazz back up to her feet, yanking Nidia's hair to push her into the ropes, knee to the midsection. Whip, right misses, Nidia with a less than impressive inside cradle one two no. Backslide, one two no. Jazz with a kick, right, corner whip, Jazz charges into double boots. Al's saying he taught Nidia all the offense and none of the getting punched, and Coach is slow to catch on. Coach is slow, generally. Jazz charges in again, Nidia tries to boos up on the ropes for double boots again, Jazz catches them and pulls Nidia out of the corner, causing her to the Fit self powerbomb bump (and hard.) Elbow. Jazz not covering, pulling Nidia to the apron for an elbow smash to the head. Choke around the bottom rope. Nidia dragged away from the ropes and covered, one two no. Jazz starts trash talking but quickly gets shut up via kick. Nidia follows with a forearm with Jazz tries again, but Jazz stops her run via headbutt. Jazz picks up Nidia, and somehow confuses herself with Orlando Jordan - jab, jab, jab, (no shuffle), big right blocked, beat, Nidia forearms/punches her back. Right, chop, sorta whip, clothesline. Clothesline. Kick, northern lights suplex one two NO. That should totally be saved for her finish because it's by far the best done move she's used. Instead, she's going up? This seems unwise, and a long way to go. Luckily, Jazz stumbles backwards towards Nidia, turning around so Nidia can flatten her with a top rope plancha, one two NO Jazz rolls through one two NO. Jazz with a corner whip, corner splash but no one's home, Nidia inside cradle (better - and with one and half feet on the ropes) one two three (4:16) "And I taught her that one too." Yea, Jazz has definitely got to send an I'm Sorry card.

Milky Way bite into this Jericho beatdown. This candy bar is reprehensible!

Rhyno (Detroit, MI, 275 pounds) vs Val Venis (Las Vegas, 243 pounds) - Who's the last man on the RAW Heavyweight Roster? We're here to find out! Coach is too busy reading ad copy to comment on the ladies. Crowd is loud before the match for no particular reason. Lockup. Rhyno with a headlock. Al: "You just saw the rewind! You just saw the Milky Way Rewind! Are you insane?" Rhyno shot off, back with a big shoulderblock. Rhyno of the ropes, over, under, into a hiptoss. One two NO. Hip swivel. Al has confused DeMott and Rhyno. Circle. Lockup, Rhyno armbar, twist, twisting Val down to the mat, "OH YEA" Rhyno hipswivel. "WHO'S THE MAN?" Val kips up to his feet, reverse the armbar, short clothesline is ducked, Rhyno with a waistlock, Val gets to the rebounds to knock Rhyno loose, but turns around into a clothesline anyway. One two NO. Snap mare, neck vice. "YOU WANT ME TO GORE HIS ASS?" Fans: "YAAAAAAAAAAAAAY" Forearm to the back, cover one two NO. Back to the neck vice. He should've asked if they want him to put on a neck vice. Val looking his way out. He settles on getting up and elbowing out. Why is Val buying new trunks? It seems like an unwise investment. Val elbow out, off the ropes, Rhyno tries to lift him up but Val slips behind, Val hard kick to the left hamstring, again, again, again, easy single leg takedown, elbow drop. Al notes that Val's doing this to set up for the reverse figure four. Elbow drops to the inside of the leg. Cranking the leg via toehold. Rhyno tries to kick free, and Val decides he rather punch Rhyno in the head then keep that toe hold on. Snap mare, grabbing the legs and calling for it, but he pauses to allows Rhyno kick him away and hard into the corner. Rhyno up, clothesline is ducked and Val hooks him in the half nelson, but Rhyno's gonad try to battle up with back elbows before the suplex. Rhyno pulls it off, only to get kicked. Val off the ropes, into the Concrete Crunch. No cover, as everyone knows where this is going. Coach: "His patented spear!" Al: "GORE!" Yes. One two three (4:10) He can hit it without missing first, wow. Al wishes that Heyman was back on commentary.

YJ GREEN MIST in slow motion, Spear in faster motion

Grand Master Sexay (Memphis, TN, 225 pounds) vs Garrison Cade (Austin, TX, 265 pounds) - all night, the graphic has spelled it as two words. Make up your mind. Standing Coach ovation for one of the participants. Al: "He's following YOUR lead?" Circle. Lockup, back in the corner by Cade, break. Clean. Al is hatching fiendish plans based on targeted demographics. It sound better that way. Lockup, Garrison backs GMS into the corner, break, but this time Garrison punches Sexay in the chest, and in the head. Kick to the ribs. Corner whip, down goes Sexay. Cade tells Sexay to back up, Sexay stands in stunned awe (I guess) and Cade kicks him the two inches into the corner. Corner whip, charge into Sexay's boot. Sexay waits for it, ducks the clothesline and gives Cade a drop toe hold. off the ropes, dropkick to the head one two no. Corner whip, reversed, Sexay with the WOW cross body one two NO. Sexay yells at Cade to get up, off the ropes, Cade is up and making a catch on Sexay's cross body - side backbreaker. Forearm to the back. Stomp. Slam. Off the ropes, elbow drop. Coach is now saying he bought the $1000 boot. I think that'd be $500 a boot in theory, but you're not going to just buy one boot. Suplex. One two no. Another suplex? Blocked, Sexay gets free and hits a reverse neckbreaker. Both a tad slow up. Off the ropes, Sexay clothesline but Cade doesn't go down, much to GMS' surprise. Whip, quick reverse, Cade punches, Sexay blocks, right, right, right, GMS tells everyone he's going to do a bulldog and amazingly gets dropped with a back suplex. Cade climbing up top, a little slow to get his balance, top rope elbow hits one two three (3:20) Coach tells Al to watch and learn. Much props are exchanged between Cade and Coach.

Monday: the biggest RAW of the year.
