Legion won the main event, leaving the tecnicos bloody. Cibernetico vowed to shave the rest of the rudos one by one.
Kenzo used a piledriver on La Parka and got away with it. Parka was strechered out, and AAA is hyping it as a long term injury angle with Parka requiring surgery. Every report I’ve read about Parka since his return has mentioned his previously injured shoulder still affecting him, and I’m presuming they just had him work thru TripleMania before taking more time off to get the shoulder better. There’s no return date mentioned.
Fuerza snuck in his foul on Octagon in the tercera to get the win.
Mexican Powers beat the Guapos clean, but Sabu, Konnan and Ron Killings attacked the crew after the match. They’re building to a Sabu (and Killings?) vs Mexican Powers extreme battle.
Mini’s match was originally announced as Mascarita Sagrada 2000 vs Mini Histeria for the Mexican Mini’s Championship. AAA’s recap has Divina replacing Sagrada, and the photolog adds that it was a #1 contenders match for the title. There were rumors of Sagrada leaving the company, and it sure seems like he no-showed this to keep the belt (which Mini Histeria and his new big push would’ve likely taken.)
