11/27-12/03 lineups

Still working on the news.

Lineups are below. Highlights
– the Tuesday Coliseo main – Wagner/Shocker vs Atlantis/Ultimo – probably is the match I’m most interesting in seeing and of course will. Perro Aguayo is back on Friday, and they’ve dropped both Universo and Kenzo from the main event.
– AAA TV tapes on Thursday.
– Mistico is apparently the IWRG Super Welterweight Champion, because he’s defending it on Sunday versus Black Warrior. At least IWRG figured out they need to move progress the feud; perhaps someone could pass the message onto CMLL? Don’t forget that Mistico’s also winning Hijo del Diablo’s mask on Friday in Tijuana.
– The Hiroka defends/retains the CMLL Women’s title against Marcela in Neza on Thursday.
– A Mascarita Sagrada defends a Mini’s Title on Friday. Don’t ask me which.

Speaking of title belts, according to the report from Arena Solidradid over on lomejordeluchalibre, it’s the UWA Junior Light Heavyweight title Silver King is toting around. You know, if they ditched all titles with Super and Junior with them in Mexico, it’d be a good start.

05/22-05/28 lineups

News is going to be a bit late, but I can post the lineups now

Lineup notes
– perputual CMLL undercards Ramstein and Explosivio meant in Mexico State on Sunday in a mask vs mask match. (I take Ramstein.) Also on that card, Ultimo and Rey challenge for the tag titles – for the last time ever? (probably not.)
– Mima Shimoda is booked on the tecnica side this week
– Olimpico is still listed as wrestling (mostly teaming with Tarzan) around the country this week – I’ve omitted him because his leg is in a cast and and all
– Sangre Azteca is listed on cards this Sunday (in a non title MEX TRIOS rematch), which is odd, because he should be in Japan by then. I think he’s still going to Japan, but if I was NJPW, I’d make a phone call to make sure everything is still on.
– Arena Coliseo Sunday has six matches booked at the start of the week, a rariety.
– no AAA TV tapings this week!

Lineups from 02/06 to 02/12

(waiting to see if Box Y Lucha is updating their articles today)

– AAA tapes two weeks in a row – today, even.
– Santo vs Sangre Azteca (and other people) in Aficion
– Mexican Trios Title rematch in Tampico
– Someone in a Mascarita Sagrada is still scheduled to work this weekend.

Tajiri isn’t listed anywhere. Either he’s working shows off the radar (the Wednesday Acapulco show with Toryumon Mexico is rarely reported) and just at the Toryumon Gym, or he was just around for a little bit. No idea.

12/12 Lineups

Highlights from the last week of Arena Mexico for the year
– Hombre Sin Nombre returns the same show as Sangre Azteca, the Tuesday Arena Coliseo. Safari is nowhere to be seen, but I guess we’ll be able to check this one off for sure if HsN misses due to the injury Safari suffered in NJPW.
– There’s a promotion named GOLFO. Huh. Less weird is Cien Caras coming out of retirement for one more match on the show.
– Latin Lover teams with Chessman and Cibernetico teams with La Parka Jr. in a incredible pairs match on Thursday.
– In addition to the CMLL Tag Team titles being defended on Friday, the Women’s Title are defended on Thursday in Arena Neza
– AAA has a TV Taping on Saturday. Shocker, Alan and Zumbido team up as Guapo U.
– “not a Perros Del Mal” person Terrible teams up with Perro and Hector on Saturday.
– There’s an 8 way mask match in Arena Neza with familiar names and the guy who will actually lose
– Someone named Gringo Loco is wrestling in Toerron. Different guy?

12/05 lineups

Lineup highlights:

– Mistico vs Ultimo Guerrero headlines in Puebla.
– Mexico main event is an atomico: Santo, Mistico, Negro Casas, Blue Panther vs Ultimo Guerrero, Atlantis, Averno, Mephisto. They’re pushing Panther vs Atlantis strong; maybe a NWA LH title match coming up, since I don’t think a mask match would. Also, Kenzo Suzuki returns.
– AAA has it’s end of year Guerrera de Titans show – and two other spot shows the same day.
– Konnan’s in to Mexico to work a Friday show, but is as of yet not listed as part of the Saturday show.
– Groon is back, but only for one indy show. Mascara Magica wrestles the same amount.
– The Mucha Lucha trio is working the opener of Martha Villalobos’ weekly show.
