Match 1: Astral, Eléctrico, Fantasy vs Pequeño Olímpico, Pequeño Violencia, Pequeño Warrior ©
Arena Coliseo Guadalajara, 12/03/2013

  1. rudos

  2. técnicos

  3. técnicos

Winner: técnicos (2-1)
Match Time: 9:35
Rating: below average/ok
Notes: Referee is Mystery Guadalajara Guy. All falls are edited, as usual.

1: Cascading turns to start off. Eléctrico is really keeping a lot of air between him and actual contact on strikes. Warrior does the handwalk headscissors. That and the legdrop and he can call it a day. Lots of armdrags. Astral does one good quebradora, nearly falls over backwards on the second one. Astral topes Violencia, but his partners quickly get beat. Astral appears to be checked on before his dive, but there's only a brief glimpse of it.

2: Rudos stay in control. Astral seems to be sent out quicker than Violencia wanted, and the rudos beat up Eléctrico for longer instead. Astral and Eléctrico are both wrestling in their leather jackets and hoodies, which seems totally absurd. Corner charges for Eléctrico, hen Astral, then Eléctrico in with a springboard plancha on Olímpico and I don't know what happened to Fantasy. Rudos stop and starts Electrico's offense twice, then stop and start with Astral. Rudos attempt to catch a springboard plancha from Astral, fail badly. Eléctrico is supposed to springboard dropkick the pile over, but the pile's already done, so he just ands there until they get back up again for the dropkick. The rudos stay motionless in the center of the ring until the técnicos land their splashes, and Warrior runs away from Eléctrico. That was very green looking.

3: Tecnicos do showcases (Fantasy, Astral, Eléctrico) while the rudos goof around. Astral and Eléctrico have finally taken off their entrance gear. Astral does very little but he's working with Warrior. Eléctrico also does little. Fantasy tries a thru the rope tornillo but misses Violencia near completely (and Violencia could've done a better job getting in the way.) Eléctrico hits Olimpico with 619, a dropkick to the back, and a crossfaced cavernaria (which Magadan decides is ground and pound somehow) for the submission.

Warrior is the captain, and instantly uranges Eléctrico to eliminate him. Astral whiffs on a dropkick he want not supposed to whiff on, and Warrior shoves him out anyway to set up the legdrop he's got to get in every match. It's an even worse legdrop than usual. Fantasy finishes Violencia for the win, then has a hard time getting up.

Match 2: Máscara Dorada, Thunder, Valiente vs Averno, Euforia, Tama Tonga
Arena Mexico, 12/08/2013

  1. rudos

  2. técnicos

  3. técnicos

Winner: técnicos (2-1)
Match Time: 13:18
Rating: ok
Notes: Referee is Pompin

1: Pairs are Dorada/Averno, Valiente/Tama and Thunder versus no one, because the rudos just all attack him. Euforia's mom didn't raise no fool. Corner charges should probably always go Tama Tonga last. Tonga fixes it by whipping Thunder and getting in another corner splash, but Thunder throws him off big on a cover. Another técnicos get involved, Devil's Wings and Euforia splash on Dorada to win the fall. Tama Tonga gives Valiente the Headshrinker (which hasn't looked great with anyone this time around and remains the same here) and chokes Valiente when Pompin won't count.

2: Rudos beat up the técnicos on the outside. Rudos try to unmask Thunder. Beatdown is generally not interesting, though Dorada takes his required crazy hiptoss to the ramp. Rudos start the comeback by a missed double clothesline which take out Tonga. Thunder is late and not very good. Dorada floating headscissors looks nice, and his tope into Averno is crushing.

3: Valiente runs over Euforia for a quick moment. Thunder no sells and body slams Tonga., with Tonga doing all the work and a replay covering up Thunder's offense. Dorada is a golden Flash, but not in too long. All the técnicos getting sunset flips at the same time does not end the match for the 100th time in a row. Rudos go for the triple headbutts, miss, get cradled, kick out. Tonga collapses while throwing Valiente to Euforia – he falls into a lump so dramatically that it seems like he must be severely hurt, but appears fine later. Valiente topes Euforia, then trips Tonga off the apron. Thunder knocks over both rudos with a tope con giro. Dorada and Averno into finish it, Dorada Gold Rush springboard flip torito wins it.

Quick snippit of a Volador interview, than longer with Santa Niebla and Santa Zacarias.

Match 3: Máximo, Rush, Volador Jr. vs Felino, Mr. Niebla, Negro Casas
Arena Mexico, 12/08/2013

  1. Peste Negra

  2. técnicos

  3. técnicos

Winner: técnicos (2-1)
Match Time: 11:42
Rating: ok
Notes: Niebla and Zacarias are in Santa Claus outfits. Rudos have jumped the técnicos as it's joined. Monito is with the técnicos. Referee is Babe Richard.

1: Brawling. Effort level may be summarized by Niebla lifting Máximo up for a Felino chop and Felino just walking away. Negro Casas is trying, but that's mostly on the outside with Rush and they don't feel like showing much of it for whatever reason. Niebla legdrops Monito. Rush runs in, attacks everyone, and gets dropped for Felino's elbow drop. Rudos mess with Máximo for a bit, then Negro brings a limping Volador back in for the rudos to attack his leg.

2: Peste Negra beatdown goes on, with Negro focusing on Volador for reasons which become clear when you figure out what feud has randomly been pulled out of the hat. Zacarias gets a 619 in. Rush, who has a memory longer than whoever books this, wants to fight Negro but is fought off by the other rudos. Rush evades corner charges and lets the rudos hit each other to start the comeback. Volador quebradora on Negro, Felino kicks him out, Rush back suplexes and double stomps Felino for one pin. Niebla falls over into a Maximo cradle for the other.

3: Maximo's in more goofball mood than the rudos, so he just does a lot of comedy. Crowd loudest for Negro Casas and Volador. Big boots lead to a Volador superkick and a running kick to the face. Crowd definitely booing Volador when he's getting in offense on Negro, though they cut to cheering fans all the same. Headscissors sends Negro out. Rush out chops Niebla, kicks Zacarias, and kicks Negro in a chop exchange with him. Negro battles back but Rush superkicks him out. Felino dropkick Rush out and gets in his dive. Máximo and Niebla do their dance, Máximo kisses Niebla, and dives off with a plancha. Volador and Negro left in, Negro clothesline misses, Volador superkick doesn't, Negro spins around, Volador falls down from a Negro heel kick before Negro even throws it (???), Negro casita, Volador shoves him off, Volador dropkick to the knee, Volador casita, Negro escapes and fouls him. That's a DQ and the match.
