Match 1: Dinastía, Faby Apache, Pimpinela Escarlata vs Mamba, Mini Charly Manson, Taya Valkyrie
Plaza de Toros Jorge Guiterrez, Tlahuelilpan, Hidalgo, 10/10/2013
Winner: técnicos
Match Time: 11:59
Rating: ok
Notes: No entrances because this is a four match show. Joined with Pimpi trying to kiss Jesus and the rudos trying to pull Pimpi away. Pimpi grabs Jesus and the microphone to get the crowd to chant for the kiss, but it doesn’t take. Mamba and Pimpi grab each other's hair instead, and everyone tries to pull them apart. Referee is Pepe Casas
It takes some time and is just followed by everyone going to their corner. And then they try blowing the whistle. What the heck, let me reset the clock.
Dinastía is handwalking in the opening exchange and landing a standing shooting star press seconds later, so it's pretty much the usual match for him. Manson manages to slow Dinastía up long enough to put a tapatía, then lets him back down so he can roll forward with a chinlock version of it instead. And then Manson lets go to kick Dinastía in the face, which works as well. Chop fight. Forearm battle and dueling clothesline leave them both down, double dropkick leads to a standoff and tags. Faby and Mamba are next, but Pimpi slaps at Mamba while she tries to dance near the ropes. Pimpi seems to be enjoying the six sided ring, because he's roaming around the apron a lot. Chain wrestling and zero pins end with a loud Mamba slap to Faby's face. This gets mamba put in a half crab. Other rudos breaks that up and take over the match. Dinastía is isolated in the ring first, for a cristo into a bulldog and a dropkick to cause Dinastía to flip out. Pimpi's thrown around by his hair. Dinastía flips off Manson's back into a headscissors on Mamba, superkicks Taya. Pimpi kisses Manson and jumps out of the ring with a silla on Mamba. Faby – the beatdown didn't last long enough for Faby to get involved – holds Taya for a spanking from Dinastía. Cuervo walks out while Faby's showcase segment starts, but she seems distracted as she easily goes thru the rudos. Faby does notice Cuervo hanging out outside near the rudos as soon as she's done. Pimpi again looks not so great, struggling on a casadora cradle that they have the good timing to pull back from. Walking the ropes goes fine, though the armdrag is all Mamba. Manson throws Misterio with a big German suplex for a near fall. Dinastía comes back with a big flipping spinning armdrag, then follows Manson out with a tope rope moonsault. Pimpi armdrags Mamba, grabs Taya by the hair, and uses her help to walk the ropes for a plancha to the floor. Taya blockkbuster supelxes Faby, but Fabi pulls her right into the armscissors. Taya escapes via powerbomb, then tries the Flashina cradle, has a problem with it, tries it again, and gets two. She's not Fuego. Corner whip, Faby gets in a kick to the face, and back to the rolling arm scissors. Taya gives this time.
Cuervo runs in, but Faby cuts him off with a slap. Faby points at him and seems to ask the crowd to boo him, but they don't get to before La Secta run in to attack Faby. Stomps for Dinastía and Pimpi before they can interfere. Rudos help out. Taya gives Faby a sit down powerbomb. Medics come out to check on the técnicos while La Secta are still stomping Faby. Cuervo says he wants the mixed tag titles but more importantly – he wants Taya to take the ugly indian's hair, and he'll pay. Everyone stomps Faby some more.
Match 2: Angélico, Australian Suicide, Jack Evans vs Daga, Psicosis, Steve Pain
Plaza de Toros Jorge Guiterrez, Tlahuelilpan, Hidalgo, 10/10/2013
Winner: técnicos
Match Time: 14:03
Rating: good
Notes: Referee is Piero.
Jack and Daga start off and decided to have themselves a kick boxing match because why not. Daga blocks Jack's low kicks, Jack dodges Daga's punches. Lockup? I don’t that's legal in kickboxing but let's go with it. Daga takedown, spinning on Jack's back, flipping him over but Jack gets guard, and and tries for an armscissors. Jack headscissors Daga fro the mat and kips up to his feet. Lockup, Daga tries to go right to the armscissors, Jack escapes out to an anklelock. Daga rolls free and kicks Jack away. HEADLOCK. At this point, I'm hoping they never tag anyone. Daga shot off but back with a shoulderblock, Daga off the ropes, rolling over, Jack high kicks ducks Daga clothesline misses, double dropkick spot and standoff again. Just like Dinastía and Charly, and they also go head to head before tagging out. Booo. Angelico and Steve Pain in, though Psicosis has to whisper advice to Pain first. Lockup, battling waistlocks. Pain switched to a hammerlock, Angelico rolls out of that, avoidance spots end up with a Angelico dropkick. Tags. That was fine, but not as much as what happen before it. Tag to Suicide. Angelico and Jack start SUICIDA chants (because they too know that name sounds a lot better.) Psicosis – well, Nicho, no mask today, pats Suicide in the cheek to mock him. Suicide does a twisting flip off the top rope for no reason. Suicide off the ropes, into a back elbow and Suicide does a flip off that too. This match. Suicide's thrown into the rudo corner, Daga grabs Suicide by the mask to hold him back, only Suicide's chin strap breaks and Daga just about unmasks the new masked man. Suicide fixes his mask, then Psicosis sets Suicide up for a flipping an armdrag and a running twisting shooting star press, I think. It's a two count. Whip, quick reverse to a heel kick, up kick to knock Psicosis back, of the ropes and loose headscissors sends Psicosis out. Suicide flips to a pose, and Daga sneaks in and back suplexes him. Haha. Daga takes off his shirt to choke Suicide. Tecnicos complain from the apron. Suicide thrown into the rudo corner for kicks and chops. He's thrown out, and Angelico's brought in for the same. Whip, double kick, cross armed hold, and Daga slides behind of backbreaker. A long way to go for a backcraker. Daga keeps Angelico held there in a sort of cavernaria, and the other rudos suplex a flipping Jack on to p. Live shot doesn't capture it great, replay is better. Back live, a DDT/wheelbarrow suplex spot on Jack is just caught in time. Psicosis clothesline Suicide hard as he returns. Psicosis goes to the stapler, but the rudos focus on chops instead. Corner whip for Suicide, Daga running forearm to the face, Suicide running dropkick to the face. Daga holds Suicide, and Psicosis staples a newspaper (?) to Suicide's chest, then staples him ion the back too. Jack makes it back to the técnicos corner to start a suicide chant. Whip, Daga, quebradora, Suicide escapes and enziguris Psicosis. Daga kicked away, diving tag to jack to get him in. Jack comes in with a spinning springboard kick, but Pain cuts him off with a superkick. Psicosis attack Angelico before he can get in, and Pain pounds Jack with punches from the top. Psicosis adds a low blow dropkick. Jack fights his way up, but gets hit from behind by Pain. Double suplex – no, Jack turns it into a double neckbreaker. Jack flips away from Daga, backflips kicks him, and makes the tag to Psicosis. Clotheslines for everyone, back elbows from everyone, with Daga flipped by a clothesline. Tecnicos assaults Pain with kicks, setting up a run of kicks and Jack suplexes on top for a near fall. Daga returns to break this up. Daga take out Jack with a suplex into a backbreaker, but Suicide breaks up the pin while Psicosis spears the post by mistake (and just hangs out there.) Suicide kicks down Daga, shooting star press, and Psicosis returns to life, hitting Suicide with a chair to break his run. Suicides grabs his back while Psicosis sets up the chair in the corner, then kicks Psicosis in the midsection and does a sorts of half Canadian Destroyer, to send the back of Psicosis' head into the chair. Suicide goes up, Psicosis goes to the apron, and Suicide pulls him to the floor with a flying headscissors. Jack springboards into a moonsault on Daga. Angelico and Pain left in, more Angelico's kicks to cause Pain to twisting in every direction, but Pain catches Pain with a powerslam for two. Pain powerbomb one two NO. Pain goes for his tiger suplex, Angelico flips out, gets in his kick from off his back, and starts the finishing melody. Crucifix powerbomb into the corner, Jack returns for a 630 senton and Suicide finishes with a twisting shooting star press.
Match 3: Cibernético, El Mesías, Electroshock, La Parka vs Dark Cuervo, Dark Ozz, Dark Scoria, Dark Spíritu
Plaza de Toros Jorge Guiterrez, Tlahuelilpan, Hidalgo, 10/10/2013
Winner: La Secta
Match Time: 13:13
Rating: below average/ok.
Notes: The doctor tries to stop Scoria when he's already on the stage. Scoria shoves him away. Way to wait to the last minute, doctor. (That's the closest they come to explaining last week's injury angle.) Secta politely let Electroshock walk in the ring and pose. They don't even attack Cibernético and Cibernético doesn't attack them! Referee is Piero. Wow, they're even letting Parka dance. Parka shoves Espiritu and still no fighting. Same ol' Secta.
Rudos charge at the whistle. Brawling beatdown. Corner clothesline for Mesías as they temporarily breaks form individual brawling, then go right back to it. They're all staying in the ring or near the ring, so it's a lot of just holding guys in place and hitting them, bend them around the ropes. Just as I type that, la Secta start to clear the ring so they can stomp on Cibernético in peace. Parka comes in, Parka gets stomped. Cibernético gets sent in the ropes, easily shoulderblock one, clothesline the other two awkwardly, and punches Cuervo to clear the ring. Secta regroup and everyone heads to a corner. Tecnico showcases go Mesías, La Parka, and Electroshock. La Parka bit is all comedy, which seems out of place. Espiritu asks for a handshake for no good reason except it sets up Parka's spots, and lots of Secta hitting each other as comedy. Electroshock gives everyone a cutter except for Espiritu (who gets a quebradora.) Secta come back to all clothesline Electroshock. Mesías breaks up the pin and easily goes thru all four with big moves. Mesías lands the splash, rudos break it up and hang Mesías in a tree of woe for a triple dropkick. La Parka gets his chance to go thru everyone – Cibernético is here, just not involved all that much – and then Secta get their chance stomp him. Cibernético is last to clear the ring, but takes a Cuervo chair shot to the head. This is apparently too much for Faby Apache, who runs out with a chair and hits Cuervo in the back, but Cuervo mostly not sell it and slaps Faby. Cibernético uses the distraction to get Cuervo's chair and hit him in the head.
Match 4: Monsther Clown, Murder Clown, Psycho Clown vs Máscara Año 2000 Jr., Silver King, Texano Jr. in a cage match
Plaza de Toros Jorge Guiterrez, Tlahuelilpan, Hidalgo, 10/10/2013
Winner: Psycho Circus
Match Time: 15:34
Rating: below average/okay
Notes: Changuito is with Consejo. They play Texano's music second, but he's already out with his team. Maybe just for his ring announcement? They do have a guy doing lasso tricks on the stage for some reason. It's a lot thinner lasso than the one Texano carries around. Both teams start fighting outside the cage because they're unclear on the concept. Referee is Tirantes. Consejo throw the Clowns in, even Mini Clown. Silver is the last one in, and they shut the door behind him. No whistle.
Stomping and various beating. The thin lasso seems to have made it's way to the ring, because the rudos are using that to choke people too. Mascara seems to start to leave, but doesn’t. Not sure if there's a minimum time here. It doesn't mater – two minutes in and it's already every lucha libre cage match ever. Psycho Circus turn around the match to less reaction than you'd thin, but then the crowd hasn't been that reactive – it's one of those were it feels like only the first couple rows are getting picked up on the microphone, making it feel much smaller than it probably actually is. Murder turns to leave, Mascara and Texano catch up to him, and Psycho stands in position so the rudos can toss Murder on this partner, . Mini Clown tries to help, Texano shoves him off, Murder catches, and Texano missile dropkicked the pile. Máscara adds a top rope splash. Consejo all go to leave, all get stopped. Clowns all try to leave, Monster and Psycho get away, but the rudos beat up Murder Clown. Psycho and Monsther can't decided if they should save their friend or not, and end up sitting on top of the cage watching him get beat. (They're trying to get a reaction from the crowd, which really doesn't come.) Psycho & Monsther come back to clean house after a minute. Monsther runs for the flying sit, but actually latches onto the cage and climbs out. Not sure why you would betray your teammates in this match where nothing is on the line.
Consejo take over with the 3-2 advantage, proving Monster Clown is a jerk. They all turn to leave, and the Clowns can stop Mascara and Texano but not Silver. Silver hangs on top of the cage for a while, but does not seem concerned about the going ons, just taking his time because being on the top of the cage is no bring deal to him.
Texano stops Murder from escaping, Psycho grabs Texano, and Mascara climbs up past everyone to escape. This was easy.
Clowns beat up on Texano, and then Murder just climbs out. Psycho does encourage him to leave.
Texano and Psycho are left, and Mini Clown and Changuito are also left, though they've been staying out of the action for the last few minutes. Champion and challenger exchange shots, Texano misses a lasso short, Psycho flapjck. Psycho and uses the lasso on him. Psycho goes to climb out, Texano grabs him, Mini Clown bites Texano, Texano kicks him away, both Texano ad Psycho stand on the top rope and chop, both fall and crotch themselves. Texano drops Psycho Clown with a Tornado Texano, climbs up and gets bitten again. Psycho punches Mini Clown down, and then gets off the op rope to give him a lasso. Psycho recovers just In time to give Texano a quebradora, then helps Mini Clown escape. Psycho teases a Destroyer on Texano, Changuito hits him, Psycho teases hitting Changuito, Texano kicks and gets his monkey instead. Destroyer on Texano. Psycho up but dizzy. Psycho climbs up, slips, climbs over the top, and escape for the win. Hooray, it's over
La Secta run out with chairs and attack the Clowns. Weird crowd shot during this. Secta demand a trios title shot, though it takes them a while to get to it.
Texano/Psycho hype video to promote Heroes Inmortales next week. Announcers recap the show in front of the El Brazo picture.
