Due to Sunday's show being canceled (protest marches) and CMLL abruptly losing the Televisa show, this is a rare Friday taping broadcast on 52MX. JCR and Tiger handle the entire broadcast and there's probably a back story to that too.
Match 1: Dalis la Caribeña, Goya Kong, Marcela © vs Amapola ©, La Seductora, Princesa Blanca
Arena Mexico, 08/30/2013
Winner: rudas (2-0)
Match Time: 13:01
Rating: below average
Notes: Referee is Bestia Negra
1: Tecnica showcase for everyone, then the rudas quickly turn it around. Amapola gives Dallys a worst ever spear (mostly on Dallys not selling), Blanca powerbombs Marcela, and Seductora takes the pin herself.
2: Ruda whip/knock down beatdown for an extended time. Near DQ for triple teaming while kicking Goya Kong, then Marcela headscissors her way into a comeback. Spots with Dalys are very slow. Amapola and Dallys slowly reverse a whip to cause Marcela to missile dropkick Dallys by mistake. Dallys gets up and knee smashes Marcela out of the ring. Goya tries to talk sense in to Dallys, and they both get beat.
Match 2: Blue Panther, Máscara Dorada, Mistico vs Averno, Pólvora, Rey Escorpión ©
Arena Mexico, 08/30/2013
Winner: rudos (2-1)
Match Time: 14:16
Rating: ok/good
Notes: Rudos have jumped the técnicos before the match is joined. Monito is with the técnicos. Referee is Babe Richard in what might be his first ever appearance on this TV show. It would have to be many years at least.
1: Tecnicos turn it around once they get in the ring, with Blue Panther directing his partners into big flying moves on the rudos. Revolucionarios manage to trip up the Estetas, Panther still puts Averno in a hold, and the Revolucionarios break that up. Averno lands a triple powerbomb with some help to take the fall.
2: Rudos dominate the técnicos and setup La Careta, but Místico breaks up with a springboard headscissors. Dorada takes Pólvora out with the flying headscissors, Místico top rope moonsaults Escorpion, Dorada does the same with Pólvora, and Blue Panther submits Averno after they both pose a bit. Averno again appears to submit before Panther has even locked in the hold and Panther angrily thinks Babe Richard is breaking up the hold until he's informed he's won.
3: Showcases go Místico, Dorada, Panther. Dorada crazy spot of the moment is standing on the ringpost, leaping to the buckle, and leaping off into a headscissors. Revolucionarios break up a Panther Farmer's Roll, get sent out but the Estetas again, and bowled over by tope con giros. Averno manages to survive a tapatía and Escorpion saves him from cruz nipona. This turns into everyone breaking up a finish for a while. Pólvora survives a running sunset flip powerbomb by Dorada, then catches him on the top rope for the Super Pólvora Driver. Panther and Averno come back in long enough to set up a Panther tope, then Escorpion powerbomb Místico for the other pin.
Revolucionarios challenge for the trios titles is not shown.
Match 3: Marco Corleone, Máximo, Rush vs Felino, Negro Casas, Volador Jr.
Arena Mexico, 08/30/2013
Winner: técnicos (2-1)
Match Time: 8:15
Rating: ok
Notes: Referee is Tirantes. Rudos jump the tencicos. Zacarias is with his team.
1: It doesn’t go as well for Negro, who gets thrown around by Rush, but it goes better for his partners. Tirantes gets everyone back to their corners rather quick. Rudos still beat up Rush when he comes in, and Negro submits him for the fall. Rush gives up Averno quick, though Negro holds on for a while longer.
I've been skipping over the Anniversary promos but there's another one here.
2: Felino attempts to set the record for longest sell of a Marco punch. Máximo flips Volador to the apron and Marco punches him to try and start the comeback, though the Casas Brothers shut that down quick kicks. They toss Máximo, who lands on his feet, and causes people to hit each other enough to actually get that comeback going. Marco punches Negro and throws him into a Rush superkick, Volador superkicks everyone, Máximo dodges and kiss cradles him for the fall.
3: Tecnicos go Marco, then Rush versus Negro. Lots of hard back and forth including Rush about knocking Negro out with his corner dropkick. Rush takes out Volador with his tope con giro, Negro tries to boost off Felino's shoulder but just gets clotheslined by Marco, and Máximo takes care of Felino for the técnico win.
