Match 1: Sensei & Soberano Jr. vs Akuma & Apocalipsis
Arena Mexico, 06/21/2013
técnicos
Winner: técnicos (2-1)
Match Time: 9:10
Rating: below average/ok
Notes: Referee is Bestia Negra.
1: Akuma/Soberano is edited straight to the end game, with a Soberano springboard headscissors, corner dropkick and another springboard legdrop. Sensei finishes Apocalipsis. Replays are about half as long as the fall.
2: Sensei scares Apocalipsis with his karate kicks. Ultimo Guerrero talks about how hard it is to wrestle in the opening match (when the fans don’t care much about the match.) Soberano backflips over a Akuma slide, then springboard flips into – nothing, since Akuma just moved. Soberano sends him to the floor with a headscissors. Rudos turn it around on a Sensei drop down and do some dropkicks. Soberano is limping a bit. This beatdown gets a lot of time for not much happening in a very edited match. Soberano takes a dropkick off the apron. Sensei comes back in for a teased rally, but Apocalipsis puts him down with a German suplex.
Apocalipsis takes a monkey flip tot the floor,t hough I think he's supposed to take it just to the apron. Breaking the no dives in the firs tow matches rule, kind of. Akuma quickly finishes Soberano with a valagueza.
Over replays of that German suplex, Ultimo Guerrero talks up the German suplex of a Dos Caras Jr.
3: Wheelbarrow cracker by Akuma on Soberano. Akuma just studies pequeno estrellas matches for moves. Sensei does the corner spin bit twice to evade charges, gets kicked down anyway, and Soberano tornillo planchas both rudos. Tecnicos immediately wrap up, though Sense and Akuma have trouble with the submission.
CMLL Cartela – Sunday @ Arena Coliseo – Rush, Titan, La Mascara vs Invasors for the trios titles. I appreciate them using the Darth Vader dancing footage for Kraneo.
Match 2: Diamante, Rey Cometa ©, Tritón vs Niebla Roja, Olímpico, Psicosis ©
Arena Mexico, 06/21/2013
rudos
Winner: rudos (2-1)
Match Time: 9:59
Rating: técnicos
Notes: Referee is Pompin. Monito is with the técnicos but is never a factor.
1: Pairs are Diamante/Olimpico, Triton/Psicosis
Triton gets tuck doing his multiple jump armdrag, but figured it out, does a rope flip, and everything looks okay. New Triton? Niebla Roja flapjack kicks him, then takes a flying headscissors from Rey Cometa. UG says Cometa is the best flyer in CMLL, wow. Olímpico crotches Cometa before he can dive, and the Invasors pull of a double Guerrero Special. Ultimo Guerrero loses his train of though and makes a whining noise, hilarious. Niebla Rojo does his overcomplicated GTS, which looks like a low blow kneelift this time, to finish Cometa.
2: Triton and Psicosis have some bad timing on a heel kick. Triton gets in a quebradora before the rudos cut him down. Triton makes another comeback off a corner whip, but gets grabbed and dropped by Psicosis' senton. That came together well. Roja gets in the backflip double heel kick on Diamante, but misses another charge and takes a monkey flip. Again, the rudos get on him before the full comeback. Diamante's boosted into a Psicosis spinebuster, then held for an Olímpico springboard splash. Olímpico knocks down Cometa, does his dance, takes a superkick. Psicosis dropkicks Cometa before he can do any more. Swinging Gate bomb on him. Niebla tries to bite Cometa's head, which is tough with Niebla Roja's mask. Cometa evades Psicosis and slides out, Psicosis tries to dive thru the ropes with a dropkick, Diamante sort of catches him (a little late) and Triton takes advantage with his guillotine legdrop. Rudos kick Triton down, Diamante springboard dropkick the rudos down, Triton double springboard plancha and Diamante tope to them. Captains in, Cometa drops Psicosis in the corner, 450 splash for the fall.
3: Triton headscissors Psicosis around. Diamante makes Olímpico run a lot, then they almost run into each other on a quebradora. Roja flips Cometa on a clothesline, but misses a corner charge and throws himself out. Cometa follows out with Brillo Cometa, though this the top rope and gets no distance. Triton dumps Olímpico in the corner, but misses his tornillo moonsault. Olímpico puts him in his cristo Negro while Diamante runs into Psicosis layout frontcracker.
Rudos say very generic things.

Match 3: Blue Panther, Rush ©, Super Porky vs Averno, Negro Casas ©, Rey Escorpión
Arena Mexico, 06/21/2013
técnicos
Winner: técnicos (2-0)
Match Time: 11:44
Rating: ok/good
Notes: Everyone is brawling as the fight is started. Tirantes is referee. Zacarias is around.
1: Rudos are generally winning, though not so much where Rush and Negro Casas are involved. Escorpion and Averno manage to double suplex Porky, a massive feet. Rey Escorpion chokes Blue Panther on the buckle, then Panther is just on the other side of the ring when they cut back. Whatever. Crowd is very into it. Match settles down. Escorpion chokes Panther some more. Rush wants him to just leave so he can fight Negro Casas, and everyone sort of agrees to it. This goes badly for Negro until the rudos help out, and then Rush is just over whelmed. Negro's dropkick in the corner looks off because Rush bows his head so far forward. Panther surprises Averno with a cruz nipona, but Escorpion makes the save in time. Panther evades a corner charge to start the comeback anyway, and the técnicos use Porky as a smashing device. Poor Averno takes the Rush corner dropkick. Negro manages to turn it back to the rudos, with Rush dropkicking panther by mistake. Crowd very into Negro kicking Rush. Negro's headscissors try is blocked into a big powerbomb, then pulled up for a second sit down powerbomb for the pin. Rush doesn't let Tirantes raise his arms and double stomps Negro instead. Porky splashes Negro as well. That would seem to be a DQ, but no.
2: Averno finds himself trapped in a Panther hold again, and Negro has to make the save with kicks. Negro takes of his wrist tape as Rush slowly approaches, and they have a big chop fight. Negro misses a dropkick and gets all sorts of stomps by Rush. Invisible football kick. Rush with more punches. Negro blocks a corner whip, then moves out of the way way too soon on the next one. Rush stomps, goes in another, and gets kicked down and stomped. Negro puts on a cross face, but Porky breaks it up. Escorpion hits Porky hard before it goes too far. Escorpion is able to knock Porky down with a shoulderblock, but Porky starts tossing him around. Porky flattens Escorpion and the rudos make the save. Rush is kicked out and Panther is kicked down in the corner so the rudos can senton Porky a lot. Rush and Panther storm back to break up the pin, and this one is breaking down. Averno takes a hiptoss to the floor, land fine, then slips, then gets back up in time to take Panther's tope. Rush won't go down to Negro's clotheslines and takes his back suplex. Senton, cover but Escorpion breaks it up. Escorpion supelexes Rush and lands his top rope legdrop, but Porky breaks it up and angrily chops Escorpion. Escorpion sunset flip, Porky sit, Averno breaks it up with a dropkick. Averno and Panther face off and get to the Devil's Wings, but Panther goes dad weigh, then they pretend it worked anyway – it's really bad. I don't know what happened there. They're slow to continuing, then panther just puts Averno in a hold and has Escorpion breaks it up. Rush dropkicks Escorpion and kicks him in the chest until Escorpion catches the leg. And fights back. Wheel kick ends Rush out, Escorpion out after him with his tope con giro. Porky flattens Escorpion with an apron plancha. Panther and Negro in, Panther grabs the arm for a hold, but Averno turns Panther around and foul kicks him. Averno stomps Panther as Tirantes raises Panther's hand.
Negro and Rush brawl on the outside. Averno and Negro taunt their rivals. Rush says he doesn't respects legends, but does accept his hair challenge. Escorpion wanders over to the announce desk to challenge Ultimo Guerrero, which is better than challenging Super Porky.
Ultimo Guerrero wraps up.
