The previews of each match now include a captain graphic, so that's nice. It only lasts for one match sadly.
Match 1: Fuego, Hijo del Fantasma ©, Hombre Bala Jr. vs Misterioso Jr., Puma, Virus ©
Arena Mexico, 05/19/2013
rudos
Winner: técnicos (2-1)
Match Time: 12:45
Rating: ok/good
Notes: Referee is Tigre Hispano.
1: Virus and Fuego have a good hold battle. Fuego does this with Virus well, just not as much with other people. It doesn't seem to just be Virus leading the action. They end up with an even chop fight and tags. Puma takes armdrags form Fantasma first, but then starts trying to lock him into holds on the mat. None are completed, but it's a closer battle. He still ends up armdragged out. Bala moves fast with Misterioso in, landing the double knee smash to the back and an apron rolling smash (with some help from Fantasma.) Puma kicks the ropes at the right moment to trip Fantasma then turns a Fuego huracanrana into a powerbomb. Virus submits Fantasma for the other elimination.
2: Virus clotheslines Bala around and nearly wins quickly with a side cradle. Virus holds Bala in an armbar for a while. Misterioso hammers Bala with corner clotheslines. Misterioso celebrates after dropkicking Bala out, only to get dropkicked out by Fuego. Puma knocks Fuego down and goes after his mask for no reason, then grabs Fuego's hand to taunt Fantasma. Fuego rallies back with a quebradora, but Virus knocks him down. Other rudos boot Fuego out for Virus. Fantasma and Virus have a chop fight on their knees, which Virus wins by headbutt (knocking himself down, so maybe a draw.) Virus tags Misterioso before Fantasma can recover, and slaps around Fantasma. Flapjack and dropkick sends Fantasma out. Bala in and slapped around. Rudos whip Fuego into his springboard flip escapes, then clothesline Virus by mistake. Misterioso and Puma still boot out Fuego, then stand in the center of the ring for seven seconds watching Fantasma run up the ramp and run back down the ramp. Phantom Attack still hits. Bala adds a springboard splash on both for the win.
3: Tecnicos go Fuego, Fantasma, Bala. Fantasma/Virus seems very clipped, but we do see Fantasma quebradora Virus on the outside. He comes back in and hits the tope for a dive, but Misterioso pulls down the middle rope to causes Fantasma to tumble to the apron. Fuego dropkicks and bowls over Virus with a tope. Bala dropkicks Misterioso, Puma hits him and pull of a rope bounce armdrag. Bala dropkicks Puma out anyway and follow with a springboard tornillo. Fantasma goes for the Phantom Attack again, and Misterioso sidesteps and pulls of his mask for the DQ.
Rudos taunt the técnicos. Puma challenges Bala to a mask vs mask match, while Virus says all the rudos are advancing.
JCR interviews the talk about the next match, then JCC interviews the rudos after a break. Escorpion is in a friendly mood.
Match 2: Atlantis ©, Blue Panther, Super Porky vs Boby Zavala, Dragón Rojo Jr., Rey Escorpión ©
Arena Mexico, 05/19/2013
técnicos
Winner: técnicos (2-1)
Match Time: 7:37
Rating: okay
Notes: Referee is Rafael el Maya.
1: Zavala and Panther start trading holds, and Zavala survives. Rojo and Atlantis are next, Rojo knocking Atlantis down, but Atlantis comes back to put him in a hold. Rudos break that up and triple team Atlantis while the referee keeps the técnicos out. Escorpion slaps Porky, who complains, then splash the rudos when they drop down too soon. Splash on Escorpion finish it while the other técnicos keep the other rudos away.
2: Escorpion takes a couple monkey flips from Atlantis. Quebradora for Escorpion, quebradora for Zavala, quebradora for Dragon Rojo. Zavala's sent out after a Panther corner push off headscissors. Rojo attacks everyone, but ends splashed by Porky. Escorpion slaps Porky again, and this time Porky cries. This leads into the sumo bit, somehow. Rojo & Zavala dropkick Porky out, then attack the other técnicos. Double hiptoss and elbow drops for Atlantis, and a Zavala top rope splash to finish him.
3: Sunset reversal dropkick spot on Atlantis is a little off. Panther's whipped from corner to corner, and Rojo boosts Escorpion for his corner axhandle spot. Rudos try to do something with wacky, then settle for all just stomping them. Atlantis and Panther rush in and attack, Atlantis throwing Escorpion to the buckle repeatedly. Triple whip, rudos rammed in each other, Atlantis dropkicks Escorpion out and Porky follows with a plancha. Atlantis either can't quite get Rojo up into the Atlantis or just prefers to do a spinning slam, while Panther submits Zavala.
Dragon Rojo says the técnicos got lucky. Zavala says this was just a set back and he's on to big things. Escorpion says the técnicos got lucky shots and they're the best team in CMLL.
Ultimo Guerrero says Místico is not ready for the quality of the Guerreros and calls Valiente “muy joven y muy aereo”. 1 of 2! Niebla Roja says his team is 100% prepared

Arena Mexico, 05/19/2013
rudos
Winner: tecnicos (2-1)
Match Time: 8:37
Rating: ok/good
Notes: Referee is Tigre Hispano. Zacarias is with the rudos.
1: Valiente betters Niebla Roja on the mat. Dorada and Negro are actually next. Even JCR can't remember which title Negro has. Dorada and Negro don't get much time before Negro headbutts Negro out. Místico gets less time, immediately shoulderblocked out by Ultimo Guerrero, then dumped on the barricade. Niebla Roja does the same with Dorada, and Zacarias lands the 619 on Valiente. Drop toe hold and legdrop for Valiente too, who starts to rollout one corner then rolls all the way across the ring to go that side. Flapjack kick for Dorada. Niebla Roja pulls at Mistico's mask, then UG adds the front superplex. It's the first fall, so that actually gets a three count. Negro puts Dorada in a crossface, but it turns out Mistico's the captain.
80th Anniversary
2: Joined with Niebla Roja slingshot stomping Valiente. Roja sends Valiente out to the apron to set up the flying sit. No tornillo this time. Rudos set up the same thing for Dorada, but Roja is messing with Místico when they. Roja brings Místico back up the ramp and stomp him there, and Valiente has time to break everything up. Místico superkicks Roja, runs to the ring, and Valiente boosts him into the ring into a headscissors on Ultimo Guerrero. Místico tope con giro out on him. Other técnicos to beat other rudos.
3: Negro and Dorada start, but we watch Zacarias talk instead. Dorada does a dragon leg whip thru the ropes on Negro, then a double springboard turning armdrag to send Casas out. Valiente takes Niebla Roja's flapjack kick and Zacarias' middle rope splash. Valiente sidesteps a corner charge and monkey flips Niebla Roja corner to corner, then ropes to ropes. Místico and Ultimo Guerrero back in, Místico headscissors run ends with a slingshot one to the outside on Guerrero. Rudos kicks down Místico, Valiente planchas the rudos, then leads them into a Dorada springboard dropkick. Dorada out with a tope con giro glancing Negro, Valiente Special onto Niebla Roja. La Mistica on Ultimo Guerrero wraps it up. No boos this week, as far as we can here.
