Match 1: Molotov & Oro Jr. vs Espanto Jr. & Zayco
Arena Mexico, 03/26/2013

  1. técnicos

  2. rudos
  3. técnicos

Winner: técnicos (2-1)
Match Time: 10:31
Rating: good
Notes: Referee is Rafael el Maya.

1: Chain wrestling in pairs, Molotov & Zayco and Oro & Espanto, thru two cycles. They're all active, and the last doesn’t go long before Oro lands the bodyblock moonsault for the pin. Bodyscissors small package doesn't go as smooth but works.

2: Oro Jr. smoothly swing kicks and springboard headscissors Espanto Jr. out. Molotov is smooth with Zayco until Zayco cuts him off with a clothesline. The match turns in favor of the rudos from there. Espanto plants Oro hard with a sidewalk slam, then chops him around before dropping him in the same spot he stated for a Zayco flying elbow drop. Espanto spears Molotov for the other pin.

3: Rudos control the técnicos. Double boot sends Oro Jr. to the ropes, but Molotov's flipped to the apron and breaks up the rudos double team with a sunset flip. Excellently timed reversal of that into a kick as the técnicos turn it around. Técnicos run the rudo into each other, Oro Jr. boost dropkick both rudos, and the técnicos put on their finishes for the win.

Match 2: Hombre Bala Jr. © , Stigma, Super Halcón Jr. vs Bobby Zavala, Disturbio, Hijo del Signo ©
Arena Mexico, 03/26/2013

  1. técnicos

  2. rudos
  3. rudos

Winner: rudos (2-1)
Match Time: 15:23
Rating: good
Notes: Referee is Tigre Hispano.

1: Stigma & Zavala start off and aren't completely smooth with each other, though Zavala takes a big knee bump to the floor at the end. Super Halcón/Disturbio and Hombre Bala/Signo are the other two pairs and go fine. The first pair comes back in, goes fine running the ropes, then blows a springboard headscissors so badly that Sigma lands on his head. That looked painful. Zavala chops Stigma down and clear of the técnico apron to buy some time, and Sigma flip armdrags him out. Disturbio trips Stigma on the bottom rope and legdrops him on the apron. Halcón & Ball double team Disturbio, leading to Bala's boost tope into the corner. Bala tries to add a rope flip moonsault, misses, but pretends he didn't for the pin. Halcón beats Signo at the same time. Fans boo.

2: Tecnicos remain in control, with Bala and Halcón using double teams and giving poor Signo an apron legdrop/wheelbarrow faceslam on the floor. Bala pulls of a nice top rope double tornillo on Disturbio in the ring which somehow does not lead to a pin. Disturbio gets a moment of offense to set him for being tripped on the apron, and draped off it for a Bala rolling double stomp. Crowd cheers, which is a big turnout around in just a few minutes. Zavala speeds things up and folds Stigma up with a dropkick to the back of the head. Rudos boot Halcón out and hold Bala for the hard dropkick to the backside.

3: Rudos throw the técnicos around. Stigma takes a double dropkick. They try for a a double sliding dropkick on Bala, but Zavala is just too fast and Signo ends up sort of sentoning the técnicos. Everyone just stops Halcón, it's easier. Tecnicos pull up Signo going for the jumping sit, and take out Disturbio while Signo just stands here, holding onto Stigma. Halcón breaks that up, but Stigma dropkicks him by mistake. He fixes it by headscissoring Zavala out, but Signo dropkicks him in the knee and the back. Bala comes in with a plancha on Signo, superkick knocks Signo in the corner, and Bala follows with double knees to the chest. Disturbio knocks down Bala and just throws him out. Easy enough. Halcón in, Disturbio clothesline misses, and Halcón gives him a split legged faceslam. Shining Wizard one two NO. Corner whip, Halcón charges in, Disturbio lifts him up on his shoulders, then drops him with a powerbomb. One tow three.

Stigma dropkick Zavala out, Zavala dropkicks Stigma harder. Zavala chops Stigma strongly into the corner. Corner whip, Signo lifts Stigma up on his shoulders and gives him a spinebuster slam, while Bala springboard into a dropkick. Nudo on Stigma, Zavala modified reverse campana on Bala, that's it.

Match 3: Guerrero Maya Jr., Hijo del Fantasma, Sagrado vs Namajague, Puma, Shigeo Okumura
Arena Mexico, 03/26/2013

  1. rudos

  2. técnicos
  3. técnicos

Winner: técnicos (2-1)
Match Time: 9:46
Rating: good
Notes: Namajague is still trying to wear his mask. Referee is Rafael el Maya. Everyone ends up in the rudo corner arguing about it. Puma tries to protect poor innocent Namajague, but they won't start the match until he does it.

1: Namajague tries starting the match himself, and Fantasma pulls the mask right off. Puma consoles Namajague again. Namajague swings and Fantasma, and finds himself in zero trip pins and a quebradora before retreating. Maya and Puma quickly counter each other until Maya armdrags him out. Sagrado/Okumura chop fight ends with Sagrado pulling off Okumura's head cover and toping him. Fantasma slowly rolls into a Puma kick, and Puma rolls him into the reverse figure four for a submission. Namajague takes care of Maya for the sudden rudo win.

2: Sagrado chops and monkey flips Namajague around. Okumura begs off form Fantasma to let Puma attack from behind, and they double team kick Fantasma out. Puma superkicks Maya and goes for his mask, while Namajague argues with the ref to give Puma some time. Double backdrop for Maya, and an Okumura quebradora. Rudos stomp down Sagrado, but get pulled out going for a dropkick, and Namajague's left with Sagrado. Namajague tries doing the Jinsei Shinzaki rope walk (!), but Puma accidentally kicks the ropes and I don't even know what Puma was kicking at. Fantasma arrives to superkick Puma out, Maya lands his tope on Namajague, and Fantasma gives Puma a an apron diving headscissors. Sagrado finishes Okumura for the win.

3: Puma offers a handshake, and Maya puts him in armbar. Maya and Puma have problems with Puma's usual armdrags, and end with three straight quebradoras instead. That somewhat gets the crowd not to boo. Sagrado headscissors Namajague out quickly, and sends Puma to the floor with a loose middle rope one. Fantasma has only minor problems with Okumura, kicks Puma to the floor before he can actually get in, pulls Namajague into the splits, and runs past him to tope con giro Puma. Namajague ducks Sagrado's head kick to inside cradle, Maya breaks that up with a sunset flip in. Okumura kicks Maya, and that turns the tables, rudos winning immediately . Fantasma is just late.

Match 4: Atlantis, Blue Panther, Diamante Azul vs Felino, Mr. Niebla, Negro Casas
Arena Mexico, 03/26/2013

  1. rudos

  2. técnicos
  3. técnicos

Winner: técnicos
Match Time: 11:40
Rating: okay
Notes: Referee is Tigre Hispano. Zacarias is with the rudos, but Monito is not with the técnicos. The parrot is unchecked!

1: Felino and Panther start, and the usual bit of panther putting on holds to be broken up by the rudos ends with Niebla using his new chain on Panther. That is apparently not a DQ, but is enough for the rudos to take over the match. Quick submissions to end it, though the rudos hold Panther down for another chain shot.

2: Rudos dominate taking turns one each técnico with more normal rudo brawling and little comedy. Panther grabs Atlantis on a whip and Azul rushes into clothesline the Casas brothers and dropkick Niebla to start the comeback. Brawling the other way. Azul does something to Zacarias which is missed completely by the cameras. Técnicos come together to use Niebla as a weapon. Negro see sit coming and kicks Niebla, which makes Niebla very unhappy. Azul slips in behind for a German suplex.

3: Panther hooks Negro in a tapatía, but Negro grabs the top rope and pulls himself to freedom. Negro comes back in, is pulled into a reverse arm scissors by Panther, and Felino breaks it up with a kick straight to the face. Panther tries to escape, but Felino brings him back in the ring, and Panther plays him with a faceslam. Back to a hold on Negro, and when Felino attacks. Anklelock on Felino, and Niebla slaps Panther off him. Niebla gets in enough slaps to do his dance, and catch his spit. Atlantis gets in his offense, and Azul and Negro have a good Negro Casas sequence. All the rudos attack after Azul's corner senton, with the técnicos distracting the ref by arguing about it. Niebla randomly pratfalls off the apron to set up Azu's tope, and the other técnicos roll up the other rudos.

Match 5: Ángel de Oro, Shocker ©, Valiente vs Kráneo, Mr. Águila, Psicosis
Arena Mexico, 03/26/2013

  1. Invasors

  2. técnicos
  3. técnicos

Winner: técnicos (2-1)
Match Time: 14:38
Rating: ok
Notes: Shocker charges Mr. Aguila, last one out, and sends the edecans scattering. They calm down before the match starts. Tirantes is referee. Mije is of course with the rudos.

1: Shocker waits in the ring for Aguila to come in, so of course he's not coming in. Kraneo in instead, so Shocker leaves to chase Aguila. Aguila begs off and nothing is accomplished. Valiente and Kraneo start instead, with Kraneo again foiled when trying to dance over his enemy. A Valiente casadora armdrag causes Kraneo to walk out. Angel de Oro dramatically spins out on a Psicosis shoulderblock. Oro comes back and dropkicks Psicosis out. Shocker in again, but Kraneo in and again and Mr. Aguila happy to hang out with Mije on the apron. Shocker turns his back, Aguila springboards in, Shocker notices and turns to face him before anything can happen. They argue, slap each other in the face and runs the ropes to set up an Aguila shoulderblock. Aguila escapes a quebradora to land his jumping heel kick. Aguila punches Shocker a few times, corner whip, reverses, Shocker spears Aguila in the rudo corner. Punch for Psicosis, struts, and the rudos all jump Shocker. Other técnicos try to help, fail. Mije middle rope headbutt drop on Shocker. Three man powerbomb on Shocker, and he's done.

2: Rudos stay in control, though Shocker does get a brief takedown and punches on Mr. Aguila. Rudos end up booting Shocker out. Psicosis gives Angel de Oro a Samoan drop and a senton, but pulls him up at two. Kraneo tosses Mije on top of Oro too. Valiente is in briefer, but Shocker avoids and attacks the Invasors into his usual comeback spots. Aguila's thrown down by the hair, which quite messes it up. Aguila leaves, Shocker tries to top him, and Psicosis breaks it up. Valiente takes care of both Psicosis and Kraneo, when they're not hitting each other by mistake. Psicosis feeds himself into Angel de Oro as usual, and Valiente pull off a rana on Kraneo for the win.

3: Rudos stall, but Mr. Aguila comes back to watch Valiente monkey flip Psicosis around, and Psicosis throw himself thru the ropes. Valiente gets Kraneo out with a flying headscissors, and slide thru the ropes to chase him on the outside. Oro give Kraneo a helicopter headscissors, but Mije gets in a second headbutt drop on him. Things turn badly for Kraneo and Mije from there, Kraneo running over his little friend and takes a rolling dropkick out. Aguila comes in next, and Angel de Oro tags in Shocker. Dramatic slow chop fight won by Shocker boot, and a clothesline takes them both out. Valiente headscissors Kraneo thru the ropes and rams him into the barricade with a tope. Psicosis takes a look at hat, then misses a clotheslines on Angel de Oro. They loose their place, then figure it out for a Psicosis tope onto Valiente, and an Oro moonsault onto everyone. Shocker and Aguila back in, Shocker gets in the cradle for the clean win.

Tecnicos start to celebrate and the rudos immediately attack them. Shocker's shoved out of the ring, and then everyone settles down. Tirantes walks off immediately. Psicosis gets the microphone, but TV doesn't pick it up well until Aguila has it. Aguila insists he had the ropes and makes fun of Shocker. Psicosis says Aguila isn't alone, the Invasors stick together and they'll end him next time. Shocker is not impressed by the threat, notes he won clean while Aguila had to cheat, so he's better. Since the Invasors want to stick together, Shocker suggests his team versus them for the trios titles. Invasors immediately walk off. Shocker asks that they come back, just so he can insult them once more. Shocker leads the técnicos in struts, which of course allows Aguila and Psicosis (Mije and Kraneo not paying attention) to attack them from behind. Rudos run off before the técnicos can get back at them.
