Match 1: Dalis la Caribeña, Estrellita ©, Silueta vs Amapola, Tiffany, Zeuxis ©
Arena Mexico, 03/01/2013

  1. técnicas

  2. rudos
  3. draw

Winner: draw (1-1-1)
Match Time: 11:55
Rating: ok
Notes: Técnicas walk out together in Estrellita shirts, only to be attacked from behind by the ruda crew. Referee is Edgar.

1: Brawl doesn't last long, but the rudas still stay in charge and go thru the técnicas one by one. Announcers make a deal of Tiffany and Estrellita being ex-friends, those two do not. Zeuxis crushes Dalys with a double knee to the face. Silueta takes a fearsome two woman faceslam. Estrellita randomly gets in a dropkick to s end Amapola out, and follows with a silla. Other four in, and técnicas immediately win despite what had happened much of the fall.

79th year promo.

2: Reversal fall; técnicas go thru the rudas one by one and lose at the end. Silueta and Tiffany have enough problems with a flying armdrag that Silueta is laying on the mat by the time she grabs Tiffany. Everyone seems to be yelling so loud, or the ambient crowd noise is fairly non-existent. Rudas do get in their share of offense, usually ending the tecnica runs by big moves. Amapola runs Silueta over with a spear, and the bit gets a strong reaction. Tiffany immediately in for a rolling double armbar to submit her. Zeuxis seems to want to give Dalys a top rope Spanish Fly, but Dalys isn't interested in going all the way up at all. They do a middle rope one instead, and it works fine

3: Rudas dominate the match again. Tiffany gets in her move on Silueta. Dalys kicks and punches in the air to threaten Tiffany, and Amapola simply kicks her from behind once. Zeuxis boosts off Tiffany's back for a double knee to Dalys' pelvis, more or less. That can't be what was planned. Estrellita and Zeuxis have a hair flipping fight before the others break it up. Estrellita comes back with a cradle on Amapola as the other técnicos cradle the other rudas, but the rudas kick them all out. Rudas have trouble with high five, but none with dives – tope con giros, Zeuxis the only doing a straight tope. Everyone gets up and brawls on the outside, and Edgar quickly counts them out. Silueta is the only one who seems to realize they're in danger of being counted out (announcers included), but Tiffany pulls her back. Amapola and Estrellita both argue with Edgar, Edgar raises both of their arms, and they're even more unhappy with that. Both sides first try to stop Amapola and Estrellita from fighting, then just fight among themselves. Edgar eventually tries to stop it.

Announcers note this would mean both heads would be shaved if it happened in their apuesta match.

Match 2: Atlantis, Místico ©, Rush vs Euforia, Niebla Roja, Último Guerrero ©
Arena Mexico, 03/01/2013

  1. Guerreros

  2. técnicos
  3. técnicos

Winner: tecnicos
Match Time: 13:01
Rating: good
Notes: Monito is with the técnicos. Místico is wearing a silver mask on top of his head, because his actual outfit is gold and CMLL is afraid their fans are very easily confused. Rush has matching gear. Guerreros enter together, all in red. The Guerreros do their group pose on the ramp, and Atlantis runs into Euforia to break it up. Brawl from there. Referee is Babe Richard.

1: Rudos get better for the brawl, as usual. Niebla Roja does not do the spin on the flying sit this week. Niebla Roja goes for Mistico's mask, which is an actual call back to the bit to Dragon Lee, but the announcers don’t pick up on it. Rush takes corner charges, and leans down and out of the way to take Niebla Roja's flip kick on his shoulder. Atlantis gets the senton de la muerte, then the Pulpo Guerrero to beat him. Everyone has a pause where they believe Atlantis is the captain, then remember it's Místico. Niebla Roja sets up Rush for an Euforia powerbomb, and that does it.

79th year promo.

2: Euforia smashes the back of Rush's head into the barricade. Místico is tripped and given a dropkick to both side of the head. Rush is attacked, then Atlantis sidesteps a corner charge to start the comeback. Euforia is able to kick him down, but Místico into a top rope 'rana. Euforia kicks Místico to the ramp, Rush superkicks him (or his general area), UG bumps Rush out, Atlantis monkey roll sends UG out, and topes him. Místico is lurking on the ramp for something. Rush kicks Euforia, and Místico runs back in with a flip over the top rope into a 'rana for the pin. He didn't truck the ropes, which is probably the point. Rush gives Niebla Roja a fireman's carry into a cutter and a double stomp for the win. Atlantis come in just long enough tog et his hand raise, and goes back to beating up UG on the outside.

3: Atlantis demands UG, and UG comes in to leave at the first moment. Rush powerslams Niebla Roja, headbutts Euforia, and chops fights UG rather than tagging out to Atlantis. Rush tires to win via dropkick, but UG is to quick for him. Belly suplx spot is all messes up, because UG thinks he's throwing a clothesline there. They grapple with each other unhappily for a moment, try the suplex again and it goes better. Místico in, and now they bring up the Dragon Lee thing. Niebla Roja lasts about 5 seconds before a headscissors, and Místico has ones for the other two rudos as well. It's a very quick run. Crowd loudly boos Místico when he poses. Atlantis gets the better of Euforia, and gets him Niebla Roja mistake. UG tries to rush in, and just rushes into a quebradora. Guerrero is saved by Babe Richard stopping Atlantis from pulling the mask, and those two brawl until everyone else comes and brawls as well. Rudos get the better of the free for all. The Niebla Roja ringpost shiranu does not go right at all, Rush seemingly have no idea what to do with it. The rudos get it back together and toss Niebla Roja out for his big tornillo. Místico headscissors Euforia out, and follows with the springboard shooting star press. Alexis is almost in taking photos in the wrong place at the wrong time, but just of the way of that dive (and fleeing after). Atlantis and UG come back in for cradle and reversal, Babe Richard is briefly distracted by Rush, Atlantis pulls UG's mask and cradles him fro the win.

Announcers show replays and do their best to yell right over the top of Atlantis & Ultimo Guerrero, as if they want to make sure we don't hear what they have to say.
