Match 1: Molotov vs Cancerbero in a lightning match
Arena Coliseo, 10/28/2012

Winner: Cancerbero
Match Time: 7:12
Rating: bleh
Notes: Referee is Pompin.

Basic start. Cancerbero is noticeable taller than Cancerbero. Molotov starts getting rolling via springboards, armdragging Cancerbero out after one and following with a slingshot tope con giro. They return to the ring with more counters. Cancerbero missing a sunset flip roll thru dropkick is enough to keep him down for a Molotov quebrada (though Cancerbero has to grab the técnico from flying too far.) Cancerbero top rope plancha is great, only gets two. JCR, who earlier was suggesting this might be the start of a Euforia or Pólvora like rise for Cancerbero, now says Raziel & Cancerbero and Super Comando & Artillero are the best tag teams in CMLL. No tag titles for either of them! Cancerbero gets in his hanging kick bit, then a plancha to the floor. Molotov takes right back over when they get back in the ring, swinging cradle suplex for two, cradle for two. Five minute call is late, as it always is. Double clothesline spot, they're both down for two. Crowd not into this match, neither am I, but Pompin hitting the mat is really loud. A Molotov top rope 'rana is still two, somehow less impressive than when small guys do it. Molotov misses a missile dropkick, Cancerbero puts on a motocicleta, and they're done here. Hooray!

Match 2: Ángel de Oro, Blue Panther ©, Máscara Dorada vs Averno ©, Ephesto, Pólvora
Arena Coliseo, 10/28/2012

  1. rudos

  2. técnico
  3. rudos

Winner: rudos (2-1)
Match Time: 18:18
Rating: ok
Notes: Referee is Tigre Hispano.

1: JCR mentions Blue Panther faced Rodolfo Ruiz, Averno's father, in his Arena Mexico match.

Panther tangles Averno up, but Team Gold makes sure his partners don't get int o help. Averno has to roll out to escape, and is very angry when eh does. Averno tries to brawl the next time in, slapping Panther in the faces, which shakes up Panther greatly. Averno spits on him while he's down. Panther takes some time to recover, but Averno slaps him down again. Crowd gets on Averno for being a jerk. Blue Panther up, ducking, and slapping Averno around. Averno covers up and tries to flee, but and Panther pounds him. Averno gets out of the ring while throwing a punch, but comes back in once again. Lockup, Panther wristlock, Averno is in trouble, and Pólvora breaks it up. Panther takes a swing at Pólvora for doing so, and he and Ephesto are very scared. Panther gets the wristlock armscissors and Pólvora again breaks it up. Averno leaves this time, so Pólvora comes back in and dropkicks Panther. Dorada with a plancha on him and a Sling Blade. Ephesto breaks it up. Dorada headscissors sends Pólvora out, Ephesto kicks him back, Oro in, flipping run and headscissors sends Ephesto out. Averno puts him down with a boot, swing at Panther as he comes in, misses and is caught with a quebradora. Panther ask the crowd if they want another, Averno escapes, Averno drop toe hold and around into a reverse figure four. Panther gives! Panther was the one caught in a hold by surprises, how about that. Averno is hurting but victorious.

2: Rudos keep control of the match. Averno pulls Oro around by his mask and sets him up for kicks from his partners. While Mascara Dorada is in for his slow brawling beatdown, JCR tells us a story about how Mascara Dorada was set to have a mask with Averno, but he went to NJPW and Mascara had won the mask by the time he could win. Huh, that story sounds familiar. Averno, having been watching his Super Halcón matches, powerslams Dorada into the corner for two. All the rudos pound Panther. Oro makes annoyed poses on the outside. Ephesto gives Panther his shoulderbreaker. Pólvora almost helps cover, then realizes his mistake and puts his hands up to make it clear he's not getting involved. Two count. Panther set up on the apron and dropkicked off, Oro just is too slow to grab Averno. Averno is left alone in the ring, though, so Oro springboard planchas in and finishes Averno with a mecedora. Tied up. Rudos were sort of caught up by Dorada, but more clueless.

3: Averno tries to draw a foul call from a Panther punch, but can't get it. Panther puts him in a tapatía, and Pólvora again stomps to break it up. Hiptoss to the floor wipes Averno out. Pólvora runs when Angel de Oro comes in, but Ephesto makes him stay in. These two are moving much after, though you can call the spots before they happen. A particularly solid superkick sends Pólvora out. Ephesto begs offs from Dorada, but the spins him out in a shoulderblock. Dorada springboard headscissors sends Ephesto out. Crowd loud for Panther as he comes int o face Averno once more, but Averno pounds him into the mat. Panther rallies back, Polvora breaks it up once again. Panther's reversal for a sunset flip into a fireman's roll doesn’t work as he wants, but it's enough for Pólvora to break up something yet again. Panther slips a tag to Dorada, who gets into a chop fight with Pólvora. Dorada springboard, Pólvora counter dropkick one two NO. Pólvora misses a corner charge, Dorada springboard moonsaults on him. Other four in, Panther boots Oro, rudos move, then hit the técnicos and finish them off with their moves.

Match 3: Diamante Azul, La Máscara, Shocker © vs Felino, Tama Tonga, Terrible ©
Arena Coliseo, 10/28/2012

  1. rudos

  2. técnicos
  3. técnicos

Winner: técnicos
Match Time: 12:12
Rating: okay
Notes: Tiger Hispano is ref. Zacarias is wearing a Felino-ish mask. Comandante has no funny outfit.

1: Máscara brief técnico run includes a big superkick for Terrible. Shocker takes all of Terrible slaps and is clotheslined before Terrible hands off to Tonga. Tonga flattens Shocker with one corner splash, but gets speared going for another. Azul in and armdragging and armbaring Tonga. Felino helps Tonga with a trip from outside, and the rudo beatdown is on. Felino's running headbutt spot seems like it should hurt him much more than it actually does. Rudos take turns doing moves to Shocker, who's dragged back from tagging a few times. Shocker is allowed to roll out, but that's no deal because Terrible beats Mascara in seconds. Terrible drops Azul in position for Felino's elbow drop, and that's it. Tonga looks like he's not sure he knows the rules, so he waits for his partners to signal the fall is over before he comes in.

2: Tonga headbutts Azul a lot. Azul takes him down and goes for punches, but Terrible turns it over. Tonga gets in punches, Azul turns it over, Terrible gets involved again and Tonga ends up on top. Shocker kicked around and stinked. Mascara evades a corner charge to start the comeback, headscissoring Felino and ducking past Tonga to tope Terrible. Azul planchas Tonga, then pulls him over for a German suplex and three.

3: Mascara's técnico run leads to Terrible's weekly accidental slap of Comandante. The rudos console her, until Terrible tries to hit her to get her to stop crying. Shocker unifies the group by annoying them all, then specifically annoys Terrible with teased handshakes. Shocker does jumping jacks before facing Zacarias, I don't know. Tonga and Azul have a big slap fight, then Azul crushes him with the corner senton. Other rudos rush him, Azul ducks them and topes Tonga. The other técnicos in, rudos whipped into each other, and pulled in finishes by the técnicos. That's it. Azul punches Terrible out on the ramp to close the show.
