Match 1: Máscara Dorada, Shocker ©, Super Porky vs Black Warrior, Mr. Águila ©, Puma King
Arena Mexico, 10/19/2012
rudos
Winner:tecnicos (2-1)
Match Time: 14:24
Rating: ok
Notes: Monito is with Shocker. Mije with Mr. Aguila, who's got a Darth Maul thing going. Referee is Tiger Hispano.
1: Puma and Shocker start, and Puma does a good job of playing off Shocker's reactions. Mostly hold for hold on the mat, though Shocker does get in a snap suplex for two at the end. Aguila and Dorada exchange armdrags. Dorada and Porky have to practice their tags before Porky is let in. The camera shakes on everyone up Porky stakes, and he tires to get Warrior to come down so he doesn't have to get up. Warrior falls for the back ridding bit, though he drags it out a little bit longer than Bucanero does. It ends as badly for him. Rudos save Warrior for the sunset flip counter sit. Shocker runs in to argue, and is sunset flip into a dropkick. Dorada is held in a catapult for Warrior's legdrop to take care of him. Puma takes Porky down and splashes him, which is somehow enough for a pin.
In between falls, Mije dropkicks Monito, and Warrior adds a legdrop.
2: Rudos dominate, getting in their spots. Or Puma does, anyway – dropkick to the backside, superkick, cowering from an aggrieved técnico. Shocker baits Puma into a heel kicking Aguila by mistake to start the comeback, then stunners Puma to use as a shield from a Warrior dropkick. Porky cause more rudo bumbling, then he and Dorada get pins for the win. Quick fall. Monito get some revenge on Mije after the fall.
3: Dorada comes back with a Puma King assisted headscissors on Aguila, and headscissors Puma out. Flipping run is met by a Black Warrior stare, who insists on facing Porky. Why would he ever insist on that? It probably is easier. Porky makes fun of Warrior, Warrior is improbably able to knock down Porky with a shoulderblock. Porky fights back with his usual offense of being lifted for moves and running over people with his fat. Shocker excitedly faces Puma, but takes his three kick combo. Shocker gains a near fall with a spinebuster, Warrior annoying Shocker by breaking it up and suckering him into a Puma superkick. Puma chops and lands a harder one. Shocker rallies back with the crowd, Puma gets in even more kicks and drops him with his springboard frontcracker. Técnicos make the save. Warrior and Dorada in long enough for Warrior to take the knee bum out and a Dorada moonsault. Shocker immediately cradles Puma for a pin. Aguila tries a senton on Porky,
Monito, Shocker and Super Porky dance after. Mascara Dorada is too cool for that.
Match 2: Ángel de Oro, La Máscara, Místico © vs Averno, Ephesto, Mephisto ©
Arena Mexico, 10/19/2012
rudos
Winner: técnicos (2-1)
Match Time: 13:21
Rating: ok
Notes: Avernos enter first, together. Místico gets last entrance and springboards in to headscissors Mephisto. Other técnicos keep other rudos down with superkicks, and Místico is out with a tope con giro right away. Referee is Maya.
1: Everyone left in the ring takes each other out, leaving Místico – wearing gold just like Angel de Oro this match – back in with Averno. Headscissors sends that, but Mephisto sneaks in a quick. Devil's Wings, they're done.
2: Mistico's mask is untied when they return. Dragon Rojo predicts a two fall win for the rudos. Rudos take turns beating Místico. Místico about lands on his head on a backdrop. Crowd shot, and he's back getting Averno a headscissors. Mephisto kicks him to his corner. Mascara tags in, but the rudos attack him from behind. Double hiptoss splash for him. Angel de Oro dropkicked off the apron. Rudos pose, get beat. Rudos should stop posing. Máscara superkick, rudos kicks him out, Angel de Oro plancha on both, then back handspring elbows on Averno, Místico headscissors Mephisto and springboard shooting star press to the floor. Técnicos rap up with their favorites.
3: Místico gets in another headscissors on Mephisto on the apron. Averno just bails from facing Mascara, so Místico goes thru Ephesto quick to face Mephisto. Místico blows a headscissors with him, and the crowd lets him know. Doesn't stop Místico from posing. Angel de Oro gets in his offense run, a stunner up the outside in moonsault. Rudos break up the pin, and Averno spits at Mascara to antagonize him. Others rudos fail with a boost headscissors and a failed armdrag spot between Oro and Averno. Angel superkicks him out anyway, but that wasn't smooth. Gold is bad luck! Mephisto and Mascara exchange chops, giving Máscara reason to take off his shirt and get kicked. Mascara gets flipped to the apron but just kicked everyone from there, then punishes Averno and Mephisto for putting their head down too soon. Angel de Oro comes up in to observe, and they both tope the rudos. Mephisto and Místico left in once again, Místico springboard sunset flip for two. Mephisto kicks Místico back Místico grabs him and sits him on the top rope, then pulls him off with a springboard 'rana. One two Averno breaks it up. Averno poses. Corner whip, reversed, Místico charges in, Averno flips him to the apron, Místico swats him back, springboard 'rana blocked into a powerbomb, then picked up and thrown in the corner. Averno small package one two Angel de Oro breaks it up. Angel ducks a clothesline and armdrags Averno, then wraps him up in a 'rana. Ephesto's turn to break it up. Ephesto shoulderbreaker, Mascara's turn. Máscara superkick, front roll into a campana, Mephisto turn to break it up. Máscara immediately plancha him and Averno breaks it up. Rudos clear the ring of all but Místico, and actually mange the triple faceslam without disaster, but the técnicos dive in to break it up. Rudos clear the lesser guys out and try the triple powerbomb, and this is the one that fails. Mascara 'ranas Mephisto while the técnicos grabs Averno & Ephesto, one two NO. Thought that was actually it. Rudos clear out the técnicos again, Mephisto slams Místico in the center of the ring, stereo headbutt drops miss, técnicos all cradle the rudos, still two counts. Crowd is into this match. Angel de Oro fired up, everyone else just recovering. Tecnicos not named Místico roll out again, Místico 'ranas Mephisto again, Averno and Ephesto break it up. Referee Maya is so annoyed with this lack of tags. Máscara is finally able to flip Mistico's safety, and Angle de Oro flips with a springboard armdrag on Ephesto. Averno gets him, but Máscara gets him with a flipping armdrag. Mephisto charges in, Mascara drops him in the corner, and Místico goes up top. Shooting star press, one two three!
