Announcers welcome us to the show. No Bucanero. They know Pólvora/Titan is not the main event, so either this was changed after the show or that was the plan for some time.

Match 1: Hombre Bala Jr., Stigma, Super Halcon Jr. vs Cancerbero, Hijo del Signo, Raziel
Arena Mexico, 09/04/2012

  1. técnicos

  2. rudos
  3. técnicos

Winner: técnicos
Match Time: 19:52
Rating: eh
Notes: Referee is Bestia Negra.

1: Pairs are Signo/Halcón, Raziel/Bala, and Cancerbero/Stigma. Signo & Halcón isn't interesting, but Bala and Raziel really do nothing, so it's like lighting when Stigma starts giving Cancerbero spinning flipping armdrags for the fifteen seconds they're in. Cycle back around to the first, pair, rudos all stomp Halcón for a moment, but Bala helps Halcón turn it around. Running double knees, and boosted tope to Signo. Halcón lands the moonsault to get the pin. Raziel comes in, takes one armdrag, shrugs off another, and dropkicks Halcón out. Stigma is fast with Raziel, but not especially high on his jumping spinning heel kick. Cancerbero wipes himself out wiping out Stigma with a back elbow. Stigma improbably reverses corner whip, but gets caught with the hanging corner kicks and shoved off the ropes to the floor. Bala backdrops Cancerbero, rolls on his back, turns him around, and traps him for the fall.

2: Signo and Bala leads to the Bala double knees to the back. We miss something – the dive off the apron? Signo falling hard to the floor - that's reacted too poorly by the crowd but missed while showing replays. Halcón is embarrassingly low with Raziel, but still gets in his offense. Crowd gives him a hearty boo. Cancerbero stops Stigma with a spinning faceslam, then clears the other técnicos himself. Rudos have had enough! Raziel comes in for the slingshot bulldog bit, but Bala goes so fast that Cancerbero never actually can get a hold of him for the bulldog and just runs aside. Raziel spinebusters Stigma and leaves him, and Signo brings the técnico back for – uh, chops and clotheslines, basically. He does taunt the técnicos on the apron a lot while keeping Stigma in, but doesn't have much use for the guy from Puebla. Cancerbero contributes a neck snap over the ropes, and Stigma is allowed to go free. Raziel drops Halcón on the top rope, then superplexes him off the middle one. Signo add the top roe splash to finally pick up a pin. Signo brings Bala into his corner, Bala fights all three, and all three stomp him down. Crowd reacts to this. Raziel submits Bala to end it. Raziel hangs on so his partners can stomp Bala. The ref warns, but does not call a DQ, because that's not the finish.

3: Rudos stay in charge. Stigma takes a double boot. Raziel shows off a belly to belly suplex, gets the first two count of the match. Double boot for Bala. Halcón ducks a double clothesline, slips out of a double rebound hiptoss, and ducks a double chop to start the comeback. Cancerbero kicks him out, Bala flying armdrags him, Raziel dropkick him, Stigma, 'ranas, Raziel, one two NO Raziel reverses one two NO. Raziel waiting for Stigma again. Stigma off the ropes, time killing hold on Raziel, Signo breaks it up. Corner whip, Stigma reverses it so hard that he falls down (?) Corner charges, Signo lifts Stigma up and give him a big spinebuster. Signo lock, Stigma gives.

Cancerbero tags in, but almost gets pulled in the casadora by Cancerbero. Cancerbero crawls away, and Raziel comes in with a plancha. Double duck down spot, Raziel slaps Bala away. Raziel kicks Bala into the corner, then grabs him. Superplex, Cancerbero with a top rope inverted silla, one two three. That's it. Raziel gives Halcón a gutbuster and a hold for good measure, but this one's over.

Match 2: Delta, Guerrero Maya Jr., Rey Cometa vs Morphosis, Olímpico, Psicosis
Arena Mexico, 09/04/2012

  1. técnicos

  2. rudos
  3. técnicos

Winner: técnicos
Match Time: 14:27
Rating: ok
Notes: Referee is Pompin. Mije is with the Invasors.

1: Cometa has some crowd chants as he starts with Psicosis, which very much distracts Psicosis. Cometa armdrags him around before the tag. Crowd switches to chanting for Maya when he tags in to face Morphosis. They more fight over holds. Olímpico runs the ropes a long time before taking a Delta armdrag. Delta adds a 'rana, Olímpico reverses, one two three. Huh.

Cometa quickly beats Olímpico with a casadora small package.

Cometa flipping run meet Psicosis sliding out. Cometa just keeps running, and lands the tornillo. Maya yanks Morphosis into the Sacrifica Maya to end it.

2: Delta armdrags Psicosis out and follows with his roll over the top rope headscissors. Psicosis had his hands up to put it on way early. I guess not an easy catch. Morphosis goofs around a lot with hand motion and poses when fighting Maya. Maya armdrags and slides Morphosis out. Olímpico boots and clotheslines Cometa, then clears off the other técnicos to start the beatdown. This is very familiar. Psicosis dropkicks Cometa & Olímpico around, then the rudos come together for a triple powerbomb. One two three. Delta eventually takes the swinging gate bomb for his loss.

3: Olímpico runs Maya around the ring while Morphosis hold Cometa for a flying move by Mije. Cameras sadly miss it. Mije goes in the ring to land a middle rope headbutt drop on Maya. Mije celebrates with a fist pump. Psicosis gives Delta the old corner clothesline/bulldog one two for a one two (kickout.) Spinebuster for two. Odd for someone to actually be trying to win. Psicosis suplexes Cometa, and Olímpico tags in for his slingshot elbow drop. No corer, general yelling at the crowd instead. Olimpico's glam look is not working for him, but he keeps trying. Whip, double boot, Cometa goes out. Maya tries kicking Morphosis, but is kicked and elbowed. Maya evades a corner charge and gets stuck in the buckle, Maya armdrags Psicosis, and runs past Olímpico to tope con giro Psicosis. Olímpico teases going for a dive for a long moment, then turns around into Cometa's missile dropkick. Quebradora for Morphosis, and Cometa grabs the mask. Wrong guy! I don't know how you get him confused with Puma King, Morphosis is not as cool. Cometa ends up sliding out on a reverse whip, Morphosis chases, misses, a clothesline, and Delta slowly toes a tope rope top con giro in Morphosis' general direction. Morphosis did a poor job of catching him. Olímpico comes out of nowhere for a corner tope on Cometa. Ref checks that all out, Maya kicks at Psicosis, Psicosis blocks it and fouls him one two three.

  2. Titan pump tornillo (3:39)
  3. Titan headstand rope flip moonsault (11:54)

Winner: Titan (2-1)
Match Time: 20:47
Rating: great
Notes: No belt presentation shown! Absurd. Referee is Terror Chino. Seconds are Inquisidor and Triton.

1: Crowd chanting for Titan loudly. First couple lockups get us nowhere. Titan trips up Pólvora and locks him in a crossface, but Pólvora rolls free. Titan armdrags him away before they start circling again. Pólvora's turn for a takedown and a half crab. Titan punches off him to turn it around, Pólvora gets Titan's back, Titan slips out thru the legs, ties up Pólvora legs, slaps him in the back, grabs both arms, briefly bridges forward, then stands up Pólvora instead for a standing surfboard - for a second before armdragging him away. Titan is not mentally set for a holding on to something for a long time. Next sequence has Pólvora armdragging from the mat, Titan handwalking to counter it and rolling to his feet, but his backflip headscissors is shrugged off. Pólvora shoves Titan down, Titan armdrags from the mat. Pólvora knocks Titan down again, pushes off a headscissors attempt, and turns into a mini sunset flip for two. Titan quickly rolls and flips to his feet, waiting for the slower Pólvora to get up as well. Titan over, waved by, reversed, Titan ducks under a clothesline, waved by, under, handwalking over. Pólvora waves and takes the handwalk spinning headscissors. Pólvora out, Titan handsprings near the ropes to fakes the dive. Pólvora stalls on the outside, then tries to charge in, but Titan swing kicks him, then follows with a rope flip moonsault to the floor. Both seconds check on their guys. Titan slaps Pólvora in the corner, corner charge, Pólvora flip Titan up, but Titan lands on his feet and lifts Pólvora instead to the top rope. Titan backs up, charge, runs up the corner, Pólvora jabs him on th way in, picks him up, Super Pólvora Driver! Trianguler of Solar probably isn't needed, but works for the submission.

2: Both charge and avoid each other to start. Titan 'rana, one two NO. Pólvora misses a clothesline, Titan off the ropes, into a sit down flapjack. One two NO. Pólvora gets up, rests on the ropes, and gives Titan a look. Clothesline to Titan's throat. Pólvora waits for Titan to get up again, and boots him in the face. Chop to the chest sends Titan back into the corner. Whip, Titan back with a springboard jumping kick to the chest. Titan off the ropes, dropkick to the face, and he's feeling. Titan whip, Pólvora grabs the ropes – and walks out! Referee wastes no time putting on the count, so Pólvora comes back, ducks a Titan shot, and pulls him down by the mask. Titan kips to his feet, backflip kicks Pólvora away, Titan jumps and rolls out the ramp, runs back and headscissors Pólvora off the ramp to the floor! Inquisidor rushes over to check on his brother, while Titan gathers his breath on the ramp. Titan runs – tope con giro the fans! Fans are impressed. Replays. Titan makes it in the ring first, and Pólvora is in some danger of not returning. He does recover, taking the walk around the ring to the camera side, and shoulders Titan away. Pólvora climbs up, and Titan meets him with punches. Titan turns around on the middle rope, puts Pólvora on his shoulders, stands up, and jumps off while dropping Pólvora on the mat behind him. I wonder how that looked in Titan's head. Titan backs up, charges the same corner, and adds a springboard pump tornillo, absolutely killing Pólvora. That looked great.

3: Pólvora ducks out at the first opportunity. Titan slides out after him, Pólvora comes back in, and dropkicks Titan off the apron. Titan goes into the barricade hard on the camera side. Pólvora goes to the apron, leaps - and jumps into the barricade! Crazy. Titan stand up Pólvora and dropkicks him away, then knocks him off the barricade. What plan does he have here? Titan back in, Pólvora up the apron, Pólvora slaps him away and slams Titan into the buckle. Pólvora climbs up, but Titan smacks him in the head. Titan grabs Pólvora from the outside of the ropes, and dumps him on the turnbuckle with a sort of gutwrench powerbomb one two NO. Titan rope flip moonsault one two NO. Titan lifts Pólvora cross his shoulders, and drops him into a face first powerbomb. Titan revved up, not covering. Climbing up - but Pólvora shoves him to the floor! Crowd boos. That was dangerous fall. Pólvora climbs up – plancha wipes out Titan and Pólvora. That was huge, Pólvora didn't waste much time with it and nearly overshot Titan, which made the impact much bigger. Pólvora back in first, but Titan slaps him away form the apron. Springboard – into the counter dropkick! One two NO! Both slow up. Titan runs, Pólvora waves him by, and drops him with a sit down flapjack on the next pass. Cavernaria! Not used on a dive! Titan still fights it, and breaks loose. Pólvora throws his hands up at the crowd. Chop sends Titan back into his corner. Corner whip, Pólvora charges in, and spears the corner high speed. Titan set up on the apron – double springboard tope con giro! That was good too. Replay of that. Titan in and posing, but Pólvora's in behind and jumping on his shoulders. Titan turns, but Polovra turns it into a forward roll, one two NO. Titan has to focus. He's up first, wave into the ropes ranita – is blocked into a sit down powerbomb one two NO! Titan waves his finger no. Pólvora up first and slapping Titan into the ropes. Kneelift. Whip, Pólvora clothesline misses, Titan back with a headscissors and Pólvora out once again. Titan immediately topes Pólvora to the back, and Pólvora goes diving over the barricade into the crowd. The women Pólvora lands on wants to keep him, but Inquisidor and security get Pólvora around to the door. Titan waits in a far corner for Pólvora for return. Pólvora charges, Titan puts him on the top rope, slaps him, and ask the crowd for help. Titan charges up the corner, Pólvora shoves him off, Titan backflips, Pólvora off for a 'rana, Titan sit down powerbomb one two NO! Announcers thought that was it. Referee looks exhausted, forget about the luchadors. Pólvora waves his arms in the air. Titan clothesline misses, Pólvora grabs him, kicks him in the midsection, and drops him with a Michinoku Driver. One two NO. Crowd is into the match. Titan kicks Pólvora way as they lay on the mat recovering. Titan is breath very hard. Pólvora up but distracted by the Titan fans. Pólvora grabs Titan! Pólvora Driver! Pólvora goes out to the apron? No, Pólvora goes up top rope. Frog splash – connects one two NO! Pólvora fan (!!) is beside herself. Pólvora slaps Titan down hard, Titan about flipping on one. Corner whip, Pólvora throwing Titan in the corner hard. Pólvora backs up, charge, Titan slips out, Pólvora puts on the breaks, Titan slaps him and stunners him anyway. Headstand rope flip moonsault seems to land more to the head than the body, but Titan holds Pólvora down, one two three!

Crowd approves. Triton carries Titan on his shoulders. Inquisidor argues something. Titan gets his belt from Gustavo and celebrates. Titan kicks Pólvora on the mat for some reason, Inquisidor (understandably!) is unhappy with that, something's said, and Triton takes Inquisidor down hard! They roll around on the mat fighting. This is all shot from the long cam for a while, but they zoom in at the end. Titan and Triton are ready to thrown down with Inquisidor, Triton ripping off his shirt, but the ref gets in the middle of it. Titan goes back to posing for photos. Inquisidor has a few more words for Triton, but says them fro the other side of the ring.

Diamante gets the best of Ephesto and chases him to the barricade. Misterioso and Oro are equals into Oro gets half crab, and the rudos break it up. Mephisto goes out, Místico slides after him, charges and Mephisto flapjacks him on the floor. Mephisto kicks him for good measure. Crowd loudly boos Místico, only stopping when he's hurt. Rudos immediately give the técnicos their moves, with Angel de Oro being super dramatic.

2: Second fall ring girl is way late. Misterioso goes after Místico's mask. Crowd is behind this idea. Whip, Místico tossed up and dropped on his face. Ephesto takes his turn to hit Místico in the forearm. Mephisto almost lets Místico tag, but instead puts him on the top rope, unties his mask, and pulls it in front of his face. Místico tries to hold on, but and Mephisto drops him backwards in the tree of woe. Mask barely stays on. Mephisto kicks Místico down. Místico tries to make the tag, and does, but Diamante is standing on the bottom rope. Mephisto hands off to Misterioso, who picks up with the taunting. Corner splash, corner whip, corner splash. Triple boot sends Místico to the stage. Ephesto goes out there to kick around and Místico, when Misterioso kicks over Angel de Oro inside. Misterioso actually throws Oro the the stage too, so the rudos can set up the flying sit. Diamante watches this, and hurries over to disrupt. Forearms around , and whipping Mephisto into a backdrop in the ring. Místico sheds Ephesto, and Oro tosses him into that headscissors in the ring on Mephisto. Místico goes up, top rope plancha. Crowd is mixed but strong on Místico this time. Oro back in, raintia on Misterioso for three. Diamante waits until he's clear, and submits Ephesto to end the fall.

Místico comes in with his own flipping run and headscissors Misterioso right away, but Misterioso knocks him down with a running back elbow. Místico rallies to headscissors out Ephesto, then goes back to the ramp after kicking Misterioso. Running flip headscissors sends Misterioso out – no rope walk. Técnicos high ten, then all tope con giro out one side. Back inside, Oro casadoras Angel de Oro for two.
