Match 1: La Sombra ©, Marco Corleone, Shocker vs Dragón Rojo Jr., Último Guerrero ©, Volador Jr.
Arena Mexico, 04/29/2012

  1. rudos

  2. técnicos
  3. técnicos

Winner: técnicos (2-1)
Match Time: 8:08
Rating: good
Notes: Entrances. Volador is Iron Man. Ring announcer announces Volador as “mas polimeca”, which is just going to be amusing for a while. Also, have you met Rush? Guerreros enter together. Referee is Tigre Hispano. Rudos jump the técnicos just as soon as the camera pans away rom the ring. Amazing how that happens.

1: Volador gets Sombra with the running corner superkick. Dragon Rojo's upper thigh is taped again, and he falls down getting into the ring to smack Shocker in the back. Still makes it to him, thankfully. Corner whip, corner clothesline, chop. Volador flying sit on Shocker. Marco fights back against UG, getting in a couple solid punches before Volador helps out with chops. Rudos make frequent tags with Marco in, until Dragon Rojo chops and kicks Marco in the corner. Whip, kick didn't look so good. Volador tries to get Sombra to shake his hand. This does not work. Volador kicks him into each corner, Volador Spiral, one two three.

2: Rejoined in time for the Senton de la Muerte on Sombra. Rudos continue to stay on the apron with another guy in, though jumping in to get in cheap shots and not waiting for tags. Shocker is chopped and kicked until UG walks him over to the técnico corner by mistake (?) and Shocker tags in Marco. Dragon Rojo waits, and get in a shot to the back of the leg. Corner whip, Marcela over Dragon Rojo, over UG, Over UG, under Dragon Rojo's clothesline, springboard plancha on both. Volador kicks Marco, who rolls to the rap. Sombra in, springboard headscissors and huge tope con giro on Volador. Shocker drops both rudos with quebradoras, picks him up, and Marco lands the Aero Italiano on them. Marco covers UG for three, while Shocker picks up Dragon Rojo and covers him. Tigre Hispano signals the fall is over, then counts the pin anyway.

Yujiro promo.

3: Ultimo Guerrero and Shocker start to do their thing. Flipping armdrag, no teeter totter spot. Dragon Rojo knocks down Shocker, but gets caught in a stunner. Volador in, quebradora, quebradora, quebradora, Shocker just knocks Volador over. Marco poses, crowd is mixed, UG boos. UG tries a sunset flip, Marco dances, Dragon Rojo chops him, Marco gets up and dances again. Both Guerrero on him, UG flipped to the apron and punched off, Dragon Rojo kicked away, UG pulled back by his head, UG punches off, and springboard clothesline for Dragon Rojo. Volador in, but Marco tags out to Sombra. Big standoff, crowd into it, and they stand around waving for a bit. Reaction posing bit is either cut out or ignored – they do a big pan of the arena, because it's been a while since they've been able to do a big pan of the arena without seeing a lot of empty seats. There still are some when they get to the edge of their shot, but the camera can actually move. Springboard backspin headscissors by Sombra, Sombra hides in the ropes but Volador is right behind with dropkick, and right out with a huge tope con giro. Shocker in, but both Guerrero in. Their clothesline misses, Shocker dropkicks them both out. Shocker tope – gets Guerrero. Shocker grabs both the rudos again, Marco dives – Superman dive gets all three this time. Sombra and Volador back in, dueling flipping runs, faceoff, Sombra clothesline misses, Volador tells him to stop, and just yanks off the mask. Well then. Volador goes around posing with his new trophy.

Oro tries the tapatía, but Negro doesn't want to give up his arms. Angel finally gets the right wrist, and the left comes easier. It takes two tries to get Negro up, and Negro breaks the wristlocks right away. Negro frees him, turns around, STF. It would be great if Angel de Oro just gave up here, but he waves no, and starts crawling quickly. Negro doesn't have much of a facelock. Angel de Oro has a new mask, perhaps it slippery. Stuka tries pushing the ropes to Angel de Oro, which Terror Chino is not going to allow. Aguila tries to go the other way, but Angel still gets the ropes. Negro drags Angel de Oro back, and puts the STF right back on. Again, Negro can't get much of the facelock. It' a long way for Angel de Oro to crawl, but he gets there again. Stuka and Aguila argue. Negro can't get the ropes, but he can push Angel de Oro's leg onto the ropes, which counts. Negro Casas headlocks, shot off, back with a shoulderblock, but Oro won't go down. Slap fight leads to chops, leads to Negro heel kick. Negro holds Angel de Oro for a second, Negro gives him a back heel kick. Angel de Oro looks around and doesn't follow up, so Negro gets in a couple more heel kicks. Negro back to the cravate he's been holding Negro with, and Angel de Oro heel kicks him again. Close to a foul, which the referee an Negro discuss. Negro back with more kicks, snap mare, kick to the chest. Stuka trying to rally the crowd. Whip, Negro back, spinebuster, Angel de Oro has a lot of trouble putting on – well, I'm not sure what he put on, and neither is anyone else. Maybe a figure four? He never quite settles on anything before Negro headbutts himself free. Angel de Oro grabs Negro, Negro grabs his arm, fujiwara! Oro waves his arm and refuses to give, so Negro grabs that one from behind his head and pulls, but Oro won't give. Negro goes back to the fujiwara, but Oro rolls himself free. Crowd is loud, and Negro breaks free. Both slow up. Angel de Oro slams Negro and heads to the ropes. He's not sure about this. Moonsault meets feet! Negro crawls around to cover, one two big kickout. Negro bitterly complains about the cadence of the count. Both up, clotheslines don't effect either one, Negro bends under Angel de Oro's clothesline, Angel de Oro ducks under Negro's clothesline, Angel de Oro casadora shoved off. Dropkick to the knee casita, one, two three! Angel de Oro was fighting it but was well trapped. He doesn't complain, just looks deflated.
