Match 1: Dinastía & Octagoncito vs Mini Histeria & Mini Psicosis
Lienzo Charro de Pachuca, Hidalgo, 04/01/2012
Winner: rudos
Match Time: 9:32
Rating: good
Notes: Mini Psicosis has his belt. Dinastia seems to be back to an improved version of his original outfit. Jesus' announcement is suddenly cut off here. Entrance music is way off in the background. Pepe Casas is ref.
Dinastia does a worm roll to warm up. He starts with Histeria, and is super quick on chain wrestling. Standing moonsault gets one, and Dinastia just flips back to his feet to that, then springboards into a flip. Exchange of armdrags, Dinastia ducks under one and kicks Histeria in the side of head. Psicosis storms in, but Dinastia ignores him as he celebrates. Tag to Octagoncito. Psicosis tosses Octagoncito onto the mat, just to set up the kip ups and armdrag. Psicosis stops Octagón for a moment with an armdrag, but Octagoncito flips out of a headlock and comes back with a rope flip armdrag. Out goes Psicosis, Octagoncito fakes the dive and flips in the ring. Histeria waiting to fight him, but Octagón has to post first, then headscissors Histeria out. To Dinastia and Psicosis, Psicosis pausing the new kid with a chop, only for Dinastia to turn a headlock in the headscissors. Psicosis slips in a kick and double underhooks Dinastia. Octagon rushes in to break it up, and somehow only wheel kicks his partner. I guess Psicosis stood Dinastia at the last second. Not used to seeing it that way. Histeria comes into help, and to promotion as if he was going to tie Octagon’s mask to the top rope. Dropkick instead. Dinastia runs in swinging wildly, accomplishes little. Double chop for him, and a double boot out. Octagoncito slapped around. Whip, clothesline misses, but the rudos still drop him with a rebound double hiptoss. Dropkick out. Dinastia come in with his own dropkick, but misses. Whip, Psicosis side backbreaker, Histeria flying legdrop. Octagoncito's turn, rudos clip him from behind and kick him in the head. Corner whip, Octagoncito moves, Psicosis crotches himself in the corner on a dropkick, and Histeria knocks down his partner with a chop. Octagoncito quebradoras Histeria for good measure. Octagoncito fires up the crowd and gives Histeria another. Rudos retreat for a bit. Psicosis back in, leapfrogging over Octagón and posing, while Octagon is ready to go. Octagón flips out of a heel trip, headscissors Psicosis, dropkick to the knee, and – I think Octagón is waiting for something he doesn’t get, and just picks Psicosis back up. Corner whip is reversed, Psicosis misses his corner, Octagóncito flips out over him armdrag, spinning armdrag, springboard plancha to the floor. Dinastia and Histeria back in, jumping around. Off the ropes, Dinastia over with a front flip on to his feet, kip under a clothesline, handwalk over a roll, handspring shoved away, Histeria a clothesline misses, back bend headscissors sends Histeria to the ropes. Dinastia kips up back to his feet, rolls, ducks lefts and rights, punches Histeria and heel kicks him .Dinastia is a fan of the heel kick. Dinastia boost off Histeria’s back to get to the ropes, Histeria looks around, charge, Dinastia does the splits and Histeria throws himself out. Dinastia jogs in place and hops around , then runs – inside springboard rope turning single tornillo plancha. Long to say and tough to do but not as visually impressive as I was expecting. Octagon dropkicks and backdrops Psicosis around. Top rope springboard moonsault is Delta-ish, landing hard on the legs. Psicosis escapes at 1.5. Corner whip, Octagoncito charge in, Psicosis tosses Octagón behind, Octagoncito hits the post. Psicosis scoops him up, and drops him with a sit down piledriver. Totally illegally, Pepe Casas counts three.
Announcers try to say that was a Michinoku Driver. It may have been a bad one, actually, I'll go with it.
Match 2: Aerostar, Argenis, Atomic Boy vs Ángel Mortal, Gallego, Gran Apache
Lienzo Charro de Pachuca, Hidalgo, 04/01/2012
Winner: n/a
Match Time: n/a
Rating: n/a
Notes: Diabolicos have chairs. And matching t-shirts! Tirantes is ref. Técnico team is announced as Real Fuerza Aerea, why not. Aerostar has the fire can, Argenis has his Karonte shirt. Atomic Boy needs a prop.
Argenis and Angel Mortal mat wrestle for 50 seconds, the show goes to break, and the match is never shown again.
Match 3: Drago, Fenix, Joe Lider vs Dark Dragon, Decnnis, Octagón
Lienzo Charro de Pachuca, Hidalgo, 04/01/2012
Winner: Drago, Fenix, Joe Lider
Match Time: 9:28
Rating: good
Notes: Decnnis wearing the helmet and a military vest again, so the whole bit of him joining the Maniacos has been forgotten. Octagon gets his own entrance. Piero is ref.
Octagon gets in a clean shot on Drago to start the match, but he turns a triple team move into a double DDT on the lesser rudos. Octagón again stops Drago with a shot to the back, but his panters double clothesline him out by mistake. Drago takes are of the others with a headscissors and an armdrag. Fenix's turn, but the same format – Octagon stuns the técnico with a clean shot, but things backfire when Dark Dragon comes in to help. Fenix pulls out a double rotation backspin headscissors on Decnnis, which looks pretty neat. Dark Dragon throws his usual rival up in the air so he can come down with a flipping 'rana. Lider and Octagón have an even strike exchange, and Lider is able to armdrag Octagon out without any help from the other rudos. Phone number to contact AAA is up on the screen for roughly 2 seconds, with two different numbers. Dragon stops Lider's run with a pumphandle powerbomb, but Fenix rushes into kick him in the head and drop him via inverted 'rana. Decnnis clocks Fenix with the helmet and celebrates. Decnnis then puts the helmet on, and does about two steps off Alex Koslov's Russian dance before doing his own dance move. That's odd. Cradle DDT to a pin, but Drago breaks it up and clocks Decnnis with a helmet. The two run into each other on accident on an evasion bit, but Drago drops Decnnis with a swinging neckbreaker. Octagons breaks up the pin. Octagon suplexes Drago while falling backwards, then just leaves as the rudos beat up Lider again. Decnnis smacks Lider hard with the helmet, then the lesser rudos slam Lider on the apron. I know it hurts more, not sure if the people watching this really appreciate it. Flapjack for Fenix, Decnnis ties him in a suspended bow and arrow, and Dragon crushes Fenix with a double stomp. Missile dropkick and a two man powerbombs for Fenix. Decnnis actually covers, but Drago kicks out at two. Whip for Lider, head down too soon, Lider kicks Octagon and dropkick Dark Dragon. Boot for Decnnis head to send him out. Off al the técnicos here, Lider is going to dive? Well, no – he goes thru the ropes for a tope, but Decnnis kicks him. Inside, Drago holds Dragon in an inverted facelock for a Fenix dropkick. Decnnis on the apron, but Drago kicks him off and dives on top of him and Lider with a top rope tornillo. That looks very good. Dragon throws himself out going after Fenix, Fenix poses, runs, comes back and pulls off the fosbery flop tornillo. I don't know he does that. Back to Lider and Octagon, Octagon spinning armdrag reverse into a front cracker one two NO. Octagón carefully back suplexes Lider into a faceslam and does a happy dance! Dark Dragon jumps on the apron to argue with Piero – oh, because La Parka is here and fouling Octagón. Lider climbs on top, and Piero turns around to count three.
Match 4: Chessman, Silver King, Último Gladiador vs Máscara Año 2000 Jr., Texano Jr., Toscano
Lienzo Charro de Pachuca, Hidalgo, 04/01/2012
Winner: Consejo
Match Time: 13:48
Rating: good
Notes: Semental is with his team. Mascara grabs the microphone before the other team arrives, declaring they're the real wrestlers and those guys are the clowns. Mascara points out he beat Wagner in his house in front of his fans, and demands a singles match with Wagner to prove they're better. He's cut off by Chessman's music, but still finishes his challenge. Chessman runs at Consejo and gets pounded. Texano hears Smells Like Teen Spirit playing and rushes to cut off Gladiador & Silver King. Tirantes trails out behind as the ref. Texano tosses Gladiador over the rail as the whistle blows.
Semental freely helps, though from the outside, as Consejo stays in control. Corner charges and the Skándalo low blow dropkick for Gladiador. Triple boot for Silver. Soft chair shot for Chessman. Texano is the guy you want to be hitting you with a chair in this group, for sure. Silver crotched on the post, then brought in to be kicked around more. Rudos all hold Silver King to pose him – away from the camera, oops. The handheld camera shows Consejo kipping up Silver King's mask. I wonder what he looks like! Anyway. Consejo keep the other guys out, but Silver King makes his own comeback after the rudos put their heads down too soon. Chessman yanks out Máscara while Silver hits the other two and Gladiador adds a springboard dropkick. Revenge brawling all around. Silver smacks Semental with a chair while he's chasing Texano. Texano brought in, and Chessman hits in the head with a chair. Chessman is not the guy you want hitting you with a chair. Silver his Máscara in the back with one, then Gladiador pulls off Mascara's shirt for another shot to the back. Rudos keep the ring clear so Silver can rip at Mascara’s mask. Corner charges for him include a leg lariat from Chessman and boosted dropkick from Gladiador. Toscano tries to claim a foul on a slap to the face. I don't know how that works! Everyone goes to their corner from there. Silver and Texano stand in for quick hitting Silver King bits. Texano is able to stop him with an enziguri, but they just get up and exchange forearms of questionable merit and a Silver King punch that looks a lot better. Texano chops him down, but Silver King runs over him with a shoulderblock for two. Silver knocks Texano back it the corner, back elbows Toscano away, and clotheslines Toscano as he bulldogs Texano. Silver kicks Toscano in the corner and then oddly rolls out. I think Chessman doesn't quite realize they want him in, but figures it out after a moment. Toscano clotheslines around the Maniacos. Gladiador in, and Mascara tagged in. Mascara cuts off Ultimo via back elbow. Forearms to the back. Mascara clothesline misses, UG gives him a enziguri kick to the back. Hard shot slap to the back. Gladiador ask the crowd if they want more, does not give them. Next rope exchange ends with a Mascara falling clothesline. He jumps up to celebrate, and Gladiador dropkicks him into the ropes. 619 out, springboard – uh, nothing, he lost his footing and dropped down outside the ring. Máscara rushes out and back elbows him, which a good cover. Toscano and Silver King come over and slap each other hard while Máscara and UG put things back together. Both back in, UG dropkicks Mascara out, goes for a dive, Texano tries to stop him, UG swing kicks him away, then Asai top rope tornillos both of them. Chessman and Silver knocks down Toscano, whip, nice two man press slam bomb. Texano arrives to break it up. Chessman charge, Texano spins him around into a Tornado DDT. Texano Michinoku Drivers on Silver too. Tirantes goes down to count, but then will not. Texano is bleeding, or his face is just very red for the last few minutes. Probably since that chair shot. Everyone back up, Consejo run into each other, Manaicos quick cradles, quick count one two no. Semental argues from outside, though I don't know why he bothers. Consejo clothesline the Maniacos, climb the ropes, and miss flying headbutts. Chessman goes up and flying legs dropkicks, while Silver puts a casita on Texano. That gets two. Chessman puts Toscano in a tirabuzón, and Silver pus Toscano in a crossface. Gladiador and Mascara back in, Gladiador front cracker one two Gladiador seems to stop covering, because Mascara doesn't kick out. Gladiador tries the sit down piledriver and blows it falling backwards because he can't get that big of a guy up, I guess. Hombre en Negro is out, walking then running to the ring. Tirantes and Gladiador both cut him off the apron, and somehow don’t notice him slipping the cane in to Mascara. Mascara hits Chessman, Silver, Gladiador ducks, so Máscara fouls him. One two three.
Match 5: Cibernético, El Mesías, Zorro vs Halloween, Héctor Garza, Nicho el Millionario
Lienzo Charro de Pachuca, Hidalgo, 04/01/2012
Winner: no finish, though it probably should be a DQ for the técnicos.
Match Time: 9:36
Rating: ok
Notes: Notable, Halloween is wearing a proper Perros del Mal shirt. Mesías wears his title to the ring. Perros appear to play ring around the rosie as the match starts. Ref is Piero.
Zorro starts by tossing Nicho around. Halloween comes in to help, but Garza accidentally stomps him. They argue (in between Garza stripping), but hug and appear to be friends. Halloween takes friendly fire again with Cibernético in, a chop form Nicho and a running kick from Garza. Garza and Nicho seem sadder about it this week. Garza sneaks in a slap on Mesías to bring him in. Garza doesn’t last long. Halloween exchange chops with Mesías, sneaks in an eye poke and a superkick on the run. Mesías comes back with a flying clothesline and a leg DDT. Mesías always likes adding new moves, though that one looked off. Nicho and Mesías kick each other until Mesías drops Nicho with a Rock Bottom for two. Rudos start their beatdown there. No real reason, I guess Mesías had gotten all his offense in. Catapult hold/legdrop for Zorro. Kick to the head for Cibernético. Mesías leaps over a Halloween spear, and Halloween charges into a Zorro cane shot to start the comeback. Cibernético spear does not look great but Nicho takes a heck of a bump. Garza begs off, Mesías drops him with a backcracker. Cibernético stomps and chops Nicho and Halloween at the same time, but Piero’s talking to Zorro and missing Garza foul him. Zorro rushes over to attack Garza, but it’s a bit late. Halloween geo to work on Cibernético’s forehead on the outside. Mesías and Garza end up back in (clip) and Garza powerslams Mesías before looking around. Teddy Hart is out, but he's just a distraction for Perro Aguayo Jr. to come out of the crowd and stomp Mesías. Piero tries to stop it, and Perro (with a big kneebrace over his jeans) kicks him away. Rudos trap Mesías left arm in a chair. Teddy stomps it, then Perro hits it with another chair. Is there a finish here? Perros have laid out the other guys, but keep attacking Mesías' right arm. Taya Valkyrie is at ringside, but not acknowledged. Another clip here, so let's call it.
Halloween introduces Perro Aguayo Jr., who talks about being Rey de Reyes. Taya brought the sword out, and Perro carries on. Perro tells Mesías to listen, even as they keep stomping him – he wants a chance at the AAA title for winning Rey de Reyes. Perro welcomes Halloween back and says he'll forever be a Perro del Mal. Perro introduces Taya as the first female member of Perros del Mal, and then gives a shirt to Teddy Hart. Shirt is about three sizes too small, but he's happy to have it. Halloween takes the camera and films the crew, though we never get that shot. Clip to the Perros posing together and the doctor checking on Mesías.
