Match 1: Diamante, Pegasso, Rey Cometa © vs Cancerbero, Euforia ©, Raziel
Arena Mexico, 02/10/2012

  1. tecnicos

  2. tecincos

Winner: técnicos (2-1)
Match Time: 10:55
Rating: good
Notes: Cancerberos enter together, even despite their music failing. Bestia Negra is ref. The audio includes the random phone ringing sound – that is the weirdest noisemaker.

1: Pegasso & Cometa are wearing their matching black gear, which confuses me into why Cometa is staying into face Raziel and Euforia. The rudos are wearing black and white too; referee needs to enforce home and away uniforms. Diamante slips jumping in, which the crowd makes him aware of. Diamante is wearing black and green, really shaking things up here. He's also wrestling in his red shirt hoodie. All three matchups are even and mostly on the mat. Rudos attempt to grab Diamante when he's back into their corner, but he steps out of the following corner charge, and lifts Cancerbero up to his shoulders. Pegasso steps to the top rope, jumps off Cancerbero's back and – sort of silla con giros Euforia, though maybe that was meant to be a headscissors. Knocked the rudo down anyway. Diamante drops Cancerbero, Cometa adds the 450, Pegasso holds off the other two and gets Euforia for the win.

Bobby Bonales video, part 1.

2: Speed picks up, and Pegasso runs thru Euforia and Raziel before the big man is able to sneak in a hiptoss and a big boot. That just leads to Cometa coming in with a tornillo armdrag, followed by a flipping one. Euforia waves at Cometa with a clothesline misses, Cometa quebrada – caught and slammed. Diamante in, and forward headscissoring Euforia, but Cancerbero stops him with a dropkick to the knee. Big slap. Running back elbow, and tag to Diamante to dropkick the tecnico out. Pegasso charges in, but Raziel easily steps around him to back elbow him as well. Raziel clothesline misses, Pegasso tries a 'rana, and Raziel just powerbombs him. Euforia knocks Pegasso out, but Cometa missile dropkick him. Cometa celebrates then covers, which never works. Cometa off the ropes, 'rana for two. Cometa with a casadora into a – we'll, we never know, Euforia crawls away and Cancerbero dropkicks Cometa. Raziel is actually here, but he’s just letting the other two do the work. Diamante in with a sunset flip to set up some reversals, ending with Diamante tossing Cancerbero face first in to the top buckle. Diamante in the wrong side of town, but still slaps down the other rudos. Diamante stops to pose, and the rudos are on him, furiously forearming him and storming him down. Cometa and Pegasso are knocked off the apron to stop them from doing any more. Rudos lift Diamante over their shoulders, and Raziel knocks him over with a missile dropkick. Corner one two three. Pegasso in with a headscissors on Cancerbero, but the others knock him down. Euforia accidentally kicks Raziel on a sunset flip, but Euforia still manages to armdrag Pegasso out to his partners. Cancerbero and Raziel kick and hold Pegasso, then drop him with something we don't see. They switch to a shot of inside the ring, where Cometa planchas Euforia, and Euforia straight foul kicks him on the next pass. That was unwarranted. Rudos are okay with it.

Match 2: Ángel de Oro, La Máscara ©, Valiente vs Rey Bucanero, Terrible ©, Tiger
Arena Mexico, 02/10/2012

  1. técnicos

  2. rudos
  3. rudos

Winner: rudos (2-1)
Match Time: 13:35
Rating: OK
Notes: Monito is out with Mascara. TRT enter together, with la Comandante. Babe Richard is ref.

1: Valiente and Bucanero start on the mat, but they break for a Bobby Bonales vignette.

Valiente & Bucanero are still going when they get back. Angel de Oro and Tiger are next, leaving Terrible for Mascara. Mascara armdrags Terrible back and forth along the ring. He pauses to remove his shirt, and Bucanero runs in the shoulderblock Mascara. Máscara comes back with a headscissors, slides out after Bucanero, takes an offered boost to the apron (Bucanero makes it a bit obvious), superkicks Tiger, and stands in the same place too long to takes a Terrible slap. Terrible suplexes Máscara in, but Mascara slides behind him and starts on a reverse cradle. Meanwhile, Oro and Valiente rush, in, bounce off both ropes and land topes on the other técnicos. Mascara’s got the campana finished, and Terrible is done.

2: Angel de Oro's flipping run causes Terrible to rush in and dropkick him, and the beatdown starts there. Rudos all check Valiente in the corner for a while. Rolling senton on Mascara. Giant swing/dropkick for Angel de Oro, and everyone holds up to kick and toss. Valiente in and swinging versus everyone, and even getting in a spinning fisherman's suplex on Tiger before the older rudos put a stop to him. Catapult hold, double dropkick double cross armbreaker – and he's done. That's a near one. TRT walk around, wiping their hands like the fall is over. Babe Richard eventually informs them they need to beat one more. Bucanero sends Tiger out to collect Angel de Oro. Slam, and Terrible top rope splash for the pin. Bucanero dumps Mascara over the top rope for good measure.

3: back in time to see the rudos messing with Monito. Bucanero holds him in a camel clutch for fun. Terrible licks Valiente's mask. Corner charges for him. Tiger drags Angel de Oro around by his mask a bit. Mascara kicked to the inside of the leg a couple times, prompting a DQ discussion. Valiente avoids a corner charge and monkey flips Bucanero to start the comeback. Tiger shoulderblocking Valiente does not work, but Valiente still rolls into his running dropkick. Máscara cuts him off with a swing kick, setting up Angel de Oro's outside in moonsault nicely. Bucanero smacks both of the técnicos, but Angle de Oro almost sneaks in the casadora. Bucanero escapes, and stops Oro with the Tormenta Bucanero. Mascara makes the save with a head kick. Bucanero takes down Máscara and punches him, then argues with the ref over the count. Máscara up – quebradora, quebradora, quebradora, dropkick sends Bucanero out, and Máscara shoves him in the front row with a tope. Fans were not ready for that. Valiente planchas Terrible, 'rana – uh, uh oh, Terrible blocks it, and holds him up long enough for Tiger to get a handspringing Angel de Oro with a backcracker at the same time as his powerbomb. That's it.

Mascara and Monito check on their parents while the rudos pose. Tiger loves his new guitar whammy pose, or whatever it is.
