AAA on Televisa (Regional) #6 (12/17/2011)
Recapped: 12/24/11

Previously: Nicho vs Lider. Octagon took over the Milicia, which has consequences for Super Fly. In a vignette not seen before, técnicos still don't seem happy with Super Fly. Various TNA clips and build to Octagon vs Joaquin. There's very odd sounding editing.

Announcers are Jesus and Andres.

Match 1: Fabi Apache, La Braza, Lolita vs Jennifer Blake, Sexy Star, Yuriko
Gimnasio Agustín Millán, 12/01/2011

Winner: técnicas
Match Time: 11:37
Rating: ok
Notes: Jennifer changed her music, to some horrible cover of Tainted Love. Braza is probably wearing more clothing now than he did as el Brazo, but looks much more icky. It's not the cross dressing, it's the badly fitting gear. This shows are easy to recap when there's five minutes of entrances! Tirantes is referee, so this will go great. Anyone going to blow the whistle? Now, they've be drama queens for a while longer before they start. Twelve minutes after the hour, nine minutes after the show started, there's the whistle.

Fabi and Sexi start on the mat, which is more Fabi doing whatever the heck she wants and Sexi occasionally escaping to put on first day of wrestling school armbars. This still ends up with the even face off bit, because that's the law. Lolita is wearing a longer skit (which would still be a micro skirt by any other standard.) She's just as dominant against Jennifer as Fabi was against Sexi, though there's more a sense Jennifer is leading this to keep it looking good instead of just being along for the ride. Braza and Yuriko do comedy briefly, Sexi does an armdrag bump with Braza barely bothering to do his part, headlock/headscissors spot, Jennifer getting taken out by her partners, Braza armdragging everyone but Tirantes, and then kissing him. Fabi and Lolita have more scissor-y técnico offense showcases, until there's a clip to Sexi dropkicking Lolita to start the beatdown. Brawling beatdown includes Braza taking a backdrop and a hanging in the ropes backcracker from Yuriko. Sexi gives Fabi a wheelbarrow faceslam, and Yuriko adds a legdrop which Fabi is totally not expecting. Jennifer takes out Lolita with a big spinning slam, and Sexi legdrops the tecnica, using the correct leg this time. Yuriko adds a missile dropkick. I don't know what Jesus just called that and I'm not going back to find. Girls take turns doing semi offensive and semi lewd moves to Lolita in the corner. Braza walks in the ring, no sells kicks, slaps Sexi, and that's the comeback. Geeze. Six person scrum includes Sexi and Fabi running around the ring in opposite directions to set up a quebradora con giro. Rudas regroup from there and everyone goes to the corners. Sexi and Lolita do tricky counters to set up a casadora armdrag. Next pass end with a Sexi powerbomb. Sexi drags Lolita to the corner for a very bad idea. Luckily, Lolita slides out, and Braza catches Sexi on the moonsault. Sexi slips free, but Jennifer runs right into Braza's midsection. Técnicas run all the rudas in the corner, Braza runs him over with a belly bump, then adds a dainty corner sit. Rudos move when he goes for another, as they do every time Super Proky does this seam bit. Fabi dropkick them out, Braza tope con giros off the apron into three of them, then everyone just jumps back up so Fabi can do a plancha on to them. Lolita waits for them to get back up a third time, for the thru the ropes tope con giro. Pretty sure they just called that moonsault. Jen and Fabi back in, Fabi backslide for two. Count seemed relatively fair. Corner whip, Fabi headstand, Jennifer pulls her off for a spinebuster slam, one two no. Jennifer now unhappy with the count. Jennifer kick blocked, Fabi kick is caught, Fabi turns it into an arm scissors and around into a rolling armscissors. Jennifer gives, that's it.

Joe Lider wishes us Feliz Navidad – except not Nicho.

Recap: Nicho's turn.

Match 2: Joe Lider vs Nicho el Millionario in a street fight match
Gimnasio Agustín Millán, 12/01/2011

Winner: Nicho
Match Time: 8:01 seen
Rating: can't rate, but was not heading good.
Notes: Nicho has a trash can. Nicho also has a plan – he circles around thru the crowd after his entrance and attacks Lider from behind as he walks to the ring. Lider will have to show off his two belts some other time. Lots of garbage around the ring, all of which Nicho is throwing at Lider. Ref is Piero.

Lider thrown in, as are many chairs. Why is Nicho getting chairs out of the crowd? Shouldn't he have told someone “I need about eight chairs” and then they could've just put them out there with the other objects they laid out? That seems like immensely poor planning. Nicho sits up two chairs, sets them back to back, and suplexes Lider so he lands on the point. Nicho spends a great bit of time setting up his next bit, allowing Lider a lot of time to writhe on the mat. Nicho throws a chair at Lider's head to keep him busy. Nicho wedges chairs in opposite corners, then stops to pin Lider. This does not win him the match. Nicho rams Lider into one of the chairs, sending the the chair and Lider thru the ropes. Barrel on Lider's head, chair shot to the very top of the barrel. That's the safest move in this match, the top of the barrel wasn't within a half meter of Lider's head. Nicho realizes by kicking Lider. Corner whip, Lider is fine and kips up to escape, reverse waistlock cradle, Nicho kicks Lider off into the other chair, except they dislodged it during the kip up. Lider is confused. Lider picks up the chair, Nicho throw down one chair, picks up another, they both swing, they both miss, but Lider gets Nicho on a second swing. More chair into chair to head than direct to head. Chair to the back. Powerbomb on chair, one two no. That was extra painful, because the chair was set up, and Joe Lider just clipped the back of Nicho's head with the chair. No wonder why Nicho wants to kill him. Lider puts a chair on Nicho and heads up slowly. Nicho crotches him, pulls him in the tree of woe, lays a chairs in front of him, and kicks the chairs. Nicho stands on the middle rope, and on Lider's groin, but Lider reaches up and throws him off. This leads to a cover. Punch fight leads to reversed whips leads to Nicho throwing Lider into a ladder propped up in the corner. Somehow, this leads to Lider trying to German suplex Nicho off the apron, Nicho blocking it, and Nicho getting back suplexed on the apron instead. Lider gets back up to the apron for an Asai moonsaults.

AND the rest is missing.

Match 3: Chessman, Decnnis, Último Gladiador vs Monster Clown, Murder Clown, Psycho Clown
Gimnasio Agustín Millán, 12/01/2011

Winner: técnicos
Match Time: 14:49
Rating: good
Notes: Decnnis has the phantom of the opera mask. Silver King's music without Silver King. Jesus calls Chessman the next king of the light heavyweights. The what now? Mini Clown is with the rudos. Psycho gives his glasses to a fan, while Monster steals a fan. Monster has a normal top hat to go over his tiny top hat. Piero is referee, oddly now in a Yo Soy AAA shirt instead of his normal gear.

Rudos jump técnicos. Nice double press slam into a front cracker on Psycho. Double STO on Monster, setting up stereo kicks to the chest. Mini punched down, a giant swing/kick to the head and a top rope legdrop on Mini Clown. Murder slides in to protect his little friends, and gets stomped. Monster tries to get in, gets kicked off the apron, and throws throwing the camera cord at the rudos. Cameraman must've appreciated that. Meanwhile, Murder Clown makes his own comeback, completely with catching Chessman on a plancha and tossing him behind. Rudos clothesline Gladiador by mistake and Murder clotheslines the ones left standing. Psycho rushes into clothesline everyone, Murder runs into back elbows everyone, and drops Chessman with a reverse neckbreaker. Rudos regroup. Decnnis in and evading the clown for a bit, but is pressed by Murder on the outside and knocked off by dropkick by the others. Gladiador tries a surprise plancha but everyone moves. Spinebuster slam and a Mini Clown top rope splash. Everyone clears out for the one on ones. Psycho just barely pulls of a headscissors on Chessman. Enough to say he did it, bad enough never to do it again. He follows right up with a powerslam, an armdrag, an a wheel kick to send chessman out. Gladiador runs into to take quebradora con giro. Decnnis runs in to take a worse quebradora con giro. Murder Clown throws everyone around, including press tossing Gladiador into a top turnbuckle. Monster, oddly last, monkey flips Gladiador all the way to the floor and clotheslines Chessman multiple times. Monster goes up for no reason reason, Chessman crotches him and pulls him off into a Gori Stretch, and the other rudos land dropkicks. Decnnis' one is a bit late. Murder kicks everyone, and Mongolian chops Decnnis. Murder tries to superplex Decnnis out, and gets powerbombed by Chessman at the same time. Psycho top rope splashes Decnnis, but the camera totally misses. Gladiador kicks Psycho, Murder chokeslams him and calls the end to it. Rudos stop him with a clothesline, and land a nice double spear. Psycho and Monster dropkick Gladiador and Decnnis out, Chessman superkicks Psycho into the ropes, but gets back dropped onto his teammates. Murder sets up, but pulls up at the ropes instead of diving. Decnnis flees around the corner, and Psycho takes him out with a corner tope. Monster gets Gladiador with a slingshot tope con giro. Mini planchas Chessman but is thrown off. Piero helps Monster up for his own plancha. Good timing on these. Piero counts everyone out. Monster and Gladiador back in, Gladiador missile dropkick gets two. Gladiador northern lights suplex one two no. Gladiador kicks Monster, sit down piledriver – same piledriver Panther used! - one two NO. Monster Clown is tougher than Negro Casas, we've learned. Or Gladiador has an awfully weak piledriver. Gladiador fireman's drops Monster and heads up, but Monster stop him with a chops. Why is Monster getting the ending bit here? Monster pulls Gladiador off, Air Raid Crash one two three.

Match 4: Súper Fly & Zorro vs Octagón & Tito Santana
Gimnasio Agustín Millán, 12/01/2011

Winner: rudos
Match Time: 11:06
Rating: bleh
Notes: Dark Dragon is with the rudos. Super Fly's music works for him. He's back to the blue Air Force outfit. Crowd reacts much more to Zorro, of course. Ref is Tirantes. Rudos jump técnicos.

Octagon uses the sticks without issue. Dark Dragon starts in the ring as well, Tirantes asks him to leave, which just happens to be when Super Fly is thrown out of the ring. Tito beating up Zorro is a high point in the life of Tito. Zorro's not looking particularly beat up, but that's not important. Dragon dumps Zorro over the rail and in the crowd, much to the surprise of the fans sitting there. Zorro does beat up Tito later in a one one, but Tirantes makes the save. This is a match that doesn’t actually need to be watched, I see. Lots of kicking and punching and not very entertaining stuff. After about 3 minutes of this, Zorro flips Super Fly to safety, clotheslines the other two, and Super Fly tornillo planchas Tito. Tito gets to his feet after than Fly, because he's got to take Zorro's back suplex. Quebradora on Dragon. Octagon is long one, of course. Zorro gives Dragon a back suplex into a faceslam, then the técnicos make an attempt to get to Octagón. Tirantes pulls both back. Long bit of regrouping by the rudos, then we're back for técnicos getting offenses on the others while Octagon comes in just long enough to leave. Jesus' bit of the week is to call every dive a moonsault. Here, it's Super Fly's rope grab tope con giro. Rudos mange to cheap shot Zorro for about a minute before he remembers he's Zorro and they are definitely not. Doctor checking on Super Fly for something, not clear what, but the doctor leaves to the back. Zorro seems capable, but slower than he was even a year ago. Maybe it's a choice – not of laziness but stylisticly? Eh. Tito takes out Dark Dragon with an accidentally charge, Zorro leads Tito in and out of the ring, then into a superkick. Octagon comes back in with the sticks, but Zorro ducks them and hits him with his owns tick. Dragon back in, challenging Zorro with slaps. Dragon runs, and Zorro dropkicks him out. Tope con giro just clears the apron. Super Fly and Tito in, Fly evasive and setting up Tito on the top rope. Tito jumps into a powerbomb. Meanwhile, LA Park has arrived. He hits Zorro with the barbed wire bat. Zorro doesn't seem much affected with the shot to the back, but goes down after taking the point to the throat. Konnan walks out after as Park kicks in Zorro's general area. Park being super light here. Super Fly over to Konnan, Super Fly out by one punch. Poor Super Fly. Is this match still going Super Fly kicks down Dark Dragon and Tito, but Octagón beats him with the sticks. Octagon takes Super Fly back in, foul kicks him, and covers for a fast three.

Park chokes out Zorro in front of Marisela Pena. Marisela swings her hand at Park, and Konnan has to pull Park back. Joaquin with Drago and Fenix walk to the ring. The doctor is back out to check on Zorro. Joaquin says he's sick of the rudos breaking the rules and harassing Marisela. From this day forward, any time there's a run in, it's a 25K fine. Any time they break any production equipment, 25K. Any time they harass Marisela, it's 25K. And Konnan is the one who has to pay the fines, which is not what he wants to hear. LA Park, who disappeared, returns from the back with an old CT monitor, and spikes it on the ground like a football. Announcers go crazy about the fines. Joaquin fines Konnan, who goes crazy, and all the rudos try to calm Park. Park grabs the shared of the TV and throws it to the ring. Super Fly is still down in the ring. Joaquin tells Konnan to control his men. Drago and Fenix finally get to checking on Super Fly and Zorro. Zorro is strechered out, and seems to be having trouble breathing.
