Match 1: Dragon Lee, Fuego, Metro © vs Euforia, Pólvora ©, Virus
Arena Mexico, 11/25/2011

  1. técnicos

  2. rudos
  3. rudos

Winner: rudos (2-1)
Match Time: 16:40
Rating: ok
Notes: Referee is Rodolfo. Crowd could be described as “sparse”.

1: Pairs are Fuego/Pólvora, Metro/Euforia, and recent foes Dragon Lee & Virus last. Fuego and Pólvora spend a while over the mat, battle over hip tosses, then kind of run into each other. More two count cradles, and shoving before tags. Metro takes two tries to hope over the ropes. They spend a lot of time on the mat too, not doing much to cause excitement. This sets up nicely for the last duo. Virus forearms Dragon Lee in the ropes, misses a boot, shook free the ropes, Dragon lee gets in a kick, jumping kick misses, off the ropes evasion, Dragon Lee shoulderblock, off the ropes, flipping run, Virus turns his back on Dragon Lee and gets dropkicked. Corner whip, reversed, Dragon Lee springboard up and out, clothesline misses, Dragon Lee back with a headscissors. Out to the ramp eh goes. Euforia in and missing a big boot, Dragon Lee flips off his shoulder (and onto his knees), Euforia catches him with a kick, and suplexes him onto the middle off the top rope, Dragon Lee bounces the ramp. Metro charges in, but Euforia handles him with a clothesline. Corner whip, Metro moves, and Euforia leaps into the corner buckle. Metro superkicks Pólvora as he comes in, nearly tripping over him. Fuego must've pulled Euforia down by his mask, because he's laying in position for Metro's rolling back press in the corner. Titled crab there, and Fuego's breezing quebrada leads to a 'rana for the other pin.

CMLL Cartela: Sunday @ Arena Coliseo – Guerreros vs Lyger, Mascara Dorada, Sombra

2: No hurry to start. Dragon Lee & Pólvora pose off, and then leave. Metro and Euforia in. Shoves, evasion, sunset flip rolls thru bodypress by Metro. Pólvora pulls Metro down from the outside, and takes a kick to the face. Euforia clothesline misses, and he runs into the giant armdrag. Virus in and knocking down the bigger man with a back elbow. Virus yells, runs into a quebradora con giro, and is out of there. Fuego in, front rolling to annoy Euforia. Euforia machete slaps him, Fuego down after one shot. Fuego cartwheels and backflips out of an armdrag, then back bends under a clothesline. Backspring headscissors seems slow for some reason, but it stills sends Euforia up. Fuego does a fired up dance, and tags out. Virus in, and Dragon Lee to face him, much to Virus' displeasure. Evasion, Virus clip shot to Metro, shot to Fuego, and the other rudos blow up Dragon Lee with a double dropkick. Dragon Lee back up, shoulderblocks down by Virus. Euforia flips him with a clothesline. Pólvora chokeslam! Rudos pose on top for three.

Corner clotheslines for Metro. Pólvora and Euforia hold in the ropes so Virus can land his big dropkick. Metro rolls backwards and is booted out. Fuego tried charging Virus, but is caught and kicked. Double flapjack, triple tapatía, rudos are done.

CMLL Cartela: Tuesday @ Arena Mexico – Mascara vs Mephisto

3: Rudos in charge and in no hurry. Lots of holding and hitting. Dragon Lee takes a triple boot to knock him thru the ropes, but can't quite manage to go thru the ropes. Rudos help him to the ramp anyway. That won't even well. Pólvora does slam Dragon Lee other, so at least he’ll get something out of it. Meanwhile, Metro baits Euforia into a dropkick on Virus. Then monkey flips the taller rudo cross ring. Pólvora comes back for the save, inside cradling Metro one two NO. That would've been some finish. Pólvora flapjacks Metro, one two NO. Pólvora argues the count, screaming at Rodolfo. That's not nice. Inside cradle one two NO. Pólvora screams for a faster count. I think he's having Forjando un Idolo flashbacks. Pólvora dropkick Metro out, Fuego springboards in with an armdrag on him. Other rudos in, chopping Fuego. Virus charge, Fuego moves, and Virus throws himself thru the ropes. Fuego runs past Euforia, into a springboard plancha on Virus. Dragon Lee back I with the floating headscissors no Euforia, camera missing the floating part. Metro rushes into superkick Euforia out, and Dragon lee follows with a springboard shooting star press! Metro and Pólvora back in. Pólvora tries to get in a pausing shoulderblock, but you can't do that to Metro – waistlock, lift, and Pólvora hurriedly back elbows out of certain doom. Pólvora tries a clothesline, Metro grabs it, and spins him up for a big quebradora. One two three.

Metro is fine with these partners.

Sin Piedad: 2011: Felino vs Rey Bucanero – of note, they barely even keep Felino's foot on the rope on the screen

Next Friday: Blue Panther, Negro Casas, Lyger, Psicosis, Shocker, Ultimo Guerrero, Atlantis, Volador and much more.

Match 2: Atlantis, Delta, Jushin Lyger ©  vs Dragón Rojo Jr., Rey Escorpion, Último Guerrero ©
Arena Mexico, 11/25/2011

  1. Guerreros

  2. técnicos
  3. Guerreros

Winner: Guerreors (2-1)
Match Time: 7:37
Rating: fine setup, not good in itself
Notes: Delta's entrance is joined in progress, but Dr. Dre still gets in one naughty phrase. They’re clipping everyone's entrances just to save some time. Lyger complains about last week's finish on the way to the ring. You and me both, Jushin. Guerreros enter as a group. Dragon Rojo hits himself in the head with his plastic hammer. Lyger rush Guerreros and clotheslines him down, but the other two get him. Lyger's partners are of limited help. Babe Richard is referee.

1: Rudos get the better of the brawl. Triple boot to Atlantis. Delta is boosted into the overly complicated Dragon Rojo dropkick spot. Escorpion springboard dropkick for Lyger. Gori Special double faceslam for Atlantis, and a triple submission to finish him. Delta dropped in the center of the ring, Escorpion comes up short on his frog splash, briefly lands on his feet, and falls on top. Still better than the quebrada.

2: Ultimo Guerrero holds Delta on the top rope for Rey Escorpion's wheel kick, which maybe touches him with the bottom of the boot. Maybe the top rope just isn’t built for everyone. Flying sit on Atlantis. Lyger gets in kicks on Ultimo Guerrero, but the rudos catch up to him. Every time the announcers call Lyger “El Astro de Japonesa”, I briefly believe they're calling Lyger a Japanese astronaut (instead of a star). I could see it as all I'm saying. Rudos miss the corner charges, Lyger pounds UG, Delta headscissors Dragon Rojo out, Atlantis quebradora con giros Rey Escorpion. Brawling back, including Lyger going after UG's mask. It's ripped pretty well on one side. Chops, corner whip, reverses, Lyger moves, and UG take the knee bump out. Lyger planchas UG. Atlantis reverses a ' rana to beat Dragon Rojo, and Delta finishes Rey Escorpion.

3: Atlantis attempts to send Rey Escorpión for his weekly trip flying out of the ring, but Escorpion can't get over, and Atlantis has to clothesline him out. Not a good week for him. Dragon Rojo jumps on Atlantis and punches and kicks him rabidly. Dragon Rojo celebrates runs into multiple quebradoras, begs off. Tag to Delta. Ultimo Guerrero in, so Delta tags in Lyger. Lyger shakes them ropes! UG stay in. Off the rope evasion, UG clothesline, a snap mare, and he goes for the mask. Babe Richard warns him, which distracts UG long enough to give time for Lyger to turn the tables and go for the mask. Técnicos clear the rudos from the apron so they stay out of it, but then Lyger clotheslines UG out anyway. Dragon Rojo comes back trips Delta in the ropes, and lands the inside out dropkick. Dragon Rojo Asai plancha connects. Atlantis topes him, just getting there. Rey Escorpion is last? I don't like this idea, but UG does monkey flip him into a tope con giro and everything goes fine. Lyger – shaking the ropes and stomping – is left to face UG. Clothesline misses, UG kicks him in the leg, pulls the mask, small package one two three. They blur out Lyger’s face (except for one moment), and Babe Richard is screened from seeing the mask off.

Babe Richard is more concerned with someone down on the outside – the doctor's checking on someone, maybe Rey Escorpion based on his reaction, but Lyger does run over to argue with him. Dragon Rojo and Rey Escorpion both belatedly return, though Escorpion looks like he's hurting slightly. Lots of yelling back and forth.

Replays. One more Sin Piedad promo.
