Match 1: Astro Boy & Bengala vs Apocalipsis & Bronco
Arena Mexico, 02/04/2011

  1. rudos

  2. técnicos
  3. rudos

Winner: rudos (2-1)
Match Time: 14:01
Rating: ok
Notes: Bengala has a leopard print robe. This is the first show post-Místico, and Astro Boy is in silver and white. Ref is Terror Chino.

1: Bronco and Bengala start, with Bronco lifting Bengala by his head and spinning him head, doing half the work of the headscissors for the técnicos. Apocalipsis and Astro Boy are next. Apocalipsis almost looks like he lost weight, and JCR says as much, but I think it's just more the slimming black. Apocalipsis stretches Astro Boy around, and he doesn't get much of a chance to stretch out. Bronco tosses Bengala up for a dropkick to knocks him out, and the cameras stick with him as Apocalipsis evens it up for the rudos. Apocalipsis rushes Astro Boy out too, but opts just to stand and pose while waiting for someone to come back in. Astor Boy swing kicks him from the apron, springboard planchas back in. sunset flip, roll thru, Astro Boy voids the dropkick and dropkicks Apocalipsis twice. Astro Boy hops on Apocalipsis' shoulders, the rudo hold him there and Bronco comes off the top with a plancha. That'll work. Apocalipsis cleans up the other one for the fall.

2: Rudo beatdown doesn’t go anywhere interesting. Bronco, as always, misses the top rope splash to start the comeback. Except the comeback is more the técnicos walking around passively, then Astro Boy wheel kicking Apocalipsis out. Dropkick sends Bronco thru the ropes, and the técnicos walk to their places. Astro Boy's jogs down the apron, up the corner rope, and off with headscissors on Bronco is nice, but some intensity wouldn’t have been bad.

3: Bronco knocks Astro Boy around with shoulderblocks, but Astro Boy comes back in with a swinging headscissors. Double rotation headscissors ends Bronco out, and hiding from an Astro Boy dive. Bengala tricks Apocalipsis into running the ropes for infinity by just continually waving him bye. By the sixth time Apocalipsis has done it, he needs a timeout to breath! This is going to help him lose some more weight. Apocalipsis bends over and huffs and puffs and Bengala knocks him over with a single kick. Clip here, and back in time to see Apocalipsis hurk Bengala for a German suplex for a pin. Bengala is down and not moving. Bronco slams Astro Boy on the outside. Apocalipsis comes out, brings the técnicos in, and drops him with a fireman’s carry Bomb. Cover for another pin. Replays show a run up the corner plancha on Bronco that was missed in the clip.

Match 2: Ángel Azteca Jr., Ángel de Oro ©, Ángel de Plata vs Cancerbero, Raziel, Virus ©
Arena Mexico, 02/04/2011

  1. rudos

  2. técnicos
  3. técnicos

Winner: técnicos (2-1)
Match Time: 13:02
Rating: spectacular near the finish
Notes: Refs are Babe Richard and Tirantes.

1: Plata and Raziel start with the mat work, very back and forth. Plata pull of a nice bow and arrow in here. Nothing gets solved, expect Plata has a better shove than Raziel. Raziel tells him to back of so each can tag. Virus and Angel de Oro in. Crowd cheers, Virus is sure this is for him. They battle on the ground most of all, with Virus picking up the action but equally getting nowhere. Azteca rolls by a Nosferatu dropkick as he comes in, picks him up, and slaps him down. Clip. Plata accidentally superkicks Azteca out, but rolling dropkicks Raziel out. Virus in, under a clothesline and clipping Plata. Off the ropes, dropkick to the head. Kick for Oro on the apron, but Oro moves and superkicks Virus. Springboard flip on, but Nosferatu takes Oro’s head off with a clothesline. Virus powerbomb, Raziel frog splash one two three.

2: Beatdown. Plata's hung in the ropes for a nicely executed triple dropkick. Oro runs over one rudo, but the rest get him. Clothesline, clothesline, bug man shoulderblock. Azteca lands a lame springboard dropkick to start the comeback - it was a hard spot for him the angle he started. Armdrag sends Virus out, rudos kick Azteca out, other angels fight off the other Cancerberos. Oro has a nice entry into the mecedora.

3: Clipped to start. Oro neatly escapes fireman's carry with a headscissors. Virus in, his clothesline misses, and he's superkicked. Cancerberos manages to block an Oro punch and hold him over the ropes, for Virus to fling backwards with a dropkick. Plata in and swinging, but Virus easily catches him in a fujiwara. Azteca breaks that up with a dropkick straight to the face. Whip, double hiptoss by Aztec and Plata. Plata boosted into a dropkick on Virus, Azteca out after with a tope. Other rudos take care of the colored Angels. Oro flips Plata to safety, then dropkicks Raziel out. Plata leaps off his brother's back for a headscissors on Cancerbero. Space Tiger Flying Drop on Cancerbero. He hit that easily. Raziel up to – top rope plancha from him. Azteca helps Plata stand on the top rope – shooting star press to the floor! That was some dives. Azteca and Virus left in. Azteca misses a dropkick, Virus small packages him one two NO. Azteca kick to the midsection, modified reverse neckbreaker submission hold with an arm grab – and that'll do it.

Replays and we're done.
