09/08 news

Ovaciones is a one page interview with Universo and a brief IWRG preview. You can probably do the Universo bit in your head: Perro and Garza must die, Mascara Ano is still hurt, blah blah blah. There is a mention of Cien Caras – Universo says he’s may be too busy on the farm to help.

DG USA posted results for the Toryumon Mexico show from a couple weeks ago.

Halcon.net #35 is up. Inside:
– interview with Villano III and his great Imperial Family shirt.
– results from Arena Coliseo Monterrey (AAA)
– Q&A with Nitro
– Arena Mexico results. O’Campo seems upset Mexicans wrestling abroad are generally treated as respected tecnicos, but foreigners who come to Mexico are always evil rudos.
– Quick interview with Stuka Jr. Oddly, he says Stuka the original is his brother, not his father. He puts his own birthdate at 07/17/79; Stuka was born 01/02/64, so if those are both correct, it’s beliveable.
– NGW results
– 09/03 Arena Santa Rosa in Monterrey results
– Various notes columns. One of the Te Das highlights gets translated to “THE FIGHT IS NOT FOR DONKEYS OF TWO LEGS”, and you really can’t argue with that.

AAA (SUN) 09/04 Arena Coliseo Monterey [halcon]
1) Demonio Negro & Panterita b Raffles & Zarok
2) Lobo Negro & Guerrero Griego b Galactar & Black Panther
3) El Apache b Billy Boy [#1 MEX Middle]
Low blow leads to pin.
4) Regal Force (Hator, Monje Negro Jr., Mongol Chino) b Pimpinela Escarlata, Sangre Chicana, Sangre Chicana Jr.
5) Antifaz, Oriental, Estrella Dorado Jr. DQ Hator, Zumbido, Chessman
Run in. Oddly, this appears to be the first one fall match of the show.
6) Shocker Octagon DQ Cibernetico
Short, run in filled match.

I want to try and do something odd with the rankings, so I’ll post ’em later.
