As noted yesterday, Negro pulled Mistico’s mask for the DQ. All of the stuff with Mistico and Peste Negra is Mistico and Negro lately – no recent hints of Felino getting involved. It may mean nothing; CMLL was supposed to internally decide the anniversary main event this past Friday, and they’re not that quick to change booking (if there’s changes to be made.) Toscano wrestled the match with a bandanna on his bald head, but it looks like it was off by the end of the match.

Virus ripped up Mascara Dorada’s mask and got the win, so Mascara Dorada agreed to put up the CMLL Super Light title in a match (TBD). If you recall, that was scheduled earlier this year in this building but got canceled due the flu.

  1. I will be fucking happy the day where CMLL put Toscano out of the main event scene. For the anniversary show I just hope for a Negro vs. Mistico mask / Hair match. The winner will be obvious but it will be a complete sellout.

  2. Why do you think Negro vs. Mistico would be so interesting? The winner is too obvious, and that’s not always good.

    I think Shocker vs. Felino or Shocker vs. Casas would be better.

  3. Ras de Lona is already up. Once again, in a timely fashion, while the scum garbage at LATV can’t get it right.

  4. Shocker vs. my patience is more like it and my patience always loses with him. I do agree that it’d be great if the outcome was not 100% guaranteed

  5. @MPJ-DK: Shocker vs. Felino would be hard to call. That would be a huge match. Even Casas vs. Shocker would be.

  6. Things everyone will notice from the new Ras De Lona:

    – That chick was FUCKING HOT.

    Things that might have flown under the radar but are of note:

    – They listed the Poder Mexica vs Okumura/Naito/Yujiro for this Friday’s semi-main.

    – Domingo Familiar was announced for the 9th @ Arena Mexico which would be this Sunday. So perhaps the Sunday Coliseo lineup with Tzuki/Atomo on opposing teams is just a placeholder until Valiente/Azteca agree to a match for the title after tonight’s C3 tapings.

  9. On CMLL.com I just noticed that the cartelera for Coliseo DF says that it’s taped for 52mx. At one point it mentioned both 52mx and Fox Sports. It reminded that AAA is taking over CMLL’s Fox Sports slot soon.

  11. @Calabcd44: It’s a shame the weekly CMLL show on Televisa can’t be just as interesting.

    Do you remember which number that episode was(with Ke-Monito)? I seem to remember it was after 50, but can’t remember.

ESTO’s lineups of the week which are usually the most accurate have Shocker vs Yujiro headlining this Sunday @ Arena Coliseo which makes sense since Naito is booked and he and Yujiro never wrestle on different shows. Mini’s match is out as expected and Valiente/Sangre’s feud has been demoted to the third match on the show.

  15. I read that you can get podcasts of MVS shows on iTunes. I wonder if CMLL or Ras de Lona will be on there?

    Maybe someone here will check it out.
