This was said to be about a regular show, with the opener guys continuing to look good. It is worth checking to see if Star Jr. and Perverso are matched up again next week.

CMLL Tuesday shows are becoming the toughest shows for me to watch with five different lucha libre streams a week taking up time (and a dream of doing things outside of lucha libre.) Today’s show doesn’t look much more enticing than usual. Guerrero Maya versus Tiger should be a solid lightning match. Nothing else pops up. The Chavez team with Stuka Jr. against Felino, Negro Casas, and Rey Bucanero in the main event. The rudos won in straight falls last week, with Negro Casas beating Angel de Oro. Maybe they’re heading to a singles match next week.

The rest is blah. If you like Audaz, you get to see him work a little, but with Ephesto & Luciferno while teaming with Kraneo & Volcano. If you like Blue Panther, he’s got to deal with Dark Magic, Okumura and Universo 2000. Drone & Rey Cometa seem wasted in that match. There’s a second match of the doomed and an opener of minis (also doomed.) The show starts at 7:30 pm this week on YouTube and will be starting one hour next week only.

Guadalajara has Hechicero vs Diamante Azul and NGD vs Caristico, Mistico, and Soberano.

The latest report on La Parka is he is intensive care recovering from surgery. Dorian Roldan appeared on Azteca TV yesterday to talk about La Parka’s injuries. There have been a few different versions of what injuries he’s suffered. Roldan says it was Parka’s fourth vertebrae which was operated on. The first 48 hours are said to be the most important. He’ll be examined again on Wednesday; no news today is good news.

Roldan was asked if AAA will introduce a new Parka. Roldan respectfully said La Parka’s future will be by Parka and the doctors. It seems unlikely La Parka will have anything like a real match again but AAA is going to let him say that, not say that for him.

On Facebook, Vampiro announced his 11/02 Lucha Fight Club show is canceled, the promotion is on hiatus and the school is closed for the time being. Vampiro directs the issue with the venue, saying “the Fight Dome was not able to produce an event that was consistent with the quality and integrity you demand from me.” It reads as if he’s not planning on running more shows unless the venue changed whatever it is doing and Vampiro’s on to the next thing. Vampiro is moving on to an inspirational YouTube project next.

The Crash has a loaded show in Tlaxcala on 12/14, with the likes of the Lucha Brothers and Alberto wrestling on the show. Which is notable, because the Lucha Brothers were announced as wrestling in AAA on the same night in Ciudad Madero this past weekend. (Bandido’s listed and might have ROH commitments that day. Rush and Dragon Lee are not listed.) The Crash doesn’t run much outside of Tijuana now but did run in Tlaxcala back in July.

Herodes Jr. was teasing a returning to CMLL yesterday. Herodes started his career in CMLL in 2012 and was briefly part of a new Pesta Negra with Mr. Niebla and Barbaro Cavernario. He left in 2014, unhappy with his spot. It’s not clear he would get a much better one, so it would be a surprise if he did return to CMLL.

Ring of Honor announced Dragon Lee & Rush will take on Mark Haskins & Tracy Williams on the 11/03 show in Columbus, as well as confirming Ultimo Guerrero will appear on that show.

The Aerostar, Dr. Wagner and Taurus vs Razcals match will air tonight on Impact on AXS TV. It was alright but nothing you need to see. The crowd reaction is more notable than the match.
