(uploading is as broke as my keyboard, so you have to imagine the Laredo Kid GIF I would’ve put here.)
AAA TV (SAT) 05/25/2019 Auditorio General José María Arteaga, Querétaro, Querétaro [AAA, Lucha Central, thecubsfan]
1) Eclipse Jr. & La Parkita b Mini Histeria & Mini Monster Clown
9:14. La Parkita won with a top rope headscissors on Mini Histeria
2) Lady Maravilla, Tiger Boy, Villano III Jr. b Big Mami, Draztick Boy, Niño Hamburguesa
12:49. Tiger Boy replaced Parka Negra. Lady Maravilla frog splashed Big Mami after more problems with Nino Hamburguesa. Hamburguesa left with Maravilla, unconcerned about the loss.
3) Dinastía b Flamita, La Parka Negra
7:58. Dinastia pinned Parka Negra.
4) Chik Tormenta, Keyra, Tessa Blanchard b Faby Apache, Lady Shani, Taya
10:48. Tessa gave Taya a DDT after Daga clotheslined Taya. Taya and Daga earlier argued over Daga’s recent behavior, with Tessa helping Daga attack Taya and Laredo Kid making the save.
5) Hijo Del Vikingo, Laredo Kid, Myzteziz Jr. b Australian Suicide, Eterno, Súper Fly
13:33. Vikingo pinned Eterno (replacement for Jack Evans) with a reverse 450 splash.
6) Chessman, Daga, Taurus b Drago, Murder Clown, Pagano
13:54. Chessman misted and fouled Pagano. Challenges followed between them. Daga also wants a shot at Drago’s title. Pagano replaced La Parka.
7) Dr. Wagner Jr., La Parka, Psycho Clown, Puma King b Blue Demon Jr., La Hiedra, Rey Escorpión, Texano Jr.
14:36. La Parka & La Hiedra were added to the match. Galeno del Mal seconded Dr. Wagner and directly helped him to win.
This was a good show. The last two matches didn’t do as much for me, but match five was seriously great. Eterno showing back up in AAA to be a super base was a pleasant surprise. The women’s match was really good until it ended on a men’s move. La Parkita didn’t die this time.
There was a greater than usual emphasis on future matches than usual, maybe half because Konnan was filling in for Hugo (at AEW) and half because they seem more serious than usual about the Verano de Escandalo card. The Young Bucks/Lucha Brothers match is happening because it’s really someone else’s match (even if I’m still betting a third team ends up with the tag titles in the end), but the Laredo/Taya vs Taya/Daga match was given a reason to exist. Drago/Daga and Pagano/Chessman are matches they’re building towards on some future show that might or might not ever exist.
Toryumon Mexico (SAT) 05/25/2019 Arena México [+LuchaTV, Estrellas del Ring, The Gladiatores]

La Migra ran in and attacked everywhee
6) Rey Bucanero & Último Guerrero b Aoyagi & Atlantis
Guerrero snuck in a foul on Atlantis
7) Carístico, Kento Miyahara, Último Dragón b Diamante, Migra I, Migra II
Rudos took fall 1, tecnicos took falls 2, referee Teddy got taken out, Sam Adonis appeared as the back up referee but actually helped Dragon win.
DragonMania ending with face Sam Adonis is an unexpected turn of events. This seems like the usual level of DragonMania weirdness otherwise.
CMLL (SAT) 05/25/2019 Arena Coliseo [CMLL]
1) Arkalis & Bengala b Apocalipsis & Príncipe Odín Jr.
2) Kaligua, Shockercito, Último Dragóncito b Pequeño Olímpico, Pequeño Violencia, Pierrothito

6) Místico, Soberano Jr., Valiente DQ Cuatrero, Máscara Año 2000, Sansón
Mascara 2000 replaced Gran Guerrero on Wednesday and was DQed for fouling Valinete.
Magia Blanca talked about his win. Not a lot of details on the results from here, it is almost as if the person who normally does them didn’t have time because they were busy doing something else.
CMLL (SUN) 05/26/2019 Arena México [CMLL, Ovaciones]
1) Retro & Sangre Imperial b Cholo & Yago
tecnicos took 1/3
2) Pegasso, Star Jr., Stigma b Espanto Jr., Nitro, Sangre Azteca

Signo fouled Astro
4) Atlantis Jr., Stuka Jr., Valiente b Felino, Hijo del Villano III, Vangellys
tecnicos took 1/3.
5) Hechicero, Negro Casas, Olímpico b Carístico, Místico, Soberano Jr.
Olimpico replaced Shocker. Rudos took 1/3. Casas challenged Soberano to a title mask. He asked and wanted a mask vs hair match after.
6) Cuatrero, Forastero, Sansón DQ La Bestia Del Ring, Rush, Terrible
straight falls, Los Ingobernables getting themselves DQed in the second fall
There are promos from Soberano, Negro Casas (and grand-children) and Los Dinamitas. The title match is happening, a hair match challenge that directly follows a title match challenge is almost never happening.
I went to see when the last time Negro Casas challenged for the Mexican National Welterweight championship. The answer seems to be “never”, or at least “I don’t have a record of it.” I guess it makes some sense, Casas has been challenging mostly for Welterweight titles but got onto the UWA world one early and the CMLL & NWA ones soon after.

Gym FILL vs Gym Argentino (Hip Hop Man). Canibal Jr. lost his hair to Black Dragon.
The most devastating loss for Argentina since the last world cup.
Ultimo Panda & Rey Bucanero lost via foul to Los Migra in an added match on the Sunday Guadalajara show. Still no idea who the new masked men are there, except they won their debut.
Miedo Extremo & Ciclope are celebrating their 10th anniversary as a team with an explosion match against each other. It’s not the only explosion matches happening on June 2nd, as Zone 23 has two of their own.

The logos for this show now notable include the Highspots Wrestling Network.
Golden Magic says he would be satisfying dying in the ring. Though maybe less so if it happens in the terrible ring the AAA wrestlers were in last Monday.
Lucha Memes/TWE on 06/30 in Arena Naucalpan
This is another one where Lucha Memes is saying they won’t release the video, so I’m not sure how much attention it needs.
LuchaWorld has this week’s Poster-Mania and this week’s Lucha Report.
+LuchaTV has a sitdown interview with Arez.
Lineups
Lucha Time (SUN) 06/30/2019 Gimnasio Nuevo León Independiente, Monterrey, Nuevo Leon
1) Dulce Sexy vs Lady Flammer, Reina Obscura
2) Damián 666 vs The Tiger, Epydemus, Hijo de LA Park, Hijo De Dos Caras, Baby Extreme, Mr. Warrior, La Park Jr., Greco Baez [Copa Impulso III]
3) Carístico vs Rey Horus vs Bestia 666
4) Alberto el Patrón, Hijo del Fantasma, LA Park vs Carlito, El Mesías, MVP
That’s a very expensive main event that probably won’t be good. Good for me, maybe it’ll have what you’re looking for in a wrestling match, I shouldn’t judge.
