This is REAL… the Temple is back in business. Thanks to all the @LuchaElRey fans for making it happen! #LuchaSeason2 https://t.co/sFuGs5gSlo

The entire post is in the title line. That’s all we know. It’s a good thing to know! The expectation was we’d hear this at some random time, and this is as random as anything.
Things we still need to know:
- When (as in when they start to taping and when they start to air?)
- Where (as in where they’re taping – Erik says ‘the Temple’ but I’m not sure if that means LA)?
- Where (as in networks/other Netflix-y outlets?)
- How many episodes?
- Are all the various things (merchandise, DVDs) they’ve been waiting for a renewal going to happen now?
All those will come in time. (Maybe even some of it in a formal press release at some point soon?) For right now, it’s great to know we’ve got more excitement with Dario Cueto to come.
Update: an article on Deadline answers some of those questions:
- Still in LA
- taping Q4 2015
- airing early 2016

Merchandise would be a good thing since it would keep the show on the air,but it would also be a bad thing because if they come out with action figures I’ll be destitute.
Hopefully they put Season 1 on bluray, with all the full version of big matches, mainly Pentagon/Vampiro.
Best news I have heard all week.
