Dark Angel, Goya Kong, Syuri vs Amapola, Dalys, La Comandante: [ok] two different matches: técnica dominated section very rehearsed but mostly entertaining (when they didn’t get lost), rudo section seemed very unstructured and generally boring. The second fall and the bulk of the third fall dragged Syrui worked only with Dalys here and they did their couple of spots better than the Fox show. Comandante tried to choke slam Goya Kong in this match. It was more a choke fall backwards.
Mistico vs Mephisto: [ok] Mephisto has a set mindset on what a singles match is going to be, Místico is limited in what he can do, it’s not a promising combination. This match succumbed to those difficulties to an extent – it was nothing but setting up Místico headscissors, Místico dives, and the usual kick out of a Super Devil’s Wings – but Místico did do some tough headscissors well. He’d be so better off mixed more things in, but that’s obviously not the idea.
Atlantis, Máximo, Super Porky vs Bárbaro Cavernario, Felino, Mr. Niebla: [ok] A Mr. Niebla Peste Negra comedy match. Seeing Niebla twice a week on TV wears out quick. Crowd, who’s only seeing him once after a long absence, was really happy to see him, but this was all the usual bits once again. Porky doing his spots when Goya Kong also doing the same spots on the same show was a bit much.
