In an interview with Notimex, Mistico says that’s when his doctor’s visit is. It sounds like they’d like him to rest for ten days but he wants to get cleared to at least do the title match.
The injury was suffered Monday in Matamoros, and Mistico blames it on a poor ring. No idea on who’d substitute for him.
