Black Warrior, Blue Panther, Sagrado vs Misterioso Jr., Negro Casas, Volador Jr.: two very short falls and then a finish without any particular drama. Both matches were short; not sure if they did that so they could have a ton of hype for other stuff, or if they had a ton of hype for other stuff just because the matches were so short.
Mr. Niebla, Shinsuke Nakamura, Último Guerrero vs Máximo, Rush, Super Porky: If this match is supposed to do get me excited for next week, it didn’t quite pull it off. These guys really didn’t do much (which might have worked if there was a story about UG avoiding Rush previously, but there wasn’t) and the finish was brief. Rush earned a shot, but it didn’t feel like something I needed to see.
