MDA says they sold out Arena Naucalpan (“the biggest turnout of the year”) and nine matches had money thrown in. Those results don’t sound quite as exciting. +LuchaTV was filming this show. MDA’s next show here is 07/21, and this should turn up sometime before then.

7) Cíclope b Miedo Extremo [explosives]
there were explosions for sure
+LuchaTV did stream this one live. Ciclope/Miedo Extremo, a celebration of 10 years of Los Macizos as a tag team by blowing each other up, was the only match I paid a lot of attention. It was a FMW homage deathmatch that both the fans and the participants seemed to enjoy greatly. This isn’t a huge building but they packed it for this match.
Caristico and Mr. Niebla meet tonight in Arena Puebla’s main event. It is their first singles match in nearly a decade, before Caristico’s trip to WWE. Mr. Niebla rarely gets 1v1 matches. They have a wide variance when he does. They can be perfectly entertaining or a complete mess, but it still has a good shot at being better than last week’s match.
Ultimo Guerrero & Mascara 2000 pick up their feud in the semi-main. UG makes an odd team with Angel de Oro & Niebla Roja while the Dinamita teams with Mascara 2000 & Rey Bucanero. Los Gorillas del Ring make a trio with Stigma to face Hechicero, Templario, and Misterioso. The second match includes a Halcon Suriano Jr. appearance, the opener has Astro, who is almost the Halcon Suriano of Arena Puebla. The show airs on CMLL’s YouTube at 9 pm as normal.
It reads like Octagon is going to be part of an another season of his reality show for a new Dragon Dorado, which may be why the current one is now the former one.
A memorial plaque for Silver King was unveiled at Poliforum de la Feria, Torreon, Coahuila.
Kcidis draws the end of Metalico.
