CMLL (SAT) 06/16/2018 Arena Coliseo [CMLL]
1) Apocalipsis, Grako, Inquisidor b Arkalis, Bengala, Leono
Arkalis Arena Coliseo debut.
2) Espanto Jr., Metálico, Yago b Príncipe Diamante, Retro, Sangre Imperial
Rudos took 1/3.
3) El Audaz, Stigma, Súper Astro b Disturbio, Sangre Azteca, Virus
Arkangel was remembered after the match.
4) Ephesto, Luciferno, Máscara Año 2000 b Hechicero, Kawato San, Okumura
Mascara 2000 beat Hechiceor and challenged for a title match.
5) Rey Bucanero, Terrible, Titán b Cuatrero, Sansón, Soberano Jr. [Relevos Increíbles]
a Rudo Titan beat Soberano again.
Post-match promos: Arkalis (happy to be in Arena Coliseo), Audaz (wants another singles match with Virus), Hechicero (wants to defend against Mascara 2000), Titan (wants a title match with Soberano, teases rudo turn).
Titan/Soberano still seems to be happening a week from Monday, and Hechicero/Mascara 2000 seems like an actual title match given how they hyped it here.
The Crash (SAT) 06/16/2018 Auditorio de Tijuana, Tijuana, Baja California [TJ Sports, Zona Ruda]
1) Búfalo Ayala & Rayo Star b Jonathan & Xperia
2) Brian Cage b David Starr, Hijo De Dos Caras, Joey Janela
Cage & Joey Janela were moved down to replace Curt Stallion (?) and Mr. 450 (moved up)
3) Rey Horuz b Austin Theory
said to be a great match
4) ACH, Shane Strickland, Willie Mack b El Bandido, Flamita, Séptimo Dragón
Good match.
5) Mr. 450 & Matt Riddle b Daga & The King
Good match. Mr. 450 moved up to replace Adam Brooks (injury). Earlier, 450 challenged Mesias to a match to determine the best Puerto Rican wrestler of the moment. Daga challenged Riddle to a singles match on the next show. Fenix and Daga had some tension after the loss.
6) Bestia 666, Garza Jr., Rush b Alberto el Patrón, Penta Zero M, Rey Mysterio Jr.
win via Rush foul on Alberto. Mysterio challenged Bestia to a mask vs hair match, which Bestia accepted.
Show seemed to draw well. Live reports were really strong on Horuz/Theory, who may have worked before in Mucha Lucha Atlanta.
The Crash posted video of a Fenix and Daga backstage argument, so this appears to be going anywhere (and isn’t just the regulars losing to guest wrestlers like usual.) Daga/Riddle seems on for the next show in the meantime. La Rebelion Amarilla are also doing a bit where they’re going to make Fenix, Penta and Rey pay for betraying their cause and going back to work with AAA.
Octagon, Blue Demon and WWE UK Champion Pete Dunne were among those advertised for the next The Crash show in July. Dunne is allowed to wrestle on his days off from WWE, as long as it’s not a promotion with a streaming service. Finally, The Crash’s lack of availability works in their favor in the most meaningless ways.
LUCHA MEMES, MDA (SAT) 06/16/2018 Polideportivo del Sur, Puebla, Puebla [+LuchaTV]
1) Fénix So & Siki Osama DQ Black Histeria & Prince Dark
2) King Rocker & Rey Samuray b Alas de Acero & Iron Kid (Estado de México)
3) Aramis (Estado de México) b Tony Iron
Tony Iron replaced Arkalis.
4) Rey Apocalipsis & Toro Bill Jr. b Corsario Negro Jr. (Estado de México) & Drako (Estado de México)
5) Templario (CMLL) b Multifacético
6) Prayer DQ Mr. Niebla
Mr. Niebla replaced Blue Panther. Niebla fouled Prayer and faked a foul.
Sounds like the show was good. Footage from October Puebla show was released just this past week, which is the pattern here – this won’t turn up if/until about 24 hours for the next show (which means you’ll probably have forgotten it happened by then.)
CMLL (SUN) 06/17/2018 Arena México
1) Akuma & El Coyote b Astral & Eléctrico
12:11. Rudos took 1/3.
2) Gallito, Micro Ángel, Microman b Chamuel, Mije, Perico Zakarías
14:02. Tecnicos took 2/3.
3) Marcela b Estrellita, Mistique, Princesa Sugehit, Maligna, Dalys, Reyna Isis, Metálica, La Seductora, Amapola [cibernetico]

Elimination order: Maligns (Metalica), Mistique (Seductora), Metalico (Estrellita), Estrellita (Amapola), Seductora (Marcela), Amapola (Sugehit), Reina Isis (Marcela), Marcela (Dalys), Dalys (Sugehit.) Sugehit asked for a title shot.
4) Blue Panther b Felino
7:37. Panther took falls 2/3. Both men wrestled with a mask on until they won with a fall.
5) Atlantis, Valiente, Volador Jr. b Euforia, Gran Guerrero, Último Guerrero
6:43. Diamante Azul was originally listed, but replaced by Atlantis. Tecnicos took 2/3.
6) Mistico & Rush b Cuatrero & Sansón
11:04. La Bestia del Ring & Cien Caras were seconds and got involved in the closing moments.
CMLL announced this as a streaming show an hour after before it happened. It was alright. You can see the women’s match got a lot of time and the rest of the show seemed like it was cut to get it closer to schedule. It was a good women’s match if way too long. The micro man wasn’t at the level of previous ones.
Post-match promos: Micro tecnicos (dedicated the win to their fathers), Princesa Sugehit (wants a title shot), Blue Panther (happy with his match), Dinamtias (want revenge) and The Munoz Family (happy with their win.)
Pentagon Jr. says he’s back in AAA to win a mask and take his career to an even higher level.
LuchaWorld has the lastest Lucha Report, including a recap of Friday’s post-match promos.
Atlantis said there will be an exhibition in his honor at the Metro Guerrero station in July.
KTEP has an audio story on Casandro.
Quick interviews with Arabe Jr. and Guerrero Mistico Jr.
