ROH announced Titan & Dragon Lee will face the Young Bucks and the Best Friends (Chuck Taylor & Beretta) on Saturday’s ROH TV taping in Philadelphia. That’ll probably be the main event, and it could be for the tag titles if the Best Friends win on the PPV.
Box Y Lucha says Lluvia is planning on returning to CMLL in January. She returned to wrestling this past weekend after taking this year off to have a child.

This show will honor first responders from the Mexico earthquake, including rescue dogs. That seems like it’ll be a different atmosphere than usual. It’s good CMLL cut down on how many cats they booked for the show.
Triton showing up here confirms he’s back on the main roster, and at about exactly the spot he left. It seems rare guys are allowed to just come back to CMLL, but there seems like a lesson with here with Triton and Demus; if you’re a CMLL midcarder on the road to nowhere and you get a chance to do better elsewhere, it’s worth taking. It didn’t seem like it worked out big for Triton, but all he missed out was a year of wrestling in match 2/3 and maybe a tournament appearance.
If you told me even three weeks ago that Johnny Idol & Okumura would have a reasonable strong chance of ending the Sky Team’s record breaking trios title run, I would’ve thought you insane. It’s very possible now.
This will be the last Tuesday Arena Mexico show until January 9th.

Well, forget about the Caristico/Niebla thing. Panteras are here too.

I agree about the Trios titles. With the scarcity of angles in CMLL, I fully expect the foreigners to win the belts, especially with they way they have been protecting Okamura since his return. I heard that Idol was originally a heel in CMLL. When was that and why did he {try to} turn technico?
I believe Idol debuted in one of those Mexico vs the World tournaments, so he was a defacto heel.
I wonder if Titan had a personal issue (or opportunity?) outside of wrestling that took him away from CMLL/Mexico and that is why he is allowed to come back the way he is.
