King Jaguar replaced Canelo Casas on Sunday

Lady Maravilla replaced Skadi (injury) on Sunday. Sugehit submitted Zexuis again.
4) Cuatrero, Forastero, Sansón b Esfinge, Stigma, Stuka Jr.
5) Carístico, Dragón Lee, Soberano Jr. DQ Kojima, Negro Casas, Último Guerrero
Ultimo Guerrero replaced Mr. Niebla and fouled Caristico for the DQ.
6) Gran Guerrero b Niebla Roja
Gran Guerrero submitted Niebla Roja to set up a title match next week.
I didn’t see this one yet. Attendance looked down. It’s be easy to blame Guerrero & Roja as non-draws, but Puebla attendance seems very random most weeks.
CMLL hypes today’s main event around Mr. Niebla. Mr. Niebla didn’t wrestle last night and who knows about tonight. This is the danger in writing in advance. The scheduled main event is Caristico, Mistico & Volador against Mr. Rey Bucanero, Terrible and Mr. Niebla, but who knows. It sure seemed like the scheduled plan for an upcoming main event was a Diamante Azul & Stuka vs Negro Casas & Shocker tag title match, but they haven’t successfully gotten everyone in the same place for a while. They may all be there for today’s semifinal, with Valiente & Vangellys filling out the trios.
The match of the night will probably be the Virus/Blue Panther lightning match. It’s only the second time CMLL’s held this match. The last ended in a time limit draw, with the battle mostly staying off the ropes and about swapping the holds. That’s likely to happen again this time, 10 minutes is just not long enough, but it should be something pretty different than the usual lightning match. Panther’s sons and Titan face Los Revolucioanrios and Hechicero in a near rematch from Saturday. Fiero makes a segunda appearance, teaming with Metatron & Oro against Metalico, Nitro and Raziel. The opener is a minis tag, with Acero & Aereo against Pequeno Universo 2000 & Pequeno Violencia.
Guadalajara has Marco versus Euforia for the heavyweight title, with Marco being heavy favorite.
AAA posted a series of GIFs from the first Lucha Underground All Night Long match to show Johnny Mundo is capable of wrestling for a long time and may not be in trouble wrestling 3 matches at Heroes Inmortales. They also have quotes from Lady Shani & Ayako Hamada building up their Heroes Inmortales match.
AAA officially announced the Metepec card that was posted a few days ago, and posted a behind the scenes video package of TripleMania.
A few weeks ago at Arena Roberto Paz, Mr. Aguila said he thought his TripleMania appearance would lead to more AAA dates.
Bandido told R de Rudo he’s “close” to going to WWE, following William Regal and Dark Angel scouting him at a Lucha Memes show in the recent past. It’d be his dream to go.
Lucha Memes says they’re running a show on 10/22 in Puebla’s Arena La Loma.
Box Y Lucha #3301 has the unmasked losers from the Anniversario.
Hijo del Santo didn’t get to have his show in the Zocalo; they went with Ricky Martin instead. El Universal has an interview about El Santo with what they say are Hijo del Santo & Axel. That would be very strange and big news given the long time legal issues between the two (so I wonder if they’ve confused Santo Jr. for Axel.)
LuchaWorld has the latest lucha report and this week’s Poster-Mania.
Lucha Sorpresa has some match recommendations from last week.

CMLL (MON) 09/25/2017 Arena Puebla

2) Asturiano & Millenium vs El Malayo & Rey Apocalipsis
3) La Vaquerita, Princesa Sugehit, Sanely vs Dalys, Tiffany, Zeuxis

6) Niebla Roja © vs Gran Guerrero [CMLL LH]
first defense
Niebla Roja had to agree to lose his mask to be in that Anniversary main event, and the rumor has been that he’s leaving CMLL shortly. (Niebla’s booked in Nevada on the following Friday, thru an Arizona indie lucha promotion he’s worked for in the past.) CMLL would probably want him to lose his title before leaving, and they could get that done quickly here.
Fourth match is a rematch, which didn’t seem necessary based on the outcome on yesterday’s show.
Kojima isn’t on any cards past Friday, so he must be finishing up. They figured it out enough never to put him in a singles match.
