What happened: Nada. Hombre Bala, replacing Super Porkly, landed badly on a dive. The rudos weirdly won the second match in straight falls. Truly, though, nothing of importance took place and this was just a show with no purpose.
What was good: I liked the lightning match and the two trios which followed it. Enjoyable if not must see.
What happened: Volador Jr. & Ultimo Guerrero picked up 3 more points in the tournament. LA Park and Rush continue to hate each other.
What was good: Everything was watchable. The opener was a Volador special and the main event had some good moments. The trios match was not as dire as it looked on paper.
Where can I watch it: It’s on my YouTube channel and the Azteca 7 Elite show page. Read More

Run-ins on a Guadalajara show usually mean a cage match is coming.
This was a strange show. The announcers, when their microphones were finally working, explained there was an accident blocking traffic on the highway leading from Mexico City to Puebla. The caravan usually leaves Arena Mexico during the afternoon and is at the arena hours ahead of time, so they must’ve been stuck for quite some time. The announcers said they had to get out one of vehicle, grab their equipment, carry it a ways to get past the stoppage, and get in another vehicle to get to the show. The stream didn’t start until about half hour past normal, with the guys from the opener still lingering in the ring. (It must’ve gone a lot longer than usual, and the show itself went longer than usual.) The production crew was putting the equipment together, and got it working pretty quick all considering, though they didn’t explain what was going on until it was all working.
The Shocker bit in the main event was just as weird. They were stalling before that match got going. Arkangel got in the ring and started staring back, as if he was still unsure if Shocker was coming. I’d guess Arkangel was pulled from the second match because they didn’t know if Shocker was going to make his match. (They’d normally do it from the semimain, but those guys were all needed for the title match.) Maybe Shocker was traveling his own way up to Puebla and they weren’t sure if he was going to get thru the traffic in time? Shocker said there was a lot of stress last night but thanked God for letting him wrestler.
The matches itself weren’t as interesting. Rush/Marco next week should be fun. The Trios title match could be good too.
The preview says the show starts at 8:30pm, but I assume it starts at 7:30pm like every other Tuesday. It’ll air on CMLL.com and YouTube.
CMLL also lists Cavernario out of the fun looking lightning match with Stuka on Friday, with Misterioso taking his place.
Flamita defeated Dinamic Black on Muchas Luchas (Guadalajara)’s one year anniversary. Semimain saw the Neza Kings cheat La Legion (Rayman, Makabre and Omega) , with a tease of a mask/hair match to follow.

Leyenda Inmortales still exists
Leyenda Inmortales had an “International World League Heavyweight Championship” held by Fantasma and a “Indy Wrestling League World Championship” held by Canek
I have no idea which this is, or why it’d be vacant. Maybe there’s a title change we’ve all forgot
Canek just wants to get the win back over Mr. Jack, I guess.
Okumura chooses the oddest selection of indies to work
I’ve got some older HD version of the Azteca shows below. There’s more that will be added this afternoon; they’re taking a while to upload and there’s no sense in waiting for the new stuff.
Tuesday Afternoon Edit: I’ve filled in the missing matches. There’s more to do, but I’ll put them in next week’s batches. Read More
What happened: An accident on the highway connecting Mexico City to Puebla severely delayed the luchadors and the production crew on the way to show, forcing parts of the crew to actually get out of their transportation and walk past the stoppage to get in other vehicles to make it to the show. They didn’t arrive until during the first match, so the stream didn’t start until the show was in progress, with them setting up things as the second match was taking place. The announcers were apologetic about the situation.
The show seemed off, understandably, as a result, and the feeling of chaos was more memorable than the matches. The best example was the main event, where Arkangel (originally scheduled for the segunda) appeared to replace Shocker in the main event, only for Shocker to walk out about a minute into the match and take Arkangel’s place. That bit stuck out more than most of the match, which served to set up a Rush/Marco singles match next week.
The semimain also set up a trios title match for next week. And, as also expected, Dalys kept the CMLL’s Women’s championship over Estrellita.
What was good: None of the matches was a particular standout. The women’s match and the semimain had the most effort but also some flaws, and are both about the borderline for good. The main event wasn’t too great or bad either. I just didn’t feel strongly about anything on this show.
Where can I watch it:The live version is on CMLL’s YouTube channel. Note the first 10 or so minutes have production issues; it takes a while for sound, and then announcers to come in.Read More
