What happened that mattered? Nothing.
Should I go back and watch anything? The opener was a good minis match. The Sky Team was alright in the main event, but there are better versions of that match. That’s the same with most everything else.
Where can I see it? It’s on my main youtube channel. Links below.

Review: [good] worked much harder than a usual opener and with much better guys than usual. They could’ve gotten away with mailing in a below average match, and didn’t really go all out, but got in some good moments. There was nothing here they haven’t done in many other matches, but they did it generally well and that alone sticks out on a Tuesday show. Fantasy was the weak part of the match, with his first fall moonsault particularly.
Match 2: Hombre Bala Jr., Oro Jr., Súper Halcón Jr. vs Arkángel de la Muerte, Okumura, Sangre Azteca

Review: [ok] Rudo team dedicated to having the most OK match possible has their usual OK match. Tecnicos tried to put something together in the third fall but it got messy. Best possible outcome of this match would be Oro Jr. takes over as Super Halcón’s partner and Hombre Bala gets to advance to actual matches. That didn’t happen, but Halcon’s new gear looks nice.
Match 3: Blue Panther, Soberano Jr., The Panther vs Misterioso Jr., Pierroth, Sagrado

- Blue Panther fujiwara armbar Pierroth (0:18)

- DQ Pierroth [foul uppercut Blue Panther] (7:34)
Winner: tecnicos (2-1)
Match Time: 7:52
Notes: Panthers win the first fall before the production can really catch up.
Review: [ok] match which definitely worked much better in the building then it did for a TV viewer. The quick first fall got the crowd into the show more than they had been the rest of the night, but it’s also something that seems to be happening every other time Blue Panther faces the Boricuas. Pierroth looked bad in the second fall, with Blue Panther directing him around the ring for his spots, and the rudo domination of the match stretched on with nothing but a foul at the end.
Stellar Moments
El Castigo: Astral sliding dropkick to Pequeño Olimpcio
El Triunfo: Shockercito spining fujiwara armbar on Demus 3:16
Lo Doloroso: Mephisto’s super Devil’s Wings on Angel de Oro
Lo Insolitio: KeMonito plancha on Rey Bucanero
Lo Espectacular: Kraneo plancha onto Gran Guerrero & Euforia
Match 4: Stuka Jr., Titán, Tritón vs Cavernario, Felino, Gran Guerrero

- Cavernario missile doprkick Stuka (3:46)

- Felino superpowerbomb Titan (5:52)
Winner: rudos (2-1)
Match Time: 12:35
Review: [ok] another one the crowd liked but didn’t do as much for me; this felt like it could’ve been much better. It had a lot of the generic big midcard trios match (there was a stacked up superplex, there was a three man suplex, there was even a triple moonsault), but the individual personalities of the wrestlers didn’t come out much and it could’ve been any group of midcarders doing this match. Also, Felino beating Titan is always sad. One of three of Cavernario’s missile dropkicks to a guy being tossed in the air look good, and this was the one.
Match 5: Mistico, Valiente, Volador Jr. vs Ephesto, Hechicero, Mephisto
Arena México, 08/04/2015

- técnicos
- Místico torito Hechicero (2:46)
- Valiente modified fallaway slam Ephesto (2:54)
- rudos
- rudos three man powerbomb Valiente (2:02)

- técnicos
- Volador top rope huracanrana Mephisto (7:28)
Winner: técnicos (2-1)
Match Time: 12:51
Review: [ok] A Sky Team exhibition match which felt oddly rough at times. Hechicero’s new-ish to these matches, but everyone else has done plenty and shouldn’t have seemed to have as many small communications issues as there seemed to be. They got the big spots off at the end and the crowd seemed happy, but it felt a little off. Místico teasing throwing his shirt to the crowd and not doing is a heel move, whether he realizes it or not. Valiente sure does like the NJPW Lion on his gear. There was absolutely no sign of the Valiente/Hechicero feud that’s starting the next week.
