AAA’s recap is not up yet, but there might not be more notes on this short of show. Quequi said it was a sell out and pictures indicate the same. (Capacity is listed as 5,000 or 5,500 depending on where you look, going with the higher number because there are seats on the floor.) Maybe the bullring will be a usual stop before the Hard Rock Hotel, because that’s a pretty good turnout and it means more days on vacation for everyone.
Cage’s hair was growing back at BOLA, so he would’ve had to reshave his head to be bald at this point. That’s super professional. (Picture was fuzzy, so I may just be missing the hair.)
Earlier in the day, Faby Apache, Drago, Argenis visited a children’s hospital, Pentagon Jr., Taya and Fenix had an autograph signing and Rey Mysterio visited a mural of Rey Mysterio.
Local media outlet Queuqi has been writing short pieces about AAA luchadors, seemingly writing about their gimmicks. Pentagon’s learned banned martial arts moves from Indonesia, Malaysia, and China, Fenix is a scholar of ancient civilizations and got the name from a trip to Egypt and Psycho Clown got his idea for character from when he was five and saw a family member was gunned down by assailants wearing clown masks who were never captured, so he decided to use the same sort of mask to defend the innocent when the law is unable. WHAT.
(This is probably not canon or true, but someone a bit bored.)
Next show is Sunday at the Hard Rock Hotel with the same basic group of guys.
