Maximo & Terrible won in straight falls when Bucanero & Volador had slightly more problems. Hair match talk followed the match.

A show. They had plaques for the winners, but it’s unclear if they ever got them. Things are so much on auto pilot that the CMLL recaps to Dragon Lee/Kamaitachi as a hair versus hair match.

The El Pancracio website is back with an article on a new Rene Guajardo book.

Electroshock says he’s going for the trios titles because it’s the only ones he’s yet to win.

Hijo del Santo, who is about to put out a book on lucha libre history, says lucha libre is agony and a carnival. So, the usual.

Fusion Sports came up with a unique idea: they’re going to run a trios tournament.

Lineups

CMLL (FRI) 03/13/2015 Arena México
1) Esfinge & Starman vs Canelo Casas & Metálico
2) Goya Kong, Marcela, Princesa Sugehit vs Amapola, Dalys, Tiffany
3) Guerrero Maya Jr., Stuka Jr., Valiente vs Ephesto, Luciferno, Mephisto
4) Dragon Lee vs Kamaitachi [lightning]
5) La Máscara, La Sombra, Rush vs Euforia, Thunder, Último Guerrero
6) Atlantis, Máximo, Volador Jr. vs Rey Bucanero, Shocker, Terrible

The week prior to H2L has all the top matches in some form. Dragon Lee & Kamaitachi meet in another lightning match (so they’ll get on TV the week after the show takes place). The very exact semimain that’s happening on the major show is happening exactly the same on the show prior to it. Atlantis & Shocker are added to the main event to avoid exactly repeating that match, but they’ll probably spend a lot of time out of the way. The women’s match is even very close to the women’s match that’ll air on the show, and this show has the first team up of the Hijos del Infierno. I don’t understand the logic all that much.

  1. Looking forward to the Dragon Lee/Kamaitachi match, everything else is kinda meh. I think “Auto pilot” is the right term for it.

They have SO many talented, interesting wrestlers under contract and could blow our minds, yet this is what we get? a pointless hair match on top? Yes Rush vs. Casas and Rush vs. Shocker were both foregone conclusions but at least they had the dickishness of Rush to make it entertaining.
