Angelito being cool

Angelito & Stukita vs Pequeño Nitro & Pequeño Universo 2000: [OK] Always like it when Angelito & Stukita team up. This was a bit slower paced than some of their other matches, and they had to deal with Pequeño Universo, but they still got to do fun and amusing things. Eléctrico & Astral are probably athletically better but these two – especially Stukita – have much better presence and showmanship. This match is too brief and too opener to really make it as good, but the técnico sections are fun.

Flyer, Magnus, Oro Jr. vs Canelo Casas, Disturbio, Metálico: [OK] very much a match. Oro’s really gone nowhere after beating Metálico. Metálico remembered he hated Oro JR. for about a fall in and half, and then it returned to no one remembering the feud at all. Magnus lifting Dragon Lee’s boot to the face was amusing. Remember the El Luchador plot line about Dragon Lee I being so much better than Magnus? I’m not sure that’s still true. Canelo Casas needs to team with or feud against Magnifico.

Raziel slingshot dropkick right to Halcon’s face

Raziel vs Super Halcon Jr.: [OK] Like on of Super Halcón Jr.’s lesser En Busca de un Idolo matches: he did his dive, his opponent hit him with a few moves, then he won. Raziel can do some cool mat work, but he just did his power moves until Halcón made a random and unearned comeback. Halcón got in a lot of offense, Raziel got in one move to break up the moves, Halcón went thru all his offense (which is more than before) and set him up for the Super Raziel Driver. A waste of time.

not Vaquerita’s best plan

La Vaquerita, Lluvia, Marcela vs La Comandante, La Seductora, Zeuxis: [OK] The big news from this match is Seductora had new gear. There wasn’t much news in this match. There wasn’t much news in this show. First fall was a struggle to finish. More for them than me but we all had to battle. The match seems similarly off the rail both times Lluvia & Vaquerita were left alone with Comandante. The best parts of the match where when Zeuxis and Marcela decided to hit each other very hard, they were several notches above most everything else. The técnicas dragged Marcela back towards her corner after Zeuxis dropped Marcela on her head; it did not seem like the safest thing to do with a head/neck injury.

Sagrado shows what it feels like to get 3 Porky matches in a week

Blue Panther, Super Porky, Titán vs Misterioso Jr., Pierroth, Sagrado: [OK] Life is too short for Super Porky vs Pierroth. There are naps I could be taking. Sorry Titan, though not as sorry as Pierroth botching your dive catch.

Delta doing the move he does in every match, because this was every match

Delta, Guerrero Maya Jr., Valiente vs Kráneo, Olímpico, Rey Bucanero: [ok]: forgettable main event to end a forgettable show, a rudo dominated match leaving me searching for something to GIF. Olímpico really changed it up by doing the same moves, but a different pose at the end of them. Olímpico and Bucanero worked together like they had just been a tag team last week, not last decade. Enjoyed how Maya apparently decided he just wasn’t go to dive, didn’t enjoy how he was immediately put in a hold by Olímpico even though his team had all the momentum at that point
