Aerostar & Dinastía vs Mini Charly Manson & Súper Fly: [good] Heavy on brawling, selling the Aerostar/Super Fly hatred leading into the mask match. Dinastía and Mini Charly made a point of stopping to do belt motions too. It was good for what it was intended to be, not the high spot focused match it might have been. It would have sold the importance of this feud a little bit better if the group both men were trying to lead actually appeared together on TV at some point. It’s just weird to hear Super Fly complain he should be in charge of a team that’s not a team that much.
Monsther Clown, Murder Clown, Psycho Clown vs Averno, Chessman, Cibernético: [OK] They couldn’t edit the Hell Brothers chair spot into making any sense – it actually looks like Chessman and Averno turn on Cibernetio, thought that’s not what happened. There wasn’t a whole lot of editing on this show compared to the internet feed. This was a heavy chair brawl between these two teams, which was okay the first time and tedious the second viewing. Still surprising Cibernético took the press slam into the chairs, still surprising the Hell Brothers were just beat clean here.
El Patrón Alberto vs Texano Jr. in a street fight match: [GOOD] A better than usual AAA brawl, helped by building up the violence and saving some big spots for the end. It still felt a little but longer than it needed to be but the crowd was way into Alberto the whole way. Extra credit for trying to make a street fight actually feel different than a normal AAA match. Texano still suffered from coming off as just a waypoint to the important feud; they’ve made it so obvious that Perro/Alberto is happening that it exposes everything else they do as time filler. Doesn’t matter now, they’re moving on anyway. Ricardo’s slip was left in, they really didn’t do any editing.
