CMLL (FRI) 11/07/2014 Arena México [CMLL]
1) Robin & Star Jr. b Akuma & Disturbio
Tecnicos took 1/3.
2) Kamaitachi, Nitro, Okumura b Dragon Lee, Oro Jr., Stigma
Stigma replaced Cachorro. Rudos took 1/3. Lee and Kamaitachi feuded, with Kamaitachi beating Lee after two suplexes.
3) Dark Angel, La Vaquerita, Marcela b Amapola, Dalys, La Comandante
Tecnicas took 1/3.
4) Blue Panther DQ Bárbaro Cavernario [lightning]
Cavernario fouled Panther after about 8 minutes.
5) Diamante Azul, Máximo, Volador Jr. b Felino, Mr. Niebla, Negro Casas
Maximo beat Felino. Maximo challenged for a hair match, and Felino said no.
6) Euforia, Thunder, Último Guerrero b La Máscara, La Sombra, Rush
Rudos cheated to win.

Over the last two shows, there’s been challenges between Rey Bucanero & Blue Panther, Cavernario & Blue Panther, and Maximo & Felino, all seemingly out of nowhere. Rush & Ultimo Guerrero are also feuding. That’s how CMLL does it when they have a cage match coming up. It appears the year end main event with be a eight to twelve man cage match with hair on the line.

Dark Angel did participate in her match.

AAA’s TV show will air just two matches today: the 8 way cruiserweight title match and the 8 way Copa Antonio Pena match from Heroes Inmortales.

A movie is being made on the La Parkita, Espectrito and their murderers.

Lineups

CMLL (FRI) 11/14/2014 Arena México
1) Esfinge & Stigma vs Disturbio & Nitro
2) Astral, Fantasy, Último Dragoncito vs Pequeño Nitro, Pequeño Olímpico, Pierrothito
3) Ángel de Oro, Titán, Valiente vs Ephesto, Kamaitachi, Mephisto
4) Atlantis vs Volador Jr., Máximo, Blue Panther, Máscara Dorada, Terrible, Rey Bucanero, Felino, Vangellys, Bárbaro Cavernario [cibernetico]
5) La Máscara, La Sombra, Rush vs Euforia, Thunder, Último Guerrero

The Cibernetico probably exists to add a couple more people to the cage. Volador, Terrible and Vangellys would take the filed up to ten. Negro Casas, Rey Escorpion and Mr. Aguila are other possibilities to add more numbers to the match and they’re still probably 3-4 more weeks away from it happening.

CMLL SANCHEZ (SAT) 11/15/2014 Arena Neza
1) Iron Black & Super Toby vs Dr. Trauma & Imbo
2) Chacal & Príncipe Azteca vs Nahual & Omni
3) Holkan & Tony Cirio Jr. vs Imperio Negro & Moto Cross
4) Gato Montes, Rey De Oros, Rey Infierno vs Edidemia, Heavy Boy, Magnfico II
5) Hechicero & Skayde vs Trauma I & Trauma II
6) Black Panther & Último Guerrero vs Black Terry & Solar I

Those are some very interesting top two matches.

  1. Would be good to see vangellys get an apuesta, even if it’s a multi man cage, he didn’t seem to get much follow up after en busca. I always wondered if the woman in the crowd during his big matches wearing his hat was his wife?
Can’t imagine mr Aguila getting in after last year, maybe shocker makes it in again?
I’d have to go with Guerrero getting the win, with the recent build, maybe taking panthers hair? Buccanero?
Volador could use an apuesta win, though that should be saved for a one on one.

  2. Both Felino & Bucanero have seemingly been wanting to lose their hair for quite some time so they’d have to be strong candidates to lose if the cage match actually happens.

Still wouldn’t put it past CMLL to do some build and drop it cold. Last year they were heavily teasing Maximo/Escorpion & Volador Jr./Ripper before ending the year on a whimper with no major show. Same thing year before. The company comes off successful Anniversary Show and figures why bother giving someone else a payday for a show that probably won’t draw too well.

  3. Maximo/scorpion dragged on way into the new year, an apuesta at the year end would have at least had momentum.
They could use a big year end show to capitalise after the aniversario, but as you mentioned, cmll doesn’t pay much attention to fan interest.
Felino losing his hair could point to Maximo winning, would be great if Panther took his hair, giving us more Casas-panthers trios :)
Maybe Guerrero takes his old friend and rival buccanero’s hair.
Money’s on them giving us another tournament final to end the year. Copa jr 3!?
