2) Mercurio, Pequeño Warrior, Pierrothito b Angelito, Fantasy, Stukita
3) Dark Angel, Goya Kong, Syuri b Amapola, La Seductora, Mima Shimoda
Mima Shimoda replaced Zeuxis. This was here first match in the building since June (which was for Toryumon Mexico; first match in CMLL since May.)
4) Soberano Jr. b Hechicero [En Busca de un Idolo]
Maximo was guest judge, while Dragon Rojo continued to fill in for Shocker. Soberano J.r with a heel hold in 7:39. Soberano Jr. scored 9, 8, 7, 4. Hechicero scored a 9, 8, 7, 8
5) Súper Halcón Jr. b Star Jr. [En Busca de un Idolo]
Super Halcon won with a moonsault in 6:47. Super Halcon scored 7, 6, 7 and 2. Star Jr. scored a 8, 7, 7, 5.
6) Marco Corleone, Stuka Jr., Tritón b Terrible, Tiger, Vangellys
7) Atlantis, Delta, Guerrero Maya Jr. b Gran Guerrero, Niebla Roja, Último Guerrero
Tecnicos took 2/3, Delta & Maya beating Gran Guerrero & Niebla Roja.
I have not seen this show yet, but the Soberano/Hechicero match sounded good on Twitter. Hechicero should be up more than 50 points on the second place if the poll numbers work out the way they have. That puts him on a pace clinch first place before the final week of this competition.
CMLL (TUE) 04/22/2014 Arena Coliseo Guadalajara [@acogdl]
1) El Divino & Virgo b Mr. Trueno & Rey Trueno
Truenos took 1/3.
2) Magnus & Stigma b Acertijo & Sádico
Tecnicos took 1/3.
3) Arkángel de la Muerte, Kamaitachi, Shigeo Okumura b Gallo, Pegasso, Rey Cometa
Rudos took 1/3, Arkangel fouling Gallo and getting way with it. Arkangel demanded a rematch for the FULL Championship.
4) Black Panther, Diamante Azul, Sagrado b Mr. Águila, Ráfaga, Ripper
Tecnicos took 2/3.
5) Blue Panther, La Sombra, Valiente b Averno, Ephesto, Mephisto
Tecnicos took 2/3. Mephisto pulled Valiente’s mask for the DQ in the second, Valiente submitted him in the third. Valiente challenged Mephisto to a title match next week.
Main event guys got their title match, not so much for Arkangel/Gallo.
Footage of the AYM cameraman getting taken out in IWRG. In true AYM form, they never switched or showed a replay from his camera, so he was knocked out filming a match for no particular reason. It’s also a really a run of the mill roll out of the ring that gets the camera person, something he was watching the entire way, something he should’ve easily escaped. It was almost like a ref bump, but it didn’t factor into the match anyway – Super Nova and Mascara Ano 2000 Jr. just did their dive spot on that side of the ring anyway.
LuchaWorld has a recap of this past week’s Tercera Caida.
Tercera Caida has a new short interview channel on YouTube, +LuchaTV. They’ve posted interviews with Blue Demon (re: Chessman) and Satanico and Dandy talking about their match this weekend. Tercera Caida airs tonight at 9.
Segunda Caida reviews Centella de Oro, Asturiano, Lestar versus Policeman, Toro Bill Jr. and Toro Bill Sr. from 2009 and Sombra, Mistico, Triton versus Averno, Mephisto and Puma from earlier this month.
We clearly need a Primera Caida site to fill out the sequence.
ChilangaMask promo for this weekend’s show.
R de Rudo wonders about a Cibernetico versus Perro Aguayo rematch.
There’s a lucha film festival this weekend in Mexico City, with a Black Terry versus Guerrero Maya Jr. tag match on Sunday.
Video of Mascara Dorada in Taiwan, and Volador versus Averno from Arena el Angel.
Super Fly still plans on destroying the Cadetes.
Intocable is a new father.
Lineup
CMLL (TUE) 04/29/2014 Arena México
1) Bengala & Magnus vs Apocalipsis & Inquisidor
2) Aéreo, Bam Bam, Stukita vs Pequeño Nitro, Pequeño Universo 2000, Pequeño Warrior
3) Hombre Bala Jr., Pegasso, Stigma vs Cancerbero, Raziel, Sangre Azteca

Titan & Triton reunited! The Revolucionarios are the official rudo team of Kid’s Day week shows.
Neither Bam Bam nor Pequeno Universo have existed in CMLL for a while, so maybe don’t count on them appearing here.
CMLL (TUE) 04/29/2014 Arena Coliseo Guadalajara
1) Leo & Metatrón vs Infierno & Satara
2) Oro Jr. & Starman vs Demonio Rojo & Maléfico
3) La Vaquerita, Lluvia, Marcela vs Amapola, Princesa Blanca, Zeuxis
4) Diamante Azul, La Máscara, Stuka Jr. vs Ráfaga, Rey Bucanero, Vangellys
5) Mephisto vs Valiente [MEX LH]
Mephisto is champion. 7th defense.
6) Mistico, Rush, Volador Jr. vs Euforia, Gran Guerrero, Último Guerrero
Mephisto versus Valiente should be quite a bit better than Mephisto versus Mr. Aguila. It’s unlikely to make TV but I hope it does; Valiente so rarely gets a singles title match.
Toryumon Mexico (SUN) 05/11/2014 Arena México
***DragonMania***
1) Golden Xplotion, Goshart, Leopardo vs Castor Negro, Coyote, Kilvan
2) Astral, Eléctrico, Shockercito vs Demus 3:16, Krator, Pequeño Nitro
3) Baby Star, Diosa Atenea, Mystique vs Io Shirai, Kairi Hojo, Mayu Iwayani
4) Magnus vs Brazo de Platino, Patan, Loco Max, Akuma, Grako, Latino, Chavo Lomeli, Piel Roja, Hijo del Signo, Coco Verde, Douki [dragon rumble]
5) Super Ciudadano vs Yoruba [mask, hair]
6) Akebono & Brazo de Plata vs Arkángel de la Muerte, Gran Guerrero, Rey Bucanero
7) Último Dragón vs Tigre Ali, Rob Rage, Último Guerrero, Veneno, Prince Of Aestethic [Copa Mundial de Lucha Libre]
Usual bizarre DragonMania show. Main event gimmick is six guys from six different countries. Tigre Ali represents Iran (but appears to be from England and crossed paths with Dragon in Michounku Pro.) Rob Rage is not the WCW fellow, but someone representing US who appears to wrestle more in Canada. Prince of Aestethic is probably someone’s nicknamed; he’s listed as Canadian here, but I can’t find anyone by that name.
Tercera gives away the finish to the Io Shirai/Alpha Female title match, but I don’t think that was much of a mystery. Akebono canceled all the rest of his AJPW matches on this tour and is in the hospital with pneumonia, so he’s probably no sure thing for this show

Any confirmation on the GFW/AAA relationship? I don’t trust JJ, I haven’t seen AAA mention anything yet.
AAA hasn’t said anything about GFW working with them, but GFW is a “wrestling promotion” that has run no shows and has not announced any specific plans to run any shows. AAA is going to keep working with the Jarretts because they think they’re great, so that isn’t changing, but there’s nothing much to announce here.
Any links to the DragonMania posters or news. Wondering who the person could be that is Tigre Ali.

Is Ultimo Dragon still under CMLL contract? How is he able to use Arena Mexico for his shows while other big time indies with CMLL talent can’t?
