Oficial AK47 loses his hair, Angel de Oro out

IWRG (SUN) 12/01/2013 Arena Naucalpan [IWRG]
1) Hip Hop Man & Látigo b Araña de Plata & Zurdog
2) Imposible & Kalim Black b Dragón Celestial & Mr. Leo
3) Golden Magic, Relámpago, Veneno b Danny Casas, El Hijo del Diablo, Picudo Jr.
Veneno pinned Picudo.
4) Alan Extreme, Máscara Púrpura, Toscano b Canis Lupus, Hijo de Máscara Año 2000, Súper Nova
Purpura shooting star press on Super Nova.
5) Oficial AK47 L Hijo de Pirata Morgan, Apolo Estrada Jr., X-Fly [hair]
Apolo took AK47’s hair. IWRG recap notes Apolo actually earned the first submission, freeing him from the match, but strangely stuck around until the end to get the win.

Angel de Oro is off this week’s shows due to a knee injury. CMLL announced (!) substitutions: Delta in tonight in Puebla, Super Porky on Tuesday and Fuego in on Sunday.

AAA briefly comes up on this week’s MLW Radio. Konnan mentions a big surprise at the end of the show which will set up stories for next year. Konnan thought all they did with AJ Styles was very good, but TNA pretty much wasted it. Konnan says four of AAA’s luchadors will be going to TNA for a “world tournament” – that sounds like one of TNA’s One Night Only shows which no one seems to watch.

A Kaiser Sports interview with Horuz (very sad about losing his mask, will have to rethink his entire life) mentions at the end that TxT is “considering” tours of China, Europe or the US (including New York City). I am skeptical.

DTU announced Pesadilla & Super Crazy would be on their sixth anniversary show, and Kaleth, Angel del Misterio and Rey Celestial would be in a six way mask match. There are more announcements coming today. No results from the DTU shows yet, but we know Heavy Metal attacked Crazy Boy to set up something with them. That’s probably also the anniversary show.

Rafael el Maya says he’s happy with the work he’s getting now that he’s left CMLL.

Lucha Libre in Japan

12/02 AJPW: Dark Ozz [O] & Dark Cuervo DQ KENZO [X] & D’Lo Brown
Hooray! Ozz & Cuervo have a win and are 1-2. The story here is Kenzo has some scheme which involves throwing every match so they’re fresh for the one match he cares about. That match is not this match but a win’s a win.
