Triton won with a powerbomb in 5:49.
5) Ángel de Oro, Diamante, Super Porky b Niebla Roja, Olímpico, Puma

1) Dragón Celestial b Power Bull
Power Bull replaced Impulso.
2) Galaxie & Saruman b Araña de Plata & Yack
3) Alan Extreme, Imposible, Tóxico b Chico Che, Freyser, Ranchero
Ranchero, who appeared on the last FILL show and appears to be from La Laguna, replaced Freelance. Chico Che’s return. Alan snuck in a foul on Freyser.
4) Bombero Infernal, Carta Brava Jr., Eita b Black Terry, Dinamic Black, el Ángel
Black Terry replaced Centvrion, but turned on his partners (which they should’ve seen as coming with Bombero on that team.)
5) Golden Magic, Trauma I, Trauma II b Eterno, Head Hunter, Súper Nova
Eterno thought it would be a good idea to pull Trauma I’s mask and pin him in the first. Trauma I came back with a new mask, so Eterno tore that one up but Head Hunter splashed one of his partners by mistake to lose them the second fall. Trauma I hit Eterno with a bottle in the third, causing Eterno to bleed a lot, and Head Hunter screwed up again to give the tecnicos the win. Eterno and Truamas challenged each other to matches.

IWRG vs Konkreto
5) el Ángel & Oficial 911 vs Factor & Hijo de Pirata Morgan [relevos suicida]
6) ? vs ?? [mask, IWRG JUNIOR, IWRG RdR]
losing team puts either mask or title on the line

Tuesday show – still no Thursday ones.

Actually, the poster doesn’t make it especially clear what exactly has it’s 17th Anniversary, but the promotion “IWRG” works out math wise. The family were promoting shows in this building, and then on the building that used to be in that spot, for many decades prior – the IWRG name came in with the pre-Toryumon Japanese guys. Also: note that when the chips are down and it’s a big tiebreaking Copa High Power match Black Terry goes for the rudo heavy team.

IWRG going wild for minis is not something I would guessed.

I know I’ve pointed out how Flehyzer – spelled differently this time – is a horrible name, but really how good of a trainer is Fuerza Guerrera if did not tell that kid he might want to get a name that anyone could spell.

Always bet on title changes in IWRG relevos suicidas.

CMLL (SUN) 01/06/2013 Arena Mexico
1) Molotov & Sensei vs Camorra & Zayco
2) Luna Mágica, Marcela, Silueta vs Princesa Blanca, Princesa Sugheit, Tiffany

5) Felino, Mr. Niebla, Negro Casas vs Marco Corleone, Máximo, Super Porky

It’s been two and half months since the last Pequeno Reyes del Aire. Cage match next week?

Today, it’s exactly 7 weeks since Mistico was injured in Puebla (though he’d been hurting for quite a while.) CMLL proclaimed Mistico would be back in 3 weeks. Maybe there was some set up back they just haven’t felt to share but it looks like they were just creating fiction so they wouldn’t have to cancel sold shows. Satanico went on a Guadalajara lucha libre show and said it’d be close to two months – those are lineups we’d start to see this week (though if he was going to be back next Monday or Tuesday, they’d rush him back a day early to work this show – and it doesn’t even look like they’ve been planning to have Mistico back with that all comedy main event.) We’ll find out more about what exactly is going on here when NJPW announces the FantasticaMania matches (probably 01/05). I still think Mistico is working that shows, but it seems like it might be the first serious in ring match he has in months.

  1. I asked the Three Kings for Pequeño Valiente to debut in that 01/06 show and instead they\’re bringing Pequeño Llorón (as TKD_117 rightfully calls him)? :(
