1) Fuerza Chicana & Saurón b Blue Center & Dinámikoo
Rudos took 2/3
2) Asturiano, Stigma, Super Halcon Jr. b Bobby Zavala, Espiritu Maligno, Siki Ozama Jr.
Tecnicos took 1/3 in best match of the night.
3) Demus 3:16 b Astral [lightning]
Astral had his new title belt, but lost when he moonsaulted into Demus dropkick.
4) Amapola, Mima Shimoda, Princesa Blanca b Dark Angel, Lady Afrodita, León
Rudas took 1/3.
5) Valiente DQ Dragón Rojo Jr., La Máscara, Mephisto, Máscara Dorada, Averno, Mistico, Euforia, Rey Escorpión, Ángel de Oro, Titán, Niebla Roja [Reyes del Aire]
Titan replaced Triton. Rey Escorpion swung at Euforia before the match started. Eliminations went Niebla Roja (Mistico), Titan (Rey Escorpion), Angel de Oro (Averno & Escropion), Rey Escorpion (Mascara Dorada), Euforia (Mascara), Mistico (Mephisto, clean), Averno (Valiente), Mascara Dorada (Dragon Rojo), Mascara & Mephisto double pin, then Valiente won when Dragon Rojo yanked his mask. Valiente blasted Dragon Rojo for not having the ability to actually beat him and demanded a shot at his title, Rojo accepted.
6) Volador Jr. b La Sombra
Fans were divided. Volador won the first with his guillotine legdrop, Sombra won the second with the Brillante Bomb, Volador won the third clean with a second legdrop. Said to be just as good as the second match. They both complimented each other and the match after, saying the real winner was the fans.
CMLL (TUE) 10/16/2012 Arena Mexico [CMLL, Kaiser Sports]
1) Genesis & Robin DQ Cholo & Ramstein
Cholo accidentally pulled off Robin’s mask for the DQ.
2) Disturbio, Herodes Jr., Taurus b Camaleón, Oro Jr., Soberano Jr.
Disturbio beat Camaleon.
3) La Comandante, La Seductora, Princesa Sugheit b Dalis la Caribeña, León, Silueta
Seductora took Apache’s place. Rudas took 1/3.
4) Hijo del Fantasma, Stuka Jr., Valiente b Namajague, Sangre Azteca, Shigeo Okumura
Tecnicos took 1/3. Valiente beat Okumura.
5) Atlantis, Delta, Guerrero Maya Jr. b Kráneo, Olímpico, Psicosis
Tecnicos took 2/3.
6) La Sombra b Volador Jr.
Sombra took the first with a ‘rana, Volador won the second with a Spanish Fly in much quicker falls than last week’s 10 minute time limit. Volador bumped in to Tirantes in the third, Sombra pulled his mask, gave Volador a backcracker, and pinned him for the win. Sombra laughed about learning Volador’s tricks, which Volador took as an admission that he was the better man and asked for a mask vs mask match. Sombra offered to do that match right now, one fall to settle it. Volador accepted it, but again the commissioner said they could not do that on such sudden notice. He did say they could do it next week, but just got booed.
Titan kept his national welterweight title over Polvora in Guadalajara. Don’t have details.
Tonight is the second season premier of El Luchador on various A&E Networks. It airs at 9pm in Argentina, 10 pin in Mexico & Colombia, 10:30 pm in Venezuela, and 12 am in Chile, though it looks like it’s on earlier in HD in Mexico and there are plenty of reruns. It’s a ten episode season, two more episodes than last season. The season finale will air on 12/19, a week or two after the year end show. I enjoyed the show last year. It seemed like it lost it’s focus at times, but it was still entertaining. Felino, in an interview, says the show is kind of a pain because there’s cameras everywhere all the time, but people still think they’re acting. He feels like the show has changed the way people think of lucha libre, from being the black sheep of sports to something authentic.
PART 5 of the Konnan & Dorian conversation is now up. Konnan was getting bored with this and starting to amuse himself talking about after parties. Luckily, this is it.
Konnan and Dorian again talk about AAA & CMLL matches. Fan asks about LA Park vs La Parka. Konnan & Dorian remember the TV match!
Guerra de Titanes is 12/02. That means they’ve got to be taping four weeks of TV in November (or the Naucalpan show turns out to be a double taping); they’ve just got the Puebla taping announced so far. Dorian explains Verano de Escandalo was canceled due to the Olympics; I could not have possibly gotten that right.
Konnan talks Emma Huevo vs Sexi Star. More views! Dorian jokingly asks Konnan if Konnan Big vs Konnan is bigger than Blue Demon vs El Santo, then notes Konnan has nothing to wager. Dorian promises they’re coming back to Monterrey for a big show next year, and Konnan sends out shout outs.
Speed round: Dorian speaks kindly towards DTU. Dorian and Konnan agree Cibernetico is the guy least likely to make it out of a cage, though Porky wins that all time. When asked about IWRG and AULL guys, Konnan emphasizes that they’re not groups each other each, everyone is just luchadors and they should be working together. Next year’s TripleMania will be in Arena Ciudad de Mexico, as we all figured. Lots of push for the social media invasion bit, and they mention their twitter accounts.
IWRG announced the full participant list for this year’s Castle of Terror cage match (loser loses mask): Factor & Spartan of Comando Elite, Oficials 911 & Fierro, Mascara Ano 2000 Jr., Hijo de Pirata Morgan, Trauma I & II, Angel and Carta Brava Jr. Of note, Carta Brava I is not in the match. I still feel like picking Angel, but any of the police are possibilities. Spartan in particular has only been here twice since July.
LuchaWorld has a review of the third En Busca de un Idolo episode.

RT @luchablog: post: Valiente wins Reyes del Aire, Volador & Sombra split matches, El Luchador, Guerra de Titanes http://t.co/yL8UfttA
where do you watch El Luchador? Can it still be followed wihtout knowing spanish?
El Luchador’s website is http://www.canalaetv.com/an/series/elluchador/elluchador-home.html – they may end up posting the episodes there. It’ll also probably end up on the usual YouTube sites (though not mine.)
It is a very talkative series, so you’re going to miss out on a lot if you don’t know Spanish. It’s is broad enough, and enough like other reality shows that you should be able to figure out the story arcs even if you can’t understand what you’re saying, but it’s harder.
Thanks cubs youre the best.
