CMLL (SUN) 06/24/2012 Arena Coliseo [CMLL, La Catedral]
1) Bengala & Camaleón DQ Camorra & Zayco
Tecnicos took 1/3. Zayco fouled Camaleon.
2) Aereo, Niño de Acero, Pequeño Halcón b Pequeño Nitro, Pequeño Universo 2000, Pequeño Violencia
tecnicos took 2/3
3) Diamante, Dragon Lee, Triton DQ Cancerbero, Niebla Roja, Raziel
straight falls for the tecnicos, rudos throwing Triton over the top rope for the DQ. Niebla Roja feuded with not-yet-Mistico, taking Dragon Lee’s mask while he still can.
4) Blue Panther, Sagrado, Super Porky b Averno, Pólvora, Vangelis
Tecnicos took 1/3, Panther submitting Averno.
5) Terrible b Yujiro [CMLL HEAVY]
Seconds were Namajague and Averno. Terrible took 1/3 to keep the title, escaping the Tokyo Pimpis and dropping Yujiro with his Air Raid Crash variation.
6) Kráneo, Olímpico, Psicosis b Marco Corleone, Máximo, Rush
Invasors challenged Bufete del Amor to a title match, Bufete del Amor accepted.
I guess they needed a main event for Arena Mexico next week, though the Invasors in a title match will mean very little. Looks like they got confused/crossed up on how long Yujiro was still going to be around (not much longer, or they would’ve just done that next Sunday.)
Niebla Rojo figures to be one of the guys to work with Dragon Lee at the start, assuming he’s not just propelled into the main event. (It took the real Mistico a few months to get there.)
The Terra broadcast of the opening matches from Arena Coliseo failed. They announced they’d try again on Monday, at the same time.
Un sentido pésame a la familia de El ADORABLE RUBI Falleció. Y hoy se hará un minuto de aplausos en A C Gdl

Adorbale Rubi, 68, was a giant star of the 70s as one of the first Mexican exoticos. His success with the character is a large reason the gimmick continues today.
