Said to be one of the last FdT appearances of Halloween. Rudos took the first, tecnicos took the second, Damian fouled Trauma I while Trauma II fouled Bestia 666 for the draw finish.

IWRG also posted a recap of Bestia 666 defeated Joey Kaoz in MEXPRO.

Today’s Arena Mexico show rewards the best finishes in the Gran Alternativa. Winners Euforia & Terrible team with Rey Bucanero to face La Mascara, Maximo and Rush, which also doubles as a preview for the impending trios title match. Runner ups Triton & Atlantis team with Sombra in the semimain, taking on rivals Ultimo Guerrero, Dragon Rojo and Negro Casas. UG and Dragon’s campaign for most successful defense has been put on hold by Dragon Rojo’s injury, but perhaps this match will spark a new challenger. Black Warrior & Rey Escorpion reprise their feud in the tercera. The lightning match has Namajague’s biggest match yet, taking on Valiente in a much anticipated encounter. Yoshihashi was not given much to do, outside his hair loss to Rush, but here’s hoping things will be more interesting for Namajague. He would’ve fit in well in Busca de un Idolo; he could lose all the matches and no one would have a problem with it. Namajague’s not quite the caliber of those guys yet, though.

Kaiser Sports recap of the press conference adds CMLL will start a web show with highlights of the Busca de un Ídolo tournament, interviews and standings. The show will go up Wednesdays nights at 8pm local time.

Rob has highlights of 03/14/11 CMLL Puebla.

  1. Anyone see CMLL on Galavision last Saturday? Negro Casas/U. Guerrero/Terrible vs. D. Azul/La Mascara/M. Dorada finish of first fall may have been botched by ref.
